Yeah this is most heart rendering to see her bleeding owing to her exertion and losing blood. Felt bad for Adi that even after running in the midst of riot and bringing blood for Kavya and baby it became futile coz Shubh gave his blood in advance.

Shubh Probably maybe another reason that the load of work at office for Kavya can also be the reason for Kavya's complaint

Feel either Adi is held up with some work at his office that a lot of his time at work or there cud a project that both Adi & Kavya were on it where both had to do together like the STE and Adi is not able to give time and Kavya is burdened with it

One it can be that Shubh may have created problem for Kavya in the office as it is he DM's chamcha. I feel it is the STE exams that has to be conducted in 3 weeks time in which Kavya may have wanted Adi's help to finalise the list after exams. And she has ended up handling all alone

It certainly cannot be their fights coz has become very understanding and caring for Kavya. It can only be Shubh who may have Created problems for Kavya in the office as his list didn't get approved by CM

That tension certainly can't be related to the official work it can be Kavya's carelessness in her 1st semester pregnancy

I think, there is no load of work (at least what is being shown so far), there is only 1 project she is working on currently.

Yes, the DM and Shubh are definitely creating problems for her in every possible way.

Yes, (if the promo is all about something coming up next then) she may be stressed due to workload.

Yes, it could be a possibility that with no help from DM and Shubh for the exams, she may be expecting help from Adi. And Adi may not be available for that.

That could be her point of complaint, and if true, that can be sorted out too, no worries.
