How Bajaj is attacking Anurag basu from peet peeche ?

according to certain , Bajaj is playing from back and making warr from peet peeche . but how ?

If he played from back then he will never -

• allow anurag to go to his bedroom
• never offer drink to anurag and give him space to survey his room
  
• never allow to check anu's encyclopedia. (oh pls dont say me, anurag by chance watch tha file . if bajaj wanted to save his file then he never left the room . he could easily asked his servant to arrange drink for them like today.)
  
• never disclose komo's matter in front of anu. he could avoid komo's part totally . but he disclosed every details how komo gave of property pages to bajaj for destroying basu.
  
• allow anu to know about himself from deep . In a word , bajaj could easily avoid anurag . n today anurag found a open door, n i guess it is also bajaj's trick to make entry of anurag .in a word if bajaj wants he could easily hide all the infos n his intentions from anurag , specially komo's part .. n anurag never ever could be able to find out about those infos by his useless detectives, ek pic bhi manage nei kar paye toh infos anu keya khak nikalenge. now how bajaj is attacking anurag from back ? everything is open up infront of anurag . bajaj is going to overtake basu's business by hook and crook . now it is anurag's duty to save his business in every bit possible rather than involving in other useless gharelu stuffs right now. may be bajaj's total personal reasons are not disclosed in front of basus still now .. but what he will be going to do it is clear cut . ab jahape anu knows the upcoming action of bajaj , then why not he makes plan to save everything . ek accha responsible businessman toh wohi karte hai na is waqt ? akheri koshish to save everything rather than the fnding coz, aur why anurag dint have any back up plan to save ? a good business man always ready to fight cos they know very well in this world khatra and overtaking will be every where . agar anu se nei honge toh why he dint involve nivi here ? so pls check facts at first .. how bajaj is still now in back position . aur kitna infos chiye anurag ko to fight with a storm like bajaj ?
