This misconception has been floating around for a long long time. I am not sure if it's right or wrong to try to clear it this way, 😆 but the fact is, in S1 also, the promo and shows and everything from Star Plus highlighted Anurag-Prerna only and mostly, even though in real world everyone knew what RR did to CK-Anurag back then. 😆 There were even couple of Prem-Mukti and Bajaj-Prerna romance episodes which was highlighted with Anurag-Prerna boring convo in the precap of the previous days episodes and then SP would enjoy the real episode's TRPs with actual couples in it 😆 This is a very old trick, Ekta's unnatural obsession with Anurag-Prerna which reflects in the promos and everywhere, statues and in fact bringing this show back as reboot itself. The reality many a times has nothing to do with it. 😆
