once the petition has been written shall i start a new thread or do i jut post the link here?

I already PMed SaaraComb and she said it would be ok for me to start a new thread but we would have to make sure it didn't cause any tension..

So what do you guy think..?

And what is the 'end' date of the petition? I was thinking March 30th but do you all think that would be too late?
