KATHA-VIAAN EQUATION ?????

Kya hain????❓🤔😳 I am thoroughly confused watching this week's episodes.

Good morning girls!!! I watched all of this week's episodes in one go and I must say, I am tired🥱 So, here are my random thoughts.

What I am totally confused is about Katha-Viaan equation. The makers have certainly toned down Viaan's staring spells. Thank God, someone's brain cells started working and figured out that the ML is coming across as a creep👍🏼.

But then, the next characterization made him look like a grade 12 student enamored by his physics teacher and her attention. Don't ask me why it is a physics teacher. I always felt that physics teachers are very special, my idiosyncrasyKatha is that kind teacher who is helping out compensating for the disability ( small cut on the hand which he is nursing forever)🐷. His food has to be cut, bib tied around his neck and only thing missing is Katha vigorously wiping away his mouth and face🤔 Not complaining, just saying.......He is stealing food as if he had strayed away into a jungle and ghaas-phoos kha ke zinda raha for a week.

Katha got the credit for putting pyaar in the food. Isn't it usually Dodo who prepares food? I didn't know that if you make food pyaar se for one person, then it becomes so world-class tasty for everybody else too I mean, woh pyaar Arnav se karti hain, and Viaan finds the food tasty? If woh pyaar se Ehsan or Mr. X ko cook karti hain, toh bhi kya Viaan ko food scrumptious lagti hain?🤡 Enough about the food....

Next he played catch with Katha around the table, as if Katha is seeking to be physically close and he is running away and maintaining distance for reasons of chastity. 12th grader- Physics teacher? Not amusing👎🏼The shenanigans with talking about having a second car, hiding from her in the cab and giving her the cab, made me eternally confused asking myself " yeh kya hain, kahan jaa rahein hain" 🤡🐷 I don't know if the makers thought that all of these antics would bring down the creep quotient down and up the cuteness quotient🤓 It all seemed very stupid to me.

Before I could pose the question, ki aisa childish life partner se kya hota hain, they switched around his character arc once again. Now, he is on equal-equal terms with Katha, calling her, discussing with her. This is a huge relief, but kuch zyada hi comfortable nahin ho raha hain? He is even saying that both of their khayal milte hain HUHHH???? 🐷🤡Did I miss something? Since when?

I didn't care for the new entry. She looks pretty, but too chirpy for my liking👎🏼She didn't look like she came for an interview, loitering into the office casually, shoulders and midriff bare🤢Call me old-fashioned🤓Who talks loudly on the phone when they come for an interview? Her answer for team work got a -10 on Mili's scale. And then the school girl like bachkaana from a candidate insisting on telling her the result on the spot👎🏼🤔 I am surprised that Viaan didn't get PTSD from Shamita debacle and found something endearing in herWhat an insult for all the other candidates, who didn't get their due after all the efforts on their part....... OK, moving on......

Loved Teji's saree👍🏼Looks like a fire is going to be lit soon underneath her too.

Adi was really, really endearing🤗. He seemed more like a stable guy, calm, grounded, exuding security and more like a partner who will be a pillar of support. And we have Viaan who seems to have extreme mood swings🤢 This is really sad. The original intense and intuitive Viaan, who now loves Katha from a distance, and available for her to confide in, and him acting as a sounding board and support for her in a difficult problem would have been phenomenal 👍🏼Don't ask me what the "difficult problem" should be, itna creativity mujh mein nahin hain, it is for the paid writers to figure out😃. Yahaan par toh, I don't think I can trust a monkey bar swinging 10th grader enough to confide in anything. We are robbed of what could have been a beautiful love story The equation doesn't seem to be on an equal footing- it is like a devotee and a goddess🤢 He is the new " yes" man in town

to be honest, I didn't really connect with katha from the beginning. the woman didn't sleep and didn't eat -- two things I am fond of and always need. 🤣

then, we never heard her thoughts on anything. did she weirdly enjoy the night? did she hate viaan? did she despise him? I never really got a measure of how she felt and then all of a sudden they got randomly close at lonovala and viaan was magically cured and transformed to saint viaan.

katha meanwhile became big boss at office and bossing everyone. apparently earthcon would go into bankruptcy if she wasn't there. so viaan is real boss but not acting as boss but katha is true boss? who knows! 😂

Well…I don’t see the episodes all at once, I watch them on a daily basis most of the time and I always look forward to something new to happen the next day and so far they have been good at it.

coming to Katha Viaan equation - it does look very much like master and student. The director is not handling Viaan’s role properly….Katha’s is just fine. In the original, Viaan is shown as a very mature man, handling lot of ‘things’ super busy with both work and personal stuff. Here Viaan doesn’t have anything to do except ogle at her or say yes ma’am no ma’am.

Viaan - the leader of a big construction company should be shown as such. That will actually elevate the story and the romantic angle as well

Mili you're bang on🤗, this week has been full of really yawn inducing episodes🤔 I want a love story between two strong people who have their own POVs still have that pull towards each other.

Aarav is behaving like a love guru 😭 he's still an 8 year old right How can kathaa agree to meet a stranger at a club for the sake of her son. The food sharing scene was cute but spoiled by that made with ❤️ love wali bashan by Viaan👎🏼

I could never figure out the purpose behind the musical chairs of kaviaa during power cut at earthcon.

I am neither impressed with Kathaa's bashan about the EQ test nor did I enjoy Viaan's love gyaan to Ehsan🤪. It didn't sound like a grown up men talk at all.

I hope there's no jealousy track between kaviaa due to the new girl(she looks like a nuthead otherwise who'd attend an interview in their gym wear)

Teji looked gorgeous in the saree but didn't like her approaching kathaa about Viaan's marriage proposal🤢 This is similar to my manager firing me🥳 after taking my architecture roadmap🤣 Of the implementation.

@mango I also want to know or see kaviaa discussing about the ONS.

I loved Adi for all the reasons you mention above. Wish we get to see him more. Why would Katha want to get to know another man, when she had it all?

Ewwww........ that would be so 👎🏼Please Katha, don't degrade yourself to this level. Agreed, the girl gave a total air-head kind of vibes. Chewing gum in an interview👎🏼What are they getting to? That chirpy, bubbliness, and lack of decorum is attractive. I am sorry, if they are trying to pitch this girl against Katha, and Katha is insecure, I won't forgive the writers😡 She is at a totally different stage of her life to be compared and contrasted.

I was OK with Katha's bhashan about EQ, kyun ki iss se badh kar kuch bhi nahin, talent bhi nahin🤢, if you can't deal with people and teams. But, as Mango said, it is kind of odd, that all of a sudden, Katha wields a lot of power in the company. It would have been at least nice to see Jeetu bhai also getting a seat in the interview panel.

Sorry, during the week my brain is getting fried with work and the show is toasting my brain altogether. Didn't feel like writing anything more.

The day with cutting food, and " musical chairs"🤣🤣as Raji so eloquently put in, and the car/cab antics, is like having to solve more problems at work😒 Bheja was so fried to even say ' yeh kya hain'?
