What would be the reason behind Kavya's complaint on Adi?

Upon hearing the news of Kavya's pregnancy, Adi decides to give her full support throughout the pregnancy. That he will share with her all the duties and not allow her to handle anything on her own. We do see them going thru the list of do's and he follows it up with her daily. Then what makes Kavya complain to him in the promo you promised to be with me and help me but now I find am finding myself handling everything on my own. Where and what lapses happens by Adi in taking care of her? Kindly post your inputs upon this

I was so disheartened to see that promo.. but right now seeing the scenes and BTS wonder kaise hoga 😅

Infact latest BTS was like Kavya extra exertion lead to her health deterioration so I seriosly wonder Adhi ne kab aur kya galat kiya hoga🙄

Or else its like as always promo ek story ek..

May be Adhi gets busy in work for sometime and kavya due to her mood swings get offended

I know it will be disheartening to see it but we have to see what is the reason behind Adi unable to help her. Probably he got busy at work

Not seen the promo, but it could be because of Shubh. It looks like Kavya will trust Shubh and fall for his act (there was a glimpse of it in the last episode) and (from the bts) after he saves her life. The Bansals may also fall for his act and Rajiv may prove him to be a better person than Adi.

Eventually, Kavya may assume that, Shubh has changed. Then Shubh may create misunderstanding between Adi and Kavya.

It looks like there may be a separation track coming up, if the promo is anything to be true. And it will be a test again for Adi and Kavya to stand by/trust each other and fight against rest.

After all, the story is serving the main plot, so there will be problems in Kavya's personal life continuously (if not Giriraj, through Shubh this time) and this would be a big challenge for her (if not miscarriage).

It doesn't look like Adi will trust Giriraj, at least not now. He has been seeing Giriraj's reaction since the recruitment process started and also confronted him a few times.

I think, he will stand by Kavya and there may be evidences against Giriraj, so he may not support Giriraj this time.
