Chapter five: Dill Ki Baath

Part one: Unknown shadows

Seen one:

Antara comes and gives Summith tea like everyday, "Morning papa." She says and Summith immidiatly sees something wrong.

"Antara beta kya hua? Jab tum good morning with karhi ho dill sa karthi ho lakin aaj?" he looked at her and pulled her hand and made her sit next to him.

"Papa…vo. Papa vo I am really scared about Mutki. Yesterday when I was looking for her with Sia after the show she looked all lost when we got to her. Just looking at the moon and not focusing so looked all tiered. I have never seen her like that what is happening to her papa?" When Antara finished Summith looked at his dauter-in-law.

"Beta leave her alone she has been over working a lot and I think it just came into her head a bit…she was very tiered after all that work." Antara bought the explanation. After she left he decided to talk to Mukti latter in the day with Kumkum.

Seen two:

It was eleven in the morning and Mukti finally came down after a long night rest, her eyes were searching for her family. Finally asked the searvent, "Kaka bai aur ma kaha hai?"

"Mukti bitiya vo loog bahu ki gaar gayi hai. Aap so rahi thi isi lia aap ko chod kar gayi." He explained and Mukti nooded.

"Umm kaka meri lia ek strong coffee aur cornflakes and tost chahia. Mai nahal kar athi hoon." She goes up and has a shower and comes down dressed in a pink chudidar with long sleeves and a set of beautiful bangles. The make up is very nice and she as well. The servant gives her brunch and she quietly eates it, her phone rings. "Sumith uncle good morning."

"Beta I want to talk to you soon. Can you come over to the office?" Summith asked.

"Kya hua uncle? Is there something wrong…I am on my way after I finish my breakfast." Mukti began.

"Breakfast? Mukti it is eleven thirty? Are you all right." Summith asked but he did not get an answer.

Seen three:

Prerna was doing what she would do after every time Mukti did a concert, an interview or anything that came on print. Cut it, and paste it in an album with great care. It had a picture of her on the cover of the black book, Prerna lovingly careered it…it was a photograph of her bacha. Kasak came and sat down next to her, "Mom aap na phir sa Mukti ko yaad kiya?" she asked.

"Beta…maina Mukti ko parvarish kya, pyar diya aur jab usa meri sab sa zayda zarurath padi chod dia." Prerna cries and Kasak holds her with a determined expression on her face.

Seen four:

Mukti goes into Summith's office, "Aap na muja kyu bulaya uncle?" Summith looked at her for a moment and then asked her to sit down.

"Kay tum teek ho? Antara na kaha ki tum kaal raath bahuth parashan thi show ke bath?" Mukti took a moment to realize what he was talking about.

"That…uncle so long I was so bussy that I almost forgot my past but when I was having that quiet time well everything came back and the pain was too much." Tears feel from her eyes, Summith reached out and strocked her hair.

"Beta…you have to take care of you're self do you know. Mai mantha hoon ki atheeth mai bahuth bura hua lakin teri aaj bahuth achi hai. Foucs on it beta." Summith hugged her and she hugged him back some how she remembered how her baba used to hug her the same way and she began crying. Summith pulled and asked, "Kya hua?"

"Baba ka yaad aya…" she says and a few more tears fall from her eyes as she remembers her father's death. Summith wipes them just then the phone rings, "Haan Kumkum bolo…she is right hear." He gives Mukti the phone, "Kumkum wants to talk to you."

"Yes aunty?" she asked.

"Beta there is a durga puja at home this Thursday are you free?" she asked.

"Ji aunty um what time is it?" she asks. "Five o clock teek hai. I will be there." After putting the phone down she realized she forgot the dress code. "Kya dress pehu mai?" Summith rolles his eyes. "Jo bi Kumkum tuja dati hai…"

"Teek hai – is there anyting else uncle? I have to go for a recording." She says and Summith dismissis her.

Seen five:

Josh walked into the studio and looked at Mukti for a moment, she too looked up from the scrip she was reading. "Hay Josh come on we have to do this song."

"You look very nice today, chudidiar's." Josh mentioned but kept looking at her, when they sung the song Yeh Dill from Athiraz. When they sung the song some how Josh's heart was not in it though he sung it very well. The direcor concradulated them and as they steped out of the sudio Mukti asked him, "Kya hua?"

Josh did not answer she forcefully pulled his hand and made him look at her, "Kya hua Josh?" she repeated. He let go of her hand and went down the stairs in top speed she followed him calling out to him. Finally she caught up with him in the garadge. Finally he looked at her and un able to controle him self hugged her. At the moment it felt like more than just a hug, but something Josh was holding on to…something as presious as his life. Slowly he let her go but not completely. "Mukti…its Angath."

"What happened?" she was desperate to know what happened to her best friend.

"I feel like…a jerk. Kripa she left Angath because of me." Mukti did not undersand a word. "Vo…meri dad ki najais beti hai Mukti. Jab usa patha chala she was really upset. When Naina aunty came to know, well she monked Kripa for her birth. She also said that she doughted Pratheek's birth, this hurt Kripa a lot it was that night she disappeared. I feel so responsible, I wish I had not told her. It was all my falut that she went away."

"Why are you telling me now? Why did you not tell me before?" she asked.

"Because mom came to know and she is set on destroying Kripa. Kripa came back Mukti." The world seamed to come down on her like a storm. Kripa was back Kripa was back. Suddenly it flashed to her, "Is you're sister Kripa Sharma?"

"Yes why do you ask?" Mukti looked at him for a moment.

"I know how to get the two together." Mukti said. Josh could not hide his happyness only for a moment.

"She refused the show." He remainded her.

"She refused this show…Josh." She remained him and says something that makes Josh smile really big.

"You are a devil Mukti Kappor and I like you for it." both of them hugg. As though in perfect timeing the phone rings, "Hello…Mr. Sharma yes. Yes I will be there I around two hours thank you. Take care." She cuts the line, "I have got to go, see you round." A man dressed in black clothes goes away from there just as Mukti leaves.

Seen six:

Mukti walks into Prem's office, she is completely different from the morning. She wore a dark gray trousers with a jacket, that stoped exactly after her waistline with a white shirt. A dark pair of glasses were set on her head, she waited as he took a moment to study her. Once he was done, he offered her a seat. "Can you tell me what is going on?"

"Do you mind if I offer you a drink first Mukti, what could it be tea, coffee?" she inturuped. "Coffee is fine."

"Coffee it is." He ordered two cups of coffee and waited for it to arrive and took his time to enjoy the view that sat before him making abnoxius comments. She waited till the coffee arrived, "Aah the coffee…" he welcomed them like they were the greatest gift of life, a smile lingered in her lips and he enjoyed them. Only after she begain sipping and he made himself comfortable on the table, "Mukti I am sure you are already aware that I am the one directing the new album for you're company. Well this means we have to work closely…"

"I am fine with it, is there anything else U.D?" she asked somehow the personal way she addressed him was something she liked.

"Yes, the concept are you all right with it?" he asked looking at her, she nodded absant mindedly. "Right and then there is something else I really wanted to ask you." She looked up, strait into his eyes, "Kya?"

"Well, es contract ka press meating aur us ka bath evening party bi…next week would you be able to come?" he requested, holding his breath.

"Sure…um next week right sure I will be there." Her answer gave him a greate pleasure. She saw it but ignored it…she did not want to make the same mistake again.

Seen seven:

After dinner Sakshi was oiling the roots of Mukti's hair as she told her about the new development. Suddenly the hand movement stopped and Mukti looked up, "Kya hua Sakshi aap na rok kyu lia?"

"Beta…vo baas muja lagi ki you are all ready stressing you're self and this would be too much." Mukti saw though her.

"Sach sach bolo." She demanded.

"Nothing I just wanted to make sure my bachi is fine. Beta were is you're babi?" she asked her suddenly remembering that Vaishnavi was come there.

"Bai must be romanceing with her, married people." she rolled her eyes, and looked at the photograph of her baiya and babi taken right after they were married. Sakshi hit her, "Nautanki. But you're right…I am glad they are happy."

"Me too…I can expect to be a bua soon in the way they are going." her mother was shocked at the joke but smiled. It was nice to see Mukti like this.

Seen eight:

Mukti and Karan walk into a disco, almost every man was gabbing at her, Josh tried hard to hide his smile. She was wearing a ress that reached nearly four inches above her knees and she looked simply stunning. The black white really set out her fetures and the low neck cut helped highlight her fetures even more. The way his hands were on her did make a hit, every guy envined him expecially the one he wanted to be envind by Prem. The autograph's were done when Karan found them seates, Mukti knowing why they came sat down next to him coolly. She wanted to let Prem know what he missed, really hard. Soon a guy came and asked her for a dance, Mukti looked innocently at Karan, "Do you mind?"

"Not at all." He assuered her and she went away immidiatly. The guyspractically pulled her away, soon they were dancing for Rock n Roll from KANK. Prem watched her standing there drinking, what would he not do to be in that guys place. Not because of her short clothes or anything else, just for the pleasure of being close to her again…kash. He took a deep breath and walked away. Mukti came back and before she cold say a word her phone rang, "Beta puja tommorow remember?" it was Kumkum.

"Sure babs how could I forget?" she asked smileing. "Any ways what should I weare?"

"Come tommorow morning and then you will know, I spoke to you're Sakshi and she said you can stay with us the whole day." Mukti happily gave Kumkum a kiss on the pone. "Pagli kaal zaruur ajana."

Seen nine:

Mukti runs into the wadwa house yelling "Aunty! Sia! Antara!"

"Bas bas…we are hear…" Sia yelled and Mukti ran to them, and stood there smileing. Three two one, "You are in a chudidar?"

Mukti stood in front of them wearing a gray chudidar and matching banges, she let out a laugh, "So kya karna hai?" soon Sia and Mukti were prepareing the house to welcome ganapathi baba. Hanging decorations and making calls to the flower person and the sweets man. Kumkum was hanging up some decorations in the wall on a stool when Summith passed by she lost her balance and Summth catches her. Antara who sees it smiles as they get lost in each other's eyes. Sharman coughs and both of them come back to their senses. Soon the ganapathi is hear and Mukti is given the clothes to change and everyone celebrates Ganapathi baba's birth day. The littile girl (I don't know her name) asks if they need not sing ganapathi happy birth day and the girls promise they will latter. Soon ganapathi is pushed into the sea back home Sia, Mukti, Antara, Druv, Aashika, Vaishnavi and Sammer with the little girl get a small cake and place it in front of a small sidi vinayak and dimm all the lights. Slowly they sing happy birth day and get her to cut the cake and have a small birthday bash.

Seen ten:

Mukti and Josh are having breakfast and she is telling him all about the plan with Angath and Kripa, "We need to get them to work together, I confurmed about the other show and that is why Kripa did not come with us, we can ask her again for some other show Josh."

"Sounds good Mukti but what about this show, it is up like today evening?" he asked.

"Everything is perfectly in order, Yasmi is great to work with and well…we have all ready placed a contract for a few more shows with them." Mukti declared.

"Why does this not suprize me? You are really cut out for the music industry babes." Mukti got up and cleared the table and Josh helped her, as they were stacking the dishes for the servent Mukti's hand went down on her stomach. Josh gussed immidiatly.

"Period?" he asked Mukti nodded, "Would you be able to manage with it? Is it you're first day or second?"

"Second…but I will do fine I have worked with it before." She informed him but Josh's concern was elsewere.

"Mukti three of you're costumes are white." He declared, this really irritated Mukti.

"Josh it has been ages since any of my clothes got strained with I have my periods so chill will you? I can handle my self, I have done great performances in compleate white with my periods before so you can relax." She declared Josh was not really embaresed he had a sister who performed and knew a lot about women and their issues. Mukti liked his concern on such a personal level.

"Great so what is our first step now?" he asked.

"I have to go meet Ragu and Yasmi, then just get some of the final data done properly after that well…it's the show." She answered, "Before that I need to go home and change bai will kill me if I go in a skirt and top." Both of them hug goodby and Mukti goes away.

Seen eleven:

Ragu and Yasmi are looking at some files, just then a knock is heared at the door, "Can I come in?"

"Hay Mukti, come on in…" Yasmi smiled at her and they hugged so did Mukti and Ragu.

"So anything I need to do?" she asked.
"Yes." Ragu handed her a bunch of files, "Look at the files these need you're signature." Mukti sat on the desk, cross legged and saw each file, Ragu was looking at her with affection. Soon the time for the concert had come and all the artists began asembeling themselves. After one final reharsal everyone got coffee and three two one "You're on – Angath."

Angath goes on stage with a black jeans and a red shirt, he looks drop dead gorgeous. He sings the song Anka Kuli…from Mohobathe. The song is strait from his heart when he thinks about Kripa. Tears from in his eyes but he wipes them before anyone sees them. His voice brings out the belief in love and the longing for love. Mukti is looking from the side, her expression is of disbelief and suprize finally she makes her apperence for the song. She is wearing a beautyfull lylack garga with a sleeveless and a v cut neck that shows of her waist and a skirt that practically sweeps the floor. Angath takes her and swings her, Mukti takes a glace in his eyes and see the pain. After the step Angath leaves the stage and Mukti does a few more moves and starts to sing the song Ishq Bina (western) from Taal. Her singing is so nice everyone simply melts. She reaches the end of the song and leaves, next comes Natasha. She is wearing a red dress and sings Huurz a Alla from Page 3. After that comes Quazi who performs for Mai aisa Kyu Hoon. He wears a really crazy out fit and the audience like him too. After his performance Angath and Josh come back on sining Chamsa from Dus, both are in shirwanis, Angath in a green one and Josh in a black. Rupraka after they leave comes on singing the song Yaadei, them song. She looks nice in a white skirt and a red top.

Latter, Abejeeth and Quazi come and sing Ulha Raja from Hum Kisi Sa Kam Nahi. Debojeeth comes with his song Ek Shararath with Ariptha. Soon the show is over and a new product is launched.

Seen twelve:

Mukti and Ragu are hugging, "I don't belive it, we have lauched the product." She said and broke the hug.

"Great show guys," Ragu announced once Angath and Rupraka were done hugging. "Thanks for showing up and hear are you're pay chekes." He handed everyone the money. "With an invitation to tommorow's party." Prem watched jealously when Mukti hugged Ragu. His suspitions were confurmed, almost, when he saw how happy he was at the hug. It did not stop there, when Ragu announced the party Josh took Mukti in his arms and swung her. Her words were ringing in his ears. "Chill buddy…wait till the party."

Part two: New relations

Seen one:

Everyone is enjoying the party Prem is as usual drinking, throwing a few occasional glanced at Snaha and Sharath who are in a cosy dance. She looks nice in a blue dress with small sparks. A part of him wishes that it was him and Mukti, tears form in his eyes but he wipes them away. Suddenly his eyes fall on someone in the crowd, he thought she could not look more elegant but she proved him wrong. She was dressed in a simple white sleeveless dress that did not attract any attention. It was again littlie above her knees like everything she wore, for some time now. A simple gold chain healed the dress in her waist though thin and hung to one side a simple chain with a pear pendent with matching drop earrings were the only jewellery she wore. The light pink shade of lipstick and eye shadow she wore made her stand out. Her shoes too were white, making her look like an Angle that stepped down the stairs. He kept looking at her unable to take of his stare, his meditation was broken by the voice that called her from behind him, "Mukti…" turning around he found Angath standing there in a blue jeans with a light blue shirt with small red stripes that he took the pain to tuck in. Her smile from a part of her face lit across her face with happiness, she increased her phase and hugged him as she reached him a photographer asked for a pose, they gave him one and he snapped them. Nandan came up and smiled at them, sweetly hugged Mukti and shook hands with Angath. "I really hope we get a good article or two from you're side." Angath said.

"Keep hoping, you would have to give an interview for that…actually I am rather one of my journalists…wants to do a piece on the two of you together." He said and looked at them hopefully. Angath and Mukti exchange looks, "Were is you're reporter?"

"Right hear right now…" said a voice behind them, Mukti turned around to find a woman with a tape recorder in hand ready for an interview.

"Great." Angath smiled, "How 'bout we got to a quiet corner and do this…um…"

"Preeth, that's my name." She said as she lead them out of the party to a beach out side were they settled down. "In a party finally cornered together are rock stars Mukti Kappor and Angath Kanna, now we get to see right into their cream coated friendhip." She says to the tape, "So how would the two of you describe you're um how should I put it relationship?"

"It's more than friendship that is for sure, a kind of profetional and personal friendship between us. I think it is very important for a hit of rock star concert couple to have that." Angath jabbered.

"He's right – when the croud loves you together they really go wild and that is exactly what us rock stars need, a wildness. That can happen only when we are good with each other, I guss this is the only proffetion were you have to have a great chemistry with you're biggest opponents if you want to stay on." Mukti informed her with a knowing voice.

"Really? Let me get this strait the two of you are the biggest rivals and the best of friends how do you manage it?" Preeth asked, she knew her home work too well.

"Its not just with us Preeth, its with any rock performer you need each other." Mukti explained, "Just take up some of the latest performances with Debojeeth and Quazi…even though technically we are rivals we tend to work as a team only then the effect comes out right and not a mess."

"She is right, when you do anything with music the only person you compete against is you're self – you must want to give you're 110% for given it." Angath points out. Preethi relaxed a bit, she had broken the ice.

"So its not all about the spotlight is it?" she asked Angath and Mukti laughed.

"I guess in a way it is but you should know how to deal with it." Angath explained.

"Yes well experienced stars know this very well you have to play you're part well to win. You need not think about out performing the other…the role you play takes care of that." Mukti added.

"So…suppose you are made to play second fiddle you have to put up with it?" she enquired.

"Its important that you be the best second fiddle you can be." Mukti declared. "Its all about perfection that is something Angath taught me."

"I guess that helps us move towards you're personal lives and relationship with each other. Angath was the first person you performed with am I right?" she looked at Mukti intently.

"Right my first public performance was with Angath he was booked by my brother for that but I guess those things keep changing in the show biz." Mukti fondly smiled at Angath, "I higher him he books me some times – well we are booked by some one out side." Angath chuckled.

"From what you are saying Angath did teach you a lot? Is he a mentor to you?" again the question was shot at their relationship.

"Yes and no!" Mukti answered, "Yes he is a mentor in terms of hard work and energy but I have other people I learn from as well, as a matter of fact I tend to train my presentation of energy and chemistry from what I see in the award shows. This has helped several times…"

Angath patted her hand, "Stop it, don't give away all you're secrets."

"Angath I am not, its just that you are not my only mentor." She looked again at Preeth, "What I was trying to say was you need to find you're sources of inspiration and work on them. Angath was my first because he is the very first friend in the industry. That is why I am so attached to him, look up to him, there is only friendship."

"She is right, in many ways, the fact is I learnt a lot from her…many people have told me that I work better after Mukti came into my life." Everyone laughed, a glint came on her eyes but the couple did not notice it.

"A lot of times you have gone on dates with him, what does that get explained with?" Preeth was really good.

"Fact is I have gone out to relax with many men before and Angath with many guys so it's not like we are serious we go but as friends." Mukti replied.

"Just because she is my best friend it does not mean I can't take her on a date, there is no rule in the book saying so." Angath's hand goes around Mukti shoulder.

"Point. Rumur goes that you're son Pratheek is very close to Mukti…she has even picked him up from school several times." Preeth studied their expresstion.

"That is no rumur I am pretty close to Pratheek he is a darling kid…picking him and droping him at school is something I like doing at tiems. Besides he is my friends son." Mukti answered but Preeth did not stop there.

"Really personal friendships indeed…then you have spent nights with Angath in you're music hut by the beach?" Mukti rolled her eyes.

"O come on, we were working on some tunes and rehearsals that's all – just because a guy and girl are together all night that does not mean they slept. Each night we were together is aconted for with a big recorning from some album of ours." Mukti's explanation cleared all questions.

"All right, so how about a real test of you're friendship for our readers?" Preeth asked rubbing her hands.

"Shoot." Both said together.

"Tell me what was the best song both of you sung together and both of you loved?" she asked.

"That's easy…one that never came out in any album." Angath declared.

"Yes our first duet was Guhm Hai Kisi Ka Pyar Mai, the time we first met…" Mukti's eyes healed a dreamy smile and a soft smile clearly unwilling. "I guss that is what made us such great friends."

"Wow two friends and they sing together Guhm Hai Kisi Ka Pyar Mai?" Preeth looked shocked.

"That is because you have not heard her sing the song…" Angath answered.

"Is there anything both of you love doing together?" this quisiton got both of them a spontanius response.

"Band Bajana." They burst out laughing.

"Excuse me? Band bajana?" the poor girl looked confused.

"I'll explain." Angath offered. "You see when we want to relax as in really unwind from work we come together all of us and really do silly stuff. Usually we just go of to some dabah were they play music and just dance away no contole of any sort and no one is watching you're every step so we really enjoy our selves. Another time this was the really crazy one, Mutki went up to nani when she was praying. She sat down and imitated her in a comic way…that particular day she was like opening her eyes a bit to see if she noted it…she did and this girl made a run for it. That way pulling small pranks on the elders but it's mostly its doing crazy acts."

"Hmm so the two of you are very fun loveing people." Preeth conclued.

"That's how two best friends become when they get together…" Mukti answered.

Seen two:

"That was fun," Angath says smiling, "Hay were is you're pyara Nandan?"

"Paraya Nandan? When did you come up with that?" she asks.

"Just pulling you're leg kid any ways…lets dance." He pulls her to a close dance for the song Kora Kaa Gaaz and they just dance when Prem watches them. He feels very bad when he sees their chemistry latter they go and sit in a corner, Angath has one arm around her and the other arm on her knees. Sitting next to her is Sia and the three of them are chatting away. Yasmi and Ragu are busy dancing away, Mukti is looking all around for her babi and baiya, "Guys were are Sammer and Vishnavi?"

"Vishnavi got some kind of problem so Sammer took her home." Josh answered, "What do you want them for?"

"Kuch nahi I just could not find them so…" she did not even get close to explaining, a guy came and asked her for a dance. "Sure…excuse me." This time the song is from Naksha Lets Do Balle she has a lot of fun, "Wow you are a great dancer."

Guy, "Thanks it's really nice meeting you got to dash by." The guy runs of as soon as Mukti say by and goes back to Angath and the gang. "Crack…hay guys chalo I want to go home, I have lots of work to catch up."

"By…" everyone except Angath says but he gets up and offers her a ride for he knows she came with Sammer. "Chalo lets go."

Seen three: (two days latter in the morning)

It's eight o clock when the daily magazines come in Prerna looks at it and tears up on the cover of Society Magazine,

Prerna desperately opened the page and started reading aloud as the family had gathered for their late Sunday brunch. She opened the page and hurriedly began reading through.

When two rock stars are put together, there is more than just a rock concert. You get a time of laughter and a great time of you're life just to know about. Award winner Angath Kanna and Mukti Kapoor, they are cool, they are happening, biggest of rivals and the best of friends. How do the manage the whole thing? When asked Ms. Kapoor stated the words wonderfully, "The crowd loves you together they really go wild and that is exactly what us rock stars need, a wildness. That can happen only when we are good with each other, I guess this is the only profession were you have to have a great chemistry with you're biggest opponents if you want to stay on." Mr. Kanna seems to bow down to her idea for his statement was, "She is right, when you do anything with music the only person you compete against is you're self – you must want to give you're 110% for given it." Is this merely philosophy or is it reality, two best friends being the biggest of rivals? When asked around some of the music directors more than just agree they applaud the statement. Music director come singer Anu Malik commented, "When two people sing you need to sing from you're heart to you're best. Not to beet the other person for you has a role in the song. You need to justify it." He commented on working with Ms. Kapoor and Mr. Kanna, "They are the best who can reflect the point in two of their duets, the first is the song Beedi were the male side tends to have a lower attraction and the song Aye Subah, the female side is low key both did justification for the song." In the music industry the completion is set with people you work with and at times sacrificing the upper hand seems to be a necessity.

The relationship between the two seems more to have a give and take though, Ms. Kapoor declared that she was taught by Mr. Kanna about perfection and playing who you are best. Then again Ms. Kapoor clearly states Mr. Kanna is only one of her mentors, "Yes he is a mentor in terms of hard work and energy but I have other people I learn from as well, as a matter of fact I tend to train my presentation of energy and chemistry from what I see in the award shows. This has helped several times…" It was at this point of the interview when the relationship between Mr. Kanna and Ms. Kapoor really comes out, with a part on the hand he quietens her from a constant chatter. A constant exchange between the two friends both physical and emotional. He himself admitted that the entry of Ms. Kapoor has made his life better, "Many people have told me that I work better after Mukti came into my life." He says and to back up this statement is his grandmother Gayathri Kanna, "After he became close to Mukti I really see him changing…there is a purity in his voice when he sings for practicing. At times he simply hums for the fun of it." This does not stop hear, sources say that Ms. Kapoor and Mr. Kanna have a deeply emotional relationship, when Ms. Kapoor had some explosive moments it was Mr. Kanna who went and supported her. They have been found together when it's not necessary like after shots. Coming and going to studious etc, many people have seen them leaving parties together. In their pervious album a concept developed by Mr. Kanna and becoming the best seller, Pyar Ka Anjam could be seen as the expression of his innermost emotions. He him self may be expressing the point in live media, The best part you have a look at Ms Kapoor becoming Mrs Kanna." Could he be in love with Ms. Kapoor in reality? Time only can tell. Then again the relationship between Mr. Kanna's family and Ms. Kapoor is very strong. When asked about her rumour between relationship with Mr. Kanna's son young Pratheek her statement was, "That is no rumour I am pretty close to Pratheek he is a darling kid…picking him and dropping him at school is something I like doing at times. Then again, our wishes come to an end hear because both have stated clearly that they are only friends. The question about them spending nights together was answered with a, "O come on, we were working on some tunes and rehearsals that's all – just because a guy and girl are together all night that does not mean they slept. Each night we were together is accounted for with a big recording from some album of ours." The only unexplainable point about their relationship is the way they relax.

Fondly known as band bajana, they describe the point very nicely. "You see when we want to relax as in really unwind from work we come together all of us and really do silly stuff. Usually we just go of to some dabah were they play music and just dance away no control of any sort and no one is watching you're every step so we really enjoy our selves. Another time this was the really crazy one, Mutki went up to nani when she was praying. She sat down and imitated her in a comic way…that particular day she was like opening her eyes a bit to see if she noted it…she did and this girl made a run for it. That way pulling small pranks on the elders but it's mostly its doing crazy acts." A clear understatement, their acts extend to dancing on top of the table at home or messing up the room in the way of fun. Sources say, they have more than just a chemistry. They tend to be spontaneous but not much solid proof has been given for that. Mr. Kanna when asked about Ms. Kapoor commented, "She is my best friend and she is a wonderful person. What more can I say?"

Is this purely friendship or is there a love budding underneath it? Only time can tell.
