we need new mod like pswayer! - Page 3

It is a very hard job trying to take care of a section we as members alsoo have a responsilbility to safeguard forums as well whenever someone sees a insulting post they should rather then making a post ' mod please close' pm the link to the mods and the post if deemed inappropiate will be closed in due course or click on the report button located next to a post and the relative dev team will take care of the situation. 😊

Zaara, I've got my Univ exams in a couple of mnths so I'm inactice, & ronitfan is already a mod of KZK

arree support kis baat ki yaar we know the work u put into this section and the hard work u do

lols am im not that active i mean im not even in the top 100 addicts 😆

Manasi tum bhi na 😆 😆 Ofcourse we know k u r such an amazing mod..and yeah u cant be online round da clock to look at every topic at everytime..

but i think now we members have also stopped participating in the topics which leads to fights!!

so everything in kzk section is back to normal 😉

I'm sure that the Mods are doing a great job here. At the end of the day, they are human beings and do have a personal life aswell. They go to school / college like you and me sweetheart 😃

You posted that other members would make better Moderators. But how can you know that, dear? The current Mods got promoted because they had been active. 😊 Now when they might be busy with studies, you wish to exchange them yaar.

Let's imagine the members you mentioned would become Mods here. What if they get busy with studies aswell? Would you make another post saying the Mods are inactive and new ones are needed? 😊

active ki baat nahi thi but u r mostly available at the time when manasi or other mods are not avaibale 😃

hey everyone,
im sorry to say this but i was a bit upset to see this topic since the rest of the mods and me spend so much time and care into this section. I personally thought it was getting along just fine, untill the last few days when a few fights started to happen.
Also i'm sorry but we cant all be online all the time, we all have a life seperate from I.F, such as school, home-work etc...
Even thoguh i have been a bit un-active latelly, i msut addmit, but thats just because i was a bit busy, and i supose the rest of mods were as well. Were sorry for the inconvinience but we were jsut busy, we'll try to stay more active.
But with members these days starting fights and bashing, it just dosent help.
Hope you understand what im tryign to say.

Kandy, why should you apologise? Don't yaar, we all know and understand that you can't always be online all the time. It's not as if this is your fulltime job or you are getting paid for it. Every mod, viewbie, videobie etc takes time out of their own lives to come here and keep the forum clean and friendly - and we really appreciate that. w/o you guys, this forum would have gone to the dogs ages ago😆😆

IF is a huge community and a huge success thanks to all of the people who work behind the scenes - and we often forget that w/o this hierarchy of Dev Teams, the site would be running riot and would be a complete mess...

I actually think that all of KZK's Dev Team (can't really speak for other forums since I don't know them, but I am sure they are the same) are doing a fantastic and commendable job - I know if I were in your place, I'd have gone mad a long time ago!! So we really should be thanking you.

As for this issue of undesirable topics, well, like a few people have already said - it is the rsponsibility of every member to make sure that they themselves do not encourage such posts and topics. If you don't like something, you should take steps to change it yourself, not rely on others to do it for you.😛
