i can guess y he did that now...like the article said DV's family is rich like the ambanis...and DV is such a grounded person with no air about being so rich...so wen he came to panchgani and mixed with these middle class families obviously he wud not want to create a distance by mentioning his status...
because it is obvious they wud start seeing him like an ultra rich boy out of reach to make friendship...
i can now understand that he had no other motive than this...but obviously saachi will feel he knowingly hid his family's name to take her land...

anyone in her place wud think that...isnt it so...

Agree 100% on Saachi is not the villian!! to me the villian are these BTS videos sab suspense ka satyaanaash!! 😆

When i made the post on yo-yo Saachi, it was not keeping in mind this week's videos! The news of DV owning PE is beyond reason for Saachi so her flipping iscompletely justified!!! DV needs to understand the impact (think he does n emoted it so brilliantly today) to speak with his mom/dad!

@bold - TRUE THAT!!

Where i struggle to connect with Saachi's character is she is extremely insecure/not confident for someone who is deemed as a progressive aaj-ki-aurat types. Granted she is love for the first time, so maybe she could think from her mind n not heart. But to me she is still sort of jaded with this whole idea of love (until today ofcourse).

To an extent it is understandable that its her lack of self confidence makes her react like this. So when she verbalizes her inner feelings, her fears, pours her heart to this guy who loves her madly deeply, it was totally Awesome and much needed!

When Aaji/nani were against their relationship, Aadu/prachi were agnst, MM party, Anky, her convo with his mom - She kept going back into her shell!! Sure it takes time to come out a lifelong personality trait and embrace this new life. Also somewhere CVs keep repeating the pattern a bit too much, roothna manana, so maybe that had something do with it.

The constant back-forth on the ring made it really silly. Not sure when it is going to sink in for her that she needs to stay her ground when it comes to her LOVE, its Hers to keep!!! But this timely EXPLOSION will take her back in her shell...

The soul of #JeeLeZara is Saachi's journey, get that! and so far CVs have done a fair job, dont want TRPs to ruin the drama quotient.

Got more in my head, but lemme know wdyt... loving this convo.

Some quick thoughts before I have to go...I'll update my review of the episode later, since I loved so many little things about it and don't have enough time to write about them now!

- DV's father and the "cat and mouse game" coming up 😒 Oh goody. Two-faced business tycoon who doesn't approve of his dear son's relationship with the woman who's at the root of this business-related obstacle...Let's see how they go about handling this...

- I think this is the point at which there will be a constant apprehension lurking in the back of my mind, thanks to the tidal wave of drama on the way...Anyway, I was pleasantly surprised by today's episode and there was some really nice writing also, so I'll keep hanging on for as long as possible. I love mirror scenes and throwbacks...Having that sense of deja vu, but seeing how things have progressed or changed, is something I really like, but I prefer such connections to be done subtly, instead of being thrown into the audience's faces, as is the case all too often with other shows. The JLZ team has done a good job with those mirror scenes so far...

- I'm glad I watch the episodes before taking a peek around the forum...I think it's best to see the actual episode for oneself and take things one day at a time. Whether there are good surprises or bad ones around the corner, we'll see...

It's not the only instance that judgements are given on Saachi's fickleness. It's more connected to her past behaviour and this BTS is only adding fuel to fire. You may be right this time that Saachi's reactions are justified...maybe they show it this way but then it's justified when she will give DV an opportunity of being heard.
Also the reaction was more justified if she has been logical with DV always but sadly that has not been the case. I hope you would agree that the cvs are just doing a repeat telecast sort of thing when it comes to showing the outcome of hurdles on SaRuv and so far Saachi ( for whatever reasons) has not been able to stand up for her love.
The forum was divided since beginning on Saachi as a character and nothing is purely black or white...these grey areas in her character gives us this divide and I presume its healthy as new viewpoints are added in the discussions.
I am completely fed up of the repeatedness of the show and Saachi's character in general because I cannot relate to her...many who like her can...it's just a view point.
I think these BTS segments are doing more harm than good...but let's all see what unfolds.

I simply loved the episode. Different from how I thought it would play out... so yeah, the CV's surprised me there. Loved all the SaRuv scenes...every bit of it. You all have mentioned it so won't go about it again.

I know you guys may have missed the Prachi-Sunil scene, but I thought it was interesting. Contrary to what we think about Prachi revealing the truth, I think otherwise. Going by the Prachi-Sunil scene, to me it only seems like she will reveal that DV is a rich guy. Prachi tells Sunil that she doesn't want to talk to her Tai, she does not want to keep the relationship. Sunil does a turnaround and tells her to go meet her sister and get back to the family. Why? All for the money! Like Sunil says... our 3 crores just became 30 crores (or something like that). So yeah, won't they fear losing out on Mr. Rich Dude DV if the truth is revealed? They would know better that Saachi will break her ties with DV when she knows that DV owns PE. If DV tells Saachi the truth, they'll still be safe...coz Saachi would do anything for her sister. Reason why Sunil is now insisting Prachi meets her Tai.

Just a thought.

Since the focus shifts to DV's dad next week, I don't think the revelation will play out as intensely as we think. Maybe reason why's they showed Saachi to be so trusting today.

yeah true...Saachi has now truly surrendered herself...too bad a big jhatka is coming soon...haha I know yeh ring ka kissa weird hai 😆 bechara DV...always says such awesome dialogues..gives her the ring..and she takes 2 days to return it back 😆 when he said "jab bhi aapka vishwas kamzor pade, look at the ring n remember that DV only loves u" I thought maybe they'll use this when saachi comes to know the truth..maybe they can show saachi thinking about this?

waise female leads are usually butchered in indian shows so I shouldn't have much hope..haha

Really...having not much experience of TV shows...but always thought that TV showcases women protagonist as incarnation of Goddess and male protagonist as characterless.
I am surprised to find female characters are butured Manali...but then if they are it's really a sad state as drama shouldn't be at the coat of everything.
I completely agree with your way that take everyday as it comes but every movie has a feel and most of the scenes stand alone cannot create that impact which gets created in light of the feel of the movie. Same is I guess with TV shows too...or any story telling medium. I actually have lost it on Saachi and since I find her character weak, anything she does , doesn't excites me. I have not been ever able to justify her fickle minded ness despite reading these positive and motivating posts by all of you because I am too intolerant as a person and that let's me find her behaviour very unlike a modern working mature women.
I may have been able to accept her lack of trust if she was in her teens which she is not. Every age gives its own experiences and maturity and I believe Saachi should possess that. She distrusting DV is one thing, but most of the times she badly behaves with him too, which looks more wierd. Even if I relate it with the fact that we show our worst to the one we love the most, then also she sometimes overdoes it and loses all respect.
Manali, it's true that I don't like her for being so indecisive in her relationship and still not realising that har kisi ko nahin milta yahan pyaar zindagi mein...she should act sensibly and become the strength of this relationship. She can be given benefit of a closed person one, twice but this will be now getting endless and believe it or not, one person cannot carry the responsibility of running a relation for long...and the other cannot be only a good weather friend who feels no accountability when situation is adverse. Just my POV.

LOL I haven't watched this controversial BTS in question...I usually only feel like watching if there's a fun RS interview in the vid...lol

But yeah apprehensions are bound to increase from hereon as they bring on this typical scheming father wala track...but as you said, there are hidden gems from time to time that make us hang on...surprisingly good epis like the one today...and so true they do generally do a good job of throwbacks and mirror scenes.

Thanks for the update on the Prachi-Sunil scene...lol I totally forwarded through that one...it's my automatic reaction to seeing these losers onscreen😆...but achha so that's what they talked about? But the truth will be out one way or the other...so Saachi's reaction remains to be seen.

Yes the revelation may not be as dramatic...they do downplay big revelations from time to time...but Saachi's trust will likely falter for a bit...I won't be surprised if it does.

Haha! Ditto about the BTS previewing. I haven't seen it, either, so I'm not going to be making premature judgments, and I'm happier that way...I just found the interview portions and listened to those. I don't even remember what was in Sangita's interview now 😆 She talked about some serious real-life stuff, I think...But anything JLZ-related, I don't really remember. All the better for me, I say! Whatever we see in the episode is fine, if there are any additional moments of importance in the BTS that got chopped at the editing stage, then those videos help out. I'd rather not dump additional stress on myself by previewing BTS vids that are bound to bring even more tension!

Yeah, that's how I'm approaching this upcoming phase...Hidden gems and unexpected surprises...and an open mind...Hopefully those things will keep me strong enough to hold on!
