Dont think, Kavya will be pushed to guilt phase. She may be scared of all attacks and blamed for murder, but I think, she will soon find Giriraj's involvement in that and will be back to action..

She may be traumatized, but Adi will stand by her for sure, as he already knows that she was attacked and the reason behind that. He will definitely find the truth behind it.

Looks like, the woman must be alive and Kavya is falsely accused of her murder. May be just need to search and find the woman, hopefully Adi will do that and save Kavya..
