Does Pia have a baby for real?

So today they show Pia getting scanned and Pushkar beside her.. And he could definitely see a baby moving in Pia's stomach... So if that is true, ( bump or no bump! 😆 ) then Pia IS pregnant and she is NOT faking..!!!

So all of you who thought Pia was faking it and was not actually pregnant.. well.. would love to hear your views on this new development! 😳
