Its not about the characterization, the lead can be fearful, frustrated, weak, but she has to portray that, If u see Sriti Jha's acting, Sweta Tiwari's acting or Sakshi Tanwar's acting, Surbhi Jyoti, they can definitely portray meek, weak, fearful, frustrated character or current Prerna's character 10 times better than Erica. Main issue is she is not impacting because of her acting and i am being totally neutral, its not only about looks, her looks is suitable. her dialogue delivery is very weak, her expressions for surprise, shocked, frustrated every scenes are same. so overall when she comes on screen, somehow the screen presence or acting does not work or audience cannot connect.

Even if they give Erica sassy lines she can hardly convince because she does not have that attitude or aura or cannot act if i say straightforward.

Erica needs to do lot of home work. Only look & height wise she is matching Prerna's role. Acting needs a lot of improvement from her side.

Parth is on point on getting Anurag's role, i would say he is doing better than Cezanne Khan. He was on point and KSG could not overpower parth with his creen presence. Because his acting was good. it had impact.

Somebody was saying that KSG acting was bad, but i am seeing he has tremendous screen presence. and his acting is better than Erica's.

Now Actors can improvise as well. If Erica needs to improvise she can, why doesnt she do it, I can see Parth is giving his 100% but i cannot say Erica is giving 100% and serious.

Now i know when Shashank Vyas said in one interview, that some actors take the cake without working hard. Erica got such great opportunity but she is not giving her effort at all. Because as audience i am not seeing her effort. She needs to do a lot of hard work, she needs to be serious, Prerna is a good role if u can give from ur side as an actress.

Erica somehow not able to make that impact. The show is running mostly on hype and season 1 tag and on male leads shoulder when it should mainly run around female lead's shoulder which for KZK1 it was on Sweta's shoulder, Kahani Ghar Ghar ki ran on Sakshi's shoulder, come on this is an iconic show of Ekta, Erica needs to be serious and learn to do better.

Thx for spelling it out ...i took a lot of time to figure out why i cant see the chemistry which people go gaga over ..then i noticed how shubhavi , pooja and the girl playing shivani also acted in diff scenes , and other actors which r mentioned , they just ace any kind of role ..be it jennifer or surbhi or sriti or the girl playing preeta, shivangi joshi..i find ericas expression same in every scene for every emotion . Imo parth totally underplayed his character during komos time and i hated him there..that was his lowest low ..but after komo he has been his usual self..i find erica very beautiful but her characterization and acting both disappoint. Parth improvises as an actor , he knows how to speak his lines acc to the situation but erica ..something which doesnt sit well..sorry, this is not bashing or criticizing just for the heck for it .

Ce n'est pas à propos de la caractérisation, le rôle principal peut être craintif, frustré, faible, mais elle doit montrer que, si vous voyez le jeu de Sriti Jha, le jeu de Sweta Tiwari ou celui de Sakshi Tanwar, Surbhi Jyoti, ils peuvent clairement représenter le doux, le faible , personnage frustré ou personnage actuel de Prerna 10 fois meilleur qu'Erica. Le problème principal est qu’elle n’a pas d’impact à cause de son rôle et que je suis totalement neutre, ce n’est pas seulement son apparence, son apparence lui convient. son dialogue est très faible, ses expressions de surprise, de choc, de frustration, toutes les scènes sont identiques. donc dans l’ensemble, quand elle vient à l’écran, la présence à l’écran ou le jeu des acteurs ne fonctionnent pas ou le public ne peut pas se connecter.

Même si elles donnent des lignes impertinentes à Erica, elle peut difficilement convaincre car elle n’a ni cette attitude ni cette aura, ni ne peut agir si je dis tout de suite.

Erica doit faire beaucoup de travail à la maison. Seulement regarder & hauteur sage elle correspond au rôle de Prerna. Agir nécessite beaucoup d'amélioration de sa part.

Parth est sur le point d'obtenir le rôle d'Anurag, je dirais qu'il fait mieux que Cezanne Khan. Il était au rendez-vous et KSG ne pourrait pas maîtriser sa présence avec l'écran. Parce que son jeu était bon. cela a eu un impact.

Quelqu'un disait que le jeu de KSG était mauvais, mais je constate qu'il est extrêmement présent à l'écran. et son jeu est meilleur que celui d'Erica.

Maintenant, les acteurs peuvent aussi improviser. Si Erica a besoin d'improviser, elle peut le faire, pourquoi ne le fait-elle pas? Je peux voir que Parth lui donne à 100%, mais je ne peux pas dire qu'Erica donne à 100% et sérieux.

Maintenant, je sais que lorsque Shashank Vyas a déclaré dans une interview, que certains acteurs prennent le gâteau sans travailler dur. Erica a eu une telle opportunité mais elle ne fait aucun effort de sa part. Parce qu'en tant que public, je ne vois pas ses efforts. Elle doit faire beaucoup de travail, elle doit être sérieuse, Prerna est un bon rôle si vous pouvez donner de votre côté en tant qu’actrice.

Erica n'a pas réussi à avoir cet impact. L'émission tourne principalement sur le battage médiatique et la saison 1 et sur l'épaule des meneurs quand elle devrait surtout courir autour de l'épaule de la meneuse féminine qui pour KZK1 était sur l'épaule de Sweta, Kahani Ghar Ghar ki a couru sur l'épaule de Sakshi, venez c'est un spectacle emblématique d’Ekta, Erica doit être sérieuse et apprendre à faire mieux.

Some have mentioned Erica lacking expressions, it was so evident in today's episode, with her scene with Bajaj (I only saw that, so idk anything else), she came to gloat that she had won, and he said he was one up anyway, she should have shown some expression of failure or fear that he's got something else in store, or something apart from the wide-eyed serious face. Yeah, true. I agree. I watch very little of the show and I could figure this out, many watch everything, so they'd know better. And before someone points out, Dr. Bose, I used to watch that too and loved it, but that premise was different, and her role, acting was very much on point there. Here, no.

I agree. Not her acting only but she doesn't look good in most of the scenes.

After watching today's episode, I have to say it's getting even worse. I already had no expectations but it's actually uncomfortable to watch now. Her acting is terrible in her scenes with Bajaj. I refuse to sugarcoat anymore. It's BAD. "Anurag" *crying* "Anurag" *putting on fake bravado*- it's all wrong. Not one emotion seems genuine. As if some young girl is playing dressup and trying hard to seem mature. The disconnection is taking me out in every scene between these two. KSG has been bland at best in this show but next to her, he's suddenly someone with great screen presence and actual talent. I can best describe her performance as put-on. It's hollow and lifeless. No amount of "sass" would save her if she continues to be this lifeless. As it is, she is terrible in those small "victory" moments against him. I am speaking strictly about the acting here. Character-wise, these clowns would win/lose accordingly. But acting-wise, she is shallow. So her victories don't make for exciting television either.

I actually laughed out loud when Bajaj asked, "What do you even want?" The crying, the shivering, the monotone dialogue delivery- everything is hollow. There is no conviction in her pefromance. The character is obviously badly written but the acting, Jesus. There is no variation to anything she expresses.

Hey, I disagree there slightly. Today I felt she was better than before. The scene was more well executed and seemed more real. Her appearance was suitable. The background music was suitable. The entire scene appealed to me, acting wise, I guess she was a little better than the red saree day, and her feeling of absolute loss was relatable. No way outstanding but not atrocious either. I particularly liked Mohini today, she is always over the top and today also she was. But today she was nice man. I felt super sorry for all of them, and being a Bajaj fan, felt what was happening to them wasn't right. Lol.

I've given up explaining to people that she's a wonderful actress but the characterization of Prerna is bringing it down for her. And I'm tired of referring to Dr. Bose

Dr. Bose was a subtle character, real in realistic situations which came from heart & Eri nailed it throughout. Sonakshi was just like us.

Prerna is a loud, OTT character which has not been properly written. Prerna is not like anyone in reality tbh.Not everyone can play Ekta's typical daily soap heroine. Some actors are great with subtle, realistic characters but not with loud ones especially when they are terribly written.

Exactly. Erica is awesome. Her subtle scenes are so natural. And she can speak with her eyes. The only thing She is not very good at is, Dialogue delivery . Unless you are used to her way of speaking, it may not be very clear to you and there is this buzzz sound when she speaks .

Erica is my favourite but Prerna is not meant for her.

I have seen her acting in KRPKAB, she wasn’t good in that one either
