Kasturi - Self Centered & Calculating?

Friends & Foes & the people who haven't made up their minds yet,

If we may, I really want to discuss Kasturi's behaviour in the last episode - I know this has been discussed randomly under various posts but most of their focus was on how Robbie betrayed Raunak. So can we please bring Kasturi back to spotlight - after all this is her show and Robbie & Raunak are mere pawns in the grand plan of saving her family's legacy, right?

So why didn't Kasturi jump as soon as Raunak fell? What held her back? (other than that sari?) Scared for her own life?
What made her jump finally? Nandu's comments and "duniya ka darr" or something else?
I am really interested in knowing your opinion

Its actually quite simple.....she indeed thought that Raunak fell so she can give the "how could you do this bhashan to Robbie"....who before he could hear it dived down too......so she devoted herself to Shivani, who ran away....instead comes Nandini....who in turn gives her a bhashan...So Kastu maate dived later on to deliver the bhashaan to the only soul who listens to it with complete enthusiasm....Raunak.

You know what the sad part is. That actually makes sense. Why do we watch this show? How did Ekta get us???😭


On a serious note, to my mind (as I have always felt) she just thinks about herself....first she thought of her life and well being.....and when taunted, thought of the after effects of not showing any efforts.....I know i am a minority here, but to my mind the most selfish and dangerous character in this serial is the protagonist itself.....selfish, ruthless and yes... MEAN

@JW, anju, shara, shwetha soooo true, OMG can you see kasturi's mind working double time, what to do? shes thinking Thank god robbie jumped in now i hope he brings ronuak back up, so i wont ruin my sari, thanks to shivani i dont have that many left..

then she sees nandini coming and thinks oh sh** i better get ready to jump otherwise this lady is going ot push me in anyway

Then she looks at her mother and thinks i have to jump otherwise the chawals name be ronauk ke saath duub jaayegah...and besides the rescue boat is here they'll make sure that i wont drown with dearst hubby😡

anju loved the post and i feel that yes katuri is truly the most self-centered individual that i have every had the misfortune to evey watch on live tv.... and if she goes and tries the revenge game with robbie well that makes her worse then maggots under a rotten corpse for this guy tried twice to save her and her husband....
