SVOI is a popular reality on Star I gather. I wouldn't mind him hosting since I enjoyed his stint in DQ, and Mona Singh would be a good choice of a co host..😃!!

...and whats wrong in hosting SVOI?? If Shaan could do it, what's wrong with Shabir signing on as host.😕 and what image are you talking about?? Anyways he has a good camaraderie with kiddies, that is evident and with the production house too, I think its a compliment if they have approached him again to host one of their shows. Really there is no pleasing some people.!!

Given the option..I would prefer to see him acting too since no reality shows barring Nach Baliye can hold my attention for too long. But I don't understand comments such as 'his image', 'drastic step'..maintaning it, etc as though there is something wrong in anchoring. I don't understand that train of thought.

Yas, I also don't think anchoring will harm Shabbir's image in anyway. But fans like me will be at loss- as even I can't follow a show if it doesn't go by my taste- even if Shabbir is anchoring. I hardly hardly watched DQ. But if he acts, I will catch up with at least his scenes as I trust that he will do justice to his character no matter how crap the show itself would be.

However, I have better dreams for him- to see him in movies, in challenging roles.
