It's amazing how soap writers keep weaving scenes for months together; keeping the track intact. I suppose for script writers that must be the real challenge, to tell a story which depicts everyday life with its ups and downs. And as a viewer one gets a feeling of not having missed much. Ditto to Star's Kesar, a daily soap in the afternoon slot.
I saw it after a gap of almost six months and nothing seemed to have really moved on. Looks like the love saga has been going on and on. Kesar (Nandini Sen ) seems to be caught up between two men in the web of relationships and rituals. Not just that, there's also a new admirer for her played by Yash Tonk. I think Yash is supposed to look like a tycoon and a villain. But he looks none of that as he remains etched as soft spoken Kunal of Kahiin Kissi Roz.
Also, I saw Ejaz Khan been replaced by Hiten Tejwani. Hiten is really proving to be a TRP raker for the small screen. He rose to fame after playing a cheeky character on Sony's Kutumb. I bet viewers have still not forgotten Pratham. Also, as Karan, Hiten has also managed to keep the Kyunki… flag soaring. I am sure in Kesar too Hiten will take the serial to great heights.
