Making such a post and saying some specific members will make a better mod than others is not right. This way you are actually insulting the present Dev Team members who are devoting so much of their time and energy to the section.

Why not you all yourself become responsible members. Why start topics against actors and then finally end up fighting with each other. That will solve more than half of your problem. Problem in the section is if fans of *OPQ open a topic against actor XYZ the fans of XYZ start another for *OPQ.

Instead why don't you report the topic so that even if the dev Team member of this section is absent someone else can take action.

Hope now onwards you all will follow this instead of start fighting and then blame the Mods for that. 😊

I'm sure that the Mods are doing a great job here. At the end of the day, they are human beings and do have a personal life aswell. They go to school / college like you and me sweetheart 😃

You posted that other members would make better Moderators. But how can you know that, dear? The current Mods got promoted because they had been active. 😊 Now when they might be busy with studies, you wish to exchange them yaar.

Let's imagine the members you mentioned would become Mods here. What if they get busy with studies aswell? Would you make another post saying the Mods are inactive and new ones are needed? 😊

The responsibility lies on each one of us to stop such fights and nip them in the bud. Mods cant be in the section round the clock. They do try to be online at the same time everyday and help.
