Who will get Custody?

I was thinking of how Bani will claim custody of her kids (if she does). It might be quite difficult for her as she first has to prove her innocene. But I was just thinking of the points for and against both Jai and Bani to get custody of the kids.

Jai - For

He's looked after them for 5 years

He's a loving father

He has the added support of Rano/Ranveer/Masi/Dadi/Adi/etc

There are other kids of KW and AW's age in WM

can provide a safe home

Points Against

Pia is in the house and she is a terrible mother and influence

The kids were alrady kidnapped twice when they were in his custody

Bani - Points For

She's their mother

She can also provide a stable home and can meet their financial needs

She might be in a better position than Jai when she goes through with her "revenge"

Bani - Points Against

She's been accused of murder

She's said to be mad

She hasn't been in thier lives for the past five years

I think that initially Bani may get the custody of the kids after she proves her innocence/defeats Pia. This will work out nicely with her "torture JW plan" as he can't live without his kids. What do you guys think?

most likely joint custody between Jai and Bani i would like that ,poor kids begging mum and dad to get back together 😭 Awww. Joint custody is possible, It'll be fun if the situation is anything like "Parent Trap"😆 or "Chachi 420" or "Mrs. Doubtfire" Imagine Jai dressing up as a woman.🤣

Pia can dress up as she like's but me thinks Jai prefers sari clad Bani in white what's say 😉!!!!!!
