Dec. 3rd: Things I liked

I have more to talk about than curtains today! Yay!😃😆


1) As we suspected, the news of the 50 year old wala rishta blows DV's fuse and he's angry enough to go charging into Prabhu niwas to confront them...usse pehle I liked his one dialogue to Aadu which summed up what we said yesterday also...if Saachi can only think about her family, then DV can only think about Saachi...


2) Liked the brief scene b/w Aaji and Deepali even though it seemed a bit hurried and randomly thrown in to give Aaji food for thought...but Deepali's point was bang on...she herself got married into a "society approved" rishta and where is she today? Atleast Saachi has found someone she has known and loved.


3) DV sunaaoing some solid home truths to Aaji...awesome scene!👏👏...Ruslaan was the star of today's epi...but more on that later...there were two bits in this scene I especially loved...one was the way DV just put up a hand to tell Saachi ki "bas"...when she tries to stop him from talking...and he did it with so much respect even then! He was ANGRY in that scene...still he said everything SO respectfully and with dignity...so much so that I was quite taken aback to hear Saachi questioning his TAMEEZ by the end of the scene😕😆...I guess it lacks tameez that he said the TRUTH...that Aaji was selling off Saachi's happiness...I'm saying it more bluntly...he didn't say it like that...lol...but he even FOLDED his hands and spoke to Aaji...uske baad bhi Saachi ko shikaayat...oh Saachi JI *sigh*😆


Thankfully NO SLAP! Phew😆...but poor DV looked so shattered when Saachi told him to get out...Loved Dils ke parting shots...to Aaji and family...asking them to think about what all DV has done for them...and to Saachi...reminding her that DV left ONLY cuz he loves her...not out of guilt, not out of shame.


4) DV literally FEELING suffocated over Saachi's words...bechara...the way his hand would keep going to his shirt buttons as if he couldn't breathe with the suffocation he was feeling...and then him calling his mother...aww...waise toh this has played out before...his mother asking him to come home and him agreeing...but still they executed the scene well...DV's tears in this scene...very good acting from Ruslaan👏



5) Finally the scene b/w Dils and DV as he packs up...now THIS was the PINNACLE of Ruslaan's acting in this epi...he really surprised me here with the THEHRAAV and maturity with which he executed that last bit especially when he tells Dils that he is taking good memories with him too...and the way he wipes her tears and she wipes his...awww god bless this friendship🤗...how far they've come from those early flirting days...as DV talked about that, I got all nostalgic😆

And that dialogue...Saachi ji ke jams toh saari Panchgani ne khaaye hain...ek main akela hoon jisne unke jams ke saath saath unki DAANT bhi khaayi hai😆...aww DV🤗



6) And end mein DV ki dream......Aww him just wishing that she tells him not to go...btw again FAB emoting from Ruslaan...guy was in ACE mode in this epi, what to say😆...such a lovely hug too.


Precap: LOL omg they are like SO closely copying the DDLJ scene😆...looks like DV got beaten up by the useless colony ppl too...there was blood on his forehead and his nose...and Aaji had like a DEATH GRIP on Saachi who's asking her to let her go to DV...lol side se Dils is also begging Aaji to let Saachi go😆

Anyways gonna be a good epi tomorrow...looking forward to it!



P.S...Was Dils wearing an ARCHIE'S comics print waali dress in the first half?🤣🤣🤣

DV was definitely the STAR of today's episode...through and through! Fabulous performance from Ruslaan's end.👏 The calmness that he brings forth amidst the emotional explosions is commendable indeed.

He was amazing in that scene where he confronts Aaji. He does it such respectfully. He seemed to be the most MATURE individual of all the elders there. How can THAT be ever considered remotely ill-mannered? You are right Anu, all he said was the truth and Saachi called it badtameezi. Saachi lives for her apne but what did her apne ever do for her? I really LOVED DV's line to Aadu about Saachi does everything for others but he does everything for Saachi. That is so true.
DV-Dils scene was so sweet and like you said it was the BEST of Ruslaan. Awww I really really like DV-Dils. They share such a cute bonding.

@Precap-- lol @ DDLJ climax recreation. Aaji seemed uncomfortable in her grip. She was holding with both her hands😆.

I did not watch the episode.. more to say, I did not even switch on the TV for whole evening and night till now dreading for the sad episode. Came here to check which curtains you liked and surprisingly Ruslaan the star has emerged out😊

I was so eagerly waiting for your post today. A lot because you pen down in words so aptly what we only vaguely analyse within us without words...the way you answered why DV was putting his hands on his shirts button was something which I was wondering from the time I watched him doing that. Anu You definately have different taste than most of us in the forum which is very clear when you hint at certain posts in the forum but your analysis power is very deep. Your translation of scenes into words is what makes me wait for your post. I may be very redirect in pointing at certain things but I cannot hide that you have the biggest talent of WORDS...no offense intended.

-I felt the entire episode was rushed today:( but RM as you mentioned shone through it all!& yes I donno what Saachi was talking abt-frankly she annoyed me a bit today by her behavior!I feel like she's punishing him for being courageous & speaking the truth-which is sooo not done!!!

-I loved Aaji-Deepali scene too-again like you said a bit random & rushed! but a good scene nevertheless :)

-Dils is the perfect friend, if DV-Saachi are the perfect couple! they are very lucky to have her in their life. I was hoping she would give Saachi an earful before leaving Prabhu house-coz honestly, DV had to say and do things because Saachi was being a sacrificial lamb. I was hoping for Dils to tell Saachi to man up!Oh well-koi na-our Hindi movies inspired story track will do the needful:)

-DV-Dils scene was indeed very very nicely done!these two seem to be more in sync than DV-Saachi-lol

-I loved loved the last imaginary hug scene-both of them were brilliant there-you could see passion, love, relief, happiness, guilt-all in their eyes-beautiful!!

-Ohh the precap-I was LOLing-it looked sooo funny-hehe

-All in all a good epi, a bit rushed, parr chalta hai-it's all towards a good cause of ending this super sad track!
