Upon hearing the news of Kavya's pregnancy, Adi decides to give her full support throughout the pregnancy. That he will share with her all the duties and not allow her to handle anything on her own. I think their fights and ofcourse Shubh's interference.

Yes, I think, there may be some situations where Adi would take it for granted or assume Kavya can handle.

Or may be Shubh will interfere and offer help, and use it to create differences between them.

Yes this might happen as in the BTS interviews , Mishkat said there will be a slight tension between Adi and Kavya.

Also it looked quite evident from last episodes that, Shubh getting into good books of Kavya. She may believe him to be a changed person or at least give him a chance.

And he may use that to create differences between Adi and Kavya, as Adi may not believe him at all.

Yes, that was the problem before, there was lack of direct communication between the two. But, it looks like, they are discussing everything directly.

It may be difficult to create differences between the two. It may look like Shubh would be successful, but his plans may be failed by Adi and Kavya.

But current track feels more like Adhi feeling insufficient for kavya as even after trying to arrange blood.. shubh was the one who gave blood.. so might be something else coming up

Yes, it may be possible that the promo not linked with the this track/sequence. There may be something more coming up. Have to wait and see, what is it about.

But, it looks like there may not be any ddp/separation anymore, at least not so soon. There may be small issues/differences, but it may be sorted out.
