Why Ms-Sindur is necessary For AnuPre ?

As per the show , ANUPRE is the divine lover, eternal lover , Durga ma ki blessing couple . So their love is beyond the Society's rituals, cultures , rules and regulations. they could be together without having any kind of meaningful named Relationship , just like a nameless Relation. they could reunite whenever they want . their respective Marital life never created hindrance in their way of love. kahi na kahi ek dusre kay sath iyea dono dhund hi lete hai by breaking mortal laws. No matter what how much they would morally wrong , but their every actions has one and only justification is their Divine love. Then my question is , why CV desperately showing them as married couple by jabardasti ka MS and snidur drama.

Divine couple ka toh peyar hi kafi hote hai togetherness kay liye , toh mortal chise and laws inke upar kyu ? keya ek divine couple kay liye MS- Sindur itna jaruri to present their legality of the relation ? ok fine agar bhaisei hai toh why CV is not showing their proper marriage with right rituals ?
