it was not out of top 20 in the 1st yr.bcz it always had 1.8-2.but it was out of top 10.later during memory loss track though it entered top10 again it was again out.it was post lock down that the trps were extremely low

This show's budget was way too high since promotions were done on a big level but the end product is disappointment since it got 3 trps for only TWICE in its entire run and 2.5 + trps also for only few times..Other than that it was stuck around 2.0 trps which is way too less for a high budget show like kzk and then tanked till 1.1.This show was hardly in top 10 and was out of top 20 too in its first year only..

Also equating KSG/Bajaj's exit the first time around as audience rejection GIVEN THE NUMBERS is a high claim to make because then the same logic WOULD suggest that ANUPRE failed too because they brought the worst numbers (initial 6/7 months). 6 months IS A LONG LOOOONG TIME. We all are guilty of shaping our narratives here not just one person. People have a different point of views big deal. The most lacklustre thing in this show is its lack of creativity and writing. Just like numbers the overnight scrapping of tracks is proof too that things are not working out for the audience. As i said those number includes all the characters. Not only komolika not only anupre not only bajaj.

When people quoted that first 6 months (KOMO+Naveen+AnuPre) show was doing good because of numbers only. Here we have only have TRP list until ek chat started only so maybe we need more info to see which 6 months did better. You show AnuPre you show komo you show bajaj but unless you show something entertaining or sensible people watch it to a certain point. The numbers we talk about here reflects the story and what is shown in the show because that's the mere reflection of ongoing show.

Coming to AnuPre as long as not only anupre but others too if they at least show logically relatable things to the audience it will work otherwise how much ever love scene romantic scene you provide to a character its not going to work. People who follow anupre apprentice them because despite the bad writing they feel connected or can relate to their story. Recent disaster is a great example of how things don't go well even if its anupre or komo.

As far as the tracks after ek chhat are considered. Again the show picked up when the focus was on Komolika vs Prerna and the trps fell to dismal numbers (worse than Bajaj) during the Viraj track which then led to the bridge track. The bridge track peaked around 2.0/2.1 I think with KSG-RB/Anurag/Komolika/Prerna all in frame and was back to slot lead altho someone needs to confirm it. Then covid happened and rest is history! So the only pattern I see in terms of correlation and numbers is Komolika centric. With what the show DID run, Komolika was its most bankable character. Baaki we all have our grievances and I think they're all legitimate. At the end, sabse bari villain toh writing hi thi! Some of the worst I've seen in any show in a long time!

Parth as manik malhotra is one of the most iconic and amazing character.But he got real recognition from kzk only due to its reach.

Kyy was popular and one of the amazing show but youth show which is not relevant for trp things.

And I m thankful for that only as this trp race only destroy the character and show.And my manan and kyy were saved from this horror.

@bold I agree! The show had 2+ ratings but it neither had the slot nor was it anywhere top10. It was swinging between 15-18 12-15th rank without winning the slot. So, again that's the point! I think all of us, by blaming characters/each other simply forget to cast the entire BLAME of this show's abysmal run on THE WRITING! Anupre fans got NOTHING, Prerish fans got nothing. I think this was the only show where no matter which couple you shipped, it was doomed. Anupre. Prerish. Anulika (my personal fav dynamic as far as this show was considered). So now that the show is over, what's the point of pitting characters/actors against each other.

Yes, Writing and creativity is the main culprit for almost all of us.

I am no representative of AnuPre FD here just sharing my thoughts that AnuPre as a character did whatever they did despite comparatively low creativity and dialogue writing for them. Ever since the start of the show they have been discredited for their effort in any of the tracks. Being fairly new to TV shows they did pretty much good in my view you are more than welcome to disagree. Also for so many of us, it was good to watch Parth and Erica playing those characters in their own way otherwise many would have left too because of lazy writing.

Rest end is near and i am happy to leave on that note from the show. Looking forward to Parth's new work in future. Some other casts too lets see.

@2ndBold : yes they impressed me too along with AnuPre especially after leap mainly for their acting 😊

Te fact is , the writing was still OK till komo#1 ended. After that it was only a downhill journey which reflected in the trps. So whether it's any Jodi or actor or the Lack of it , all were REJECTED by the trp audience, thankfully
