@anjubala: I agree that most ppl don't understand the concept of giving, and definitely don't understand Saachi.. the sad part is, they don't even WANT to. But all that's fine... just wanting her to be hit, it's just wrong on so many levels.
@Ben: Yes, to give credit where it is due, there is zero tolerance for this kind of thing in western countries, and that's commendable.

@Nan08: Who said what is not important, but yes, no wonder the show doesn't do too well.. the idea of a strong woman who has the upper hand in a relationship is so incomprehensible to many of the audience.

What really saddens me is that if young, educated girls think that it is ok for a man to hit a woman (especially one he loves), this is the message they are sending their brothers, friends, boyfriends, husbands, and MOST importantly, their sons! And that for me is just terrifying.

@bold... sorry did not get this point 😕

the second para.. this scares me A LOT

and for the show not doing well.. the show was not taken at a good pace and then deviated with all OTT sudden change of tracks and change in characterizations guess that is the reason for no good trps... what puzzles me more is so called trp aunties relate to saachi's character from what i have heard outside of this site... its mostly on online sites that i find this trend and that is 😕

Sorry, badly phrased.. I meant I don't want to draw attention to who said what on the forum cos that's not the point. :)

Your second para.. ok that definitely is even more concerning. If aunties understand and the online community doesn't. If being modern and tech savvy comes with being less compassionate and understanding, that's a sad trend.

I truely agree...I have myself always commented on this issue in a negative. Although I want DV to teach Saachi a lesson but not in terms of physical violence.
I can never approve anybody using domestic violence against the physically weaker sex.

Kiran can I give u a tight hug🤗.
Dear...Thanx a lot for bringing up this aspect.I didn't bother myself addressing this topic...infact literally got scared and ran away from the comments/say shut my brains by seeing some comments in the forum about ...DV should slap Sanchi and got surprised by some agreeing to it.I was sacred and had to give my brains and my heart a tough job to reason out ..what has Sanchi really done to get slapped by DV?OUCH!!...that was word which came from my heart an then to my lips.May be it is a fictional character ...but still I donot understand such logic as to why a person has to restore such physical abuse just that a girl has backed out of a relationship for the boy's mother sake.I really can't understand!!! I have been always taught by my parents not to tolerate any kind of physical abuse nor to restore to it ,until it is for self-defense.And as here some said giving your family the first preference ...well that too goes out for me...AND I ABIDE BY IT.
Kiran...once again, thanx for echoing my thoughts and speaking for women ...

🤗 aww thanks! To be honest, I was scared too cos I din wanna stir up any trouble. But it kept bothering me for the past 2 days so I decided this isn't something to ignore or be diplomatic about. Gud to know others had the same thought.

I haven't been on the forums much but there has been talk of Dhruv slapping Saachi!!?😲🤓🤔
Apart from the fact that it's so wrong to bring such violence into loving relationships - whatever for? She's only doing what she thinks is the best for him - right or wrong. People are so extreme 😵
