I love this fanfic. I wish the serial was like this. It would have been so good. I can't wait for the kids to read their moter's letter. The fanfic is a mixture of films and some dramas which I like. The KumKum and KYPH team make this fanfic really interesting and I am eager to know what happens next and what the kids reaction will be regarding their father.

RECAP: P2 and Krish's intro after 15 yr leap.

The following day, everyone in LA mansion woke up in a hurry. P2 and Krish, as usual, woke up late and was greeted by a HAPPY B-DAY by everyone! It was also P2's event in school and she was one of the contestants. Getting in2 her school uniform (that she HAD to wear) - which consisted of a Grey mini skirt and blue jersey with a white shirt and tie, she quickly got ready. Be4 leaving the room, she quickly looked back @ her mother's picture and went towards it.
P2: hey mom, aap ko bata hain, aaj school mein mere competition hain. har sal woh Molly jeeti hain, par is saal mein jeetongi, janti hoon kyun..............
She looks @ Mukti's picture as if waiting 4 an answer. Then she continued...........
P2: kyunki mein aap ki beti hoon, aur mein bahut achi tarah se jaanti hoon, ke jab aap school mein hi ti haina, to phir aab to har competition jeeti ti. Ok aab mein chalti hoon, sab log mere intazzar karte hoonge. Bye mom and wish me luck.
She ran out of her room and went down the stairs. Sumit, who was outside her room, walked out in and went to Mukti's picture.
S: Mukti..........kya kahoon mein tumse............tumne sirf humko nahin, balki tumhre bacho ko bhi chordiya jab woh tumhare sab se ziyaada zaroorat hain. Chalo aab mein bhi chalta hoon. P2 meri intaazar karti hoonge and "SEXY NANU" doesn't wanna disappoint his grand-daughter.
He leaves the room and closes the door shut. They all leave the house and reach the school.

MUKTI MALHOTRA BOARDING SCHOOL: The school which is named after Mukti and the school that P2, Krish and all the other kids in the family go to. Has a hostel - only 4 those whose home is far away. It is 4 boys and girls but they have separate hostels.

COMPETTION: Everyone is seated in the hall and P2's family comes along with Krish. Wanting to see his sister be4 the event, he excused himself and went towards her. She was nervous, that he could tell straight-away. No-one knew her betta than him, not even Sumit nanu. Going towards her, he made her face him and said:
K: look sister, ur gonna win this alryt. And anyway, don't worry, i got ur back out there.
P2: thanks bhai.

Announcement: The competition will be starting in 5 mins. Could all please take ur seats?

K: k sister, i going now. see u out there.
P2: k bro. bye
K: bye.

He left and she was waiting there. The announcer had called the students who were taking part. One by one they all came in and took their seats. P2 came in and she waved @ her family who waved back with pleasure. Students were then coming up and started to talk bout their topic.

Announcer: now lastly, lets give it up for our HEAD GIRL: P2 MALHOTRA!

There was a round of applause as P2 came up on stage. She winked @ her bro and nanu, who winked back @ her. Taking out her topic, she looked @ the paper and stopped for a bit. Not knowing what to say, she looked around @ the audience. Waiting for her to say something, the teacher said "say". P2 just said one word............Mother.

Sumit looked @ her with a sad look on his face. Krish looked @ his sister, waiting for her to say something. After some time, she said..............

P2: Mum. A mother is some-one who loves us alot, but sometimes we just don't realize how much she loves us. A mother is some-one who makes us realize how much we mean to this world and how good we are, that there is no-one better than us. A mother is some-one whose happiness lies in our happiness and whose sorrow lies in our sorrow. A mother............a mother is everything.........but only difference is that I don't have one. But i have my brother, my grand-parents, my uncles, aunts and all my cuzins, and they are really nice, especially my bro and grandpa, who is always there 4 me. That's all i have to say, thank u.

She went back to her seat and was rewarded by a round of applause. The judges didn't need to decide on who to give the trophy to. As soon as P2 sat down, they had made their decision and gave their vote.

JUDGE: THE WINNER IS................Molly got up to recieve the award, but boy was she wrong

......................P2 MALHOTRA!

P2 sat there shocked in her seat as her family gestured her to receive the award. On receiving it, she thanked her bro and family. Krish got up and went down on stage to go and hug his sister. Everyone applauded and surrounded the 2.

Prem, back in Mumbai, had just won another contract for his business and ws surrounded by the media.

This day was the day of where father and daughter had won.

Sorry guys, i know the b-day party and Mukti's last letter was gonna be in here, but i can't write anymore. Dad is forcing me to go bed..........and.............well u know how dad's are like. So i shall update 2morrow and continue 4rm here (if i get logged in that is - been having problems).

Continuing from this update:

P2, Krish and the family came back home with full of delight. They were so happy - that even thought she didn't have a mother - she still managed to say all those things about her mother. Krish looked @ his sister with tears in his eyes. She caught sight of him and asked:
P2: hey bhai, y u crying?
K: nothing sister, just proud of u. even though we don't have a mom, u still managed to say all those things.
Everyone turned to them and heard what they said (the family members)
P2: hey bhai, who said that we don't have a mom, we don't have just one mom, we have so many - she looked @ her aunts. Look bhai, just becoz, mum is not here anymore - not that we even knew her - it doesn't mean that we can't call our aunts mom. They given us everything a mother could and would give their children. They treat us as their own and we feel as if they are our mothers. So in a way, we don't have one mother we have 6 mothers. OK so cheer up and don't 4get, its our b-day 2day as well, so no grumpy mood ok.
Krish laughed and tapped his sister on the head lightly. They both headed upstairs while everyone looked proudly @ them. The 2 were growing up really fast and they could all see it clearly, very clearly. Everyone started to getting ready 4 the party this evening. The guest had started to pour in the house and everyone started to enjoy themselves. They were all waiting for the guest of honours - the b-day kids. They finally came down and everyone stared @ them. They both were looking extravagant.
P2 wore this: & she had her hair loosely curled. Whereas Krish wore this: , with a and also with to match with it.

All the girls, @ once, came running down to Krish while all the boys came to P2 asking 4 a dance. Krish started to flirt around with the surrounding girls while the boys just kept trying to flatter P2. They were clearly popular. Very popular. She ignored them all and went towards her family with her bro. They all hugged everyone and then Sumit had asked the 2 to go and dance.

They agreed immediately and went on the dance floor. First they done a hand in hand dance - u knw when guys ask girls 4 a dance and they go spinning them around and all - then they started dancing to a beat. Both had competed in the music festivals @ school and won all the awards. They were always the best duo and couple in the school even though they were bro and sis. They could do all sorts of movements - whether it was a romantic one or just some other one they could do it. Most people were really surprised @ what they could do. They could solve equations faster than any1 else, play all different kind of sports etc. They were the MOST POPULAR KIDS IN TOWN!

The music had changed in2 a fast beat, and they were dancing real fast, more than they were supposed to be. Everyone looked @ them with a glint in there eyes as if they had seen some thing really good and just wanted to claim it. Both stopped & was rewarded with a round of applause. They bowed down and went back towards the rest of the family.

Angad: wow kids, even i couldn't dance like that when i was ur age
P2: well mamu, u grew up in India and well.............us...............AMERICA. so its obvious that we are gonna be betta than u and the style of dancing is way different to what u learnt.
Angad: yh yh whateva.
K: ok..............so Nanu (he turned to Sumit).............the letter. where is it?
Sumit: wait for it. the party has just started and u want the letter already, enjoy urself first, after all it is ur sweet-16 and u only turn 16 once.
P2 & K: ok nanu. They both went off and started to dance. Other people came to dance. P2 grabbed Sumit's arm and dragged him onto the floor. He tried to refuse her, but he knew that she was stubborn. Another feature of Mukti, he reminded himself. Mukti was so like this as well he thought. Letting her drag him, he started to dance with her. Krish grabbed Kumkum's arm and started to dance with her. Both grandparents were dancing along and were enjoying themselves.

Finally after hours of dancing, they started to open up the presents they had received. Each year, they would receive over 100 presents each, judging by the many amount that knew them. The office staff, the school staff etc. Then the b-day cake arrived. Both kids were delighted. Chocolate with icing on it, their FAVORITE! Cutting the cake, they first fed a piece to each other and then to Sumit, Kumkum and Suprita and then all their uncles and aunts.

The party soon ended after going on into the night and Krish and P2 were irritating Sumit about the letter. After having enough of the 2, he decided to give in and gave the letter. Cheering in victory, they both hurried to P2's room and sat down on the bed and ripped the envelope in a hurry. Opening the letter, they read:

NOTE: 4 the next few updates, its gonna be Mukti that is gonna be speaking, so when i start the new update, its still gonna be Mukti (until further notice).

Mukti: Mere pyaare bacho. Happy 16th b-day! Hope ur well. I know that u have become very big and understanding, that's y what i am gonna tell, u will understand very well. This time, i shall be telling u how u came in2 this world, who ur family is and MOST importantly, who you FATHER is.

Well guys, that is the intro to the letter, i shall continue when i have the time, which i think might not be sometime this week as i have 2 English Course-works to hand in on Monday, but if i get time (and i get logged in) then i'll update. So enjoy 😊
