Amazing update! It's good to see Bani staying positive and not flipping out. I'm sure that the contract of few years will turn into a contract for life. 😳 Like Bani said doctors are not god, they can't predict when a person will die. Who knows, this whole "drama" will bring JB closer and they can fall in love. whether mausi dies or not is not the point. the point is two people willing to live with each other, willing to play husband and wife for the sake of someone else and just fall in love!

Barnali is coming out of jail, should i be worried? it's good to see nattu and jai sharing a close relationship and its nice that no matter what decision he takes, nattu considers jai's opinion important. will nattu once again agree with jai not letting barnali entering the Walia grounds?! i can't wait to find out.

i hope barnali does not ruin anything between JB.

gets up to go into the house and pass by the study window and hears Jai Walia saying, Ma hai tumhara, chahe jaisa bhi ho…lekin ek baath hai, she will not enter this house or any of our other properties, baki, it is upto you, if you need any help just tell me…..Bani enters the house….

Two days later during Dinner time:

Masi: Arree Bani, keya huwa do din se mai dekh rahi hu, ki tu chup chap ho gayi hai, keya sooch rahi hai itna....tera scholarship ka keya huwa Jai ne mana kar diya keya...

Bani quickly looks upto Jai Walia who is eating with his head down…nehi nehi masi, aisa koi baath nehi hai, actually Mr Walia ko kuch aur information chahiye, toh maine leekha hai uske liye…lekin abhi tak reply nehi aya…itna der laga rahe yeh log…with the corner of her eyes she notices Jai has stopped chewing and watching her intently…

That night after everybody has gone to bed, Bani slowly walks down the stairs, watching out, she has noticed that Jai does not go to his room before 12 midnight…its 1115…she knocks the study door softly….hears a grunt and opens the door to find, Jai sprawled on the sofa reading a book…seeing her, he quickly sits up….

Bani: Mujhe medical test ke liye kab jana hai….
Jai: I will make our appointments and let you know…..
Bani: Ji goodnight…..walks out with her head held high….someone who was watching from the gallery quickly moves into the darkened corner, out of Bani's view….

2 days after her very brief rendezvous with Jai Walia in his study, Bani was sitting in the discussion room, she has been summoned, Bani sips her tea and wriggles her hands, looks up as soon as the door opens, Tarun Sablok enter, sorry Ms Dixit was caught up in a traffic jam….

Tarun: The medical reports are fine…so here is the agreement….he puts a file before her….please go through it carefully…..

Bani reads, its basically the same points narrated by Tarun the other day but constructed in a legal language, in one or two places Bani clarifies from Tarun… it has been formatted in a very professional manner, no place for emotions, notes Bani….Yeah its o.k with me Mr Sablok….

Please wait Ms Dixit and Tarun goes out to come back with Jai and Aditya behind him…

Tarun: Jai & Ms Dixit, now you will put your signature on the Agreement but before that I would like to inform Ms Dixit that Aditya here will act as witness to the Agreement and I hope Ms Dixit does not have any problem with that….and in case of any cause or doubt arising other than the points stated in the Agreement, Aditya will act as an arbitrator and if the matter still cannot be solved amicably by Aditya, the same will be solved as per Ms Dixit's desire….so if it is agreeable with you, Aditya will sign this paper…..they nod and aditya signs, followed by Jai and Bani's signature. The original will stay with Tarun and 'certified true copy' will be handed over to them latest by tomorrow. Bani gets up to take leave:

Mr Walia, this is my first marriage, though a temporary one but nevertheless aur jaha hum itna dikhawa kar rahe hai, toh aur ek sahi, mera ek guardian hai, mere mamaji, apko unse mere haath mangna parega, I hope you understand and appreciate….

Jai gets up and gives a slight bow, yes Bani, woh ho jayega and from here I will take it up….tum mujh par chhor do sab…

Bani gives a faint smile and takes leave…..

Pushkar was busy talking on the mobile with a client when his intercom rings, seeing the no. flashing, he quickly disconnects saying, I will call you back in two minutes and picks up the intercom, yes Jai Sir,

Jai: Where have you been Pushkar, what took you so long to pickup the phone…achha suno tum kal early morning mere saath tour pe ja rahe ho….please prepare yourself…

Pushy: Where may I know so that I can carry the relevant papers…
Jai: Koi jaroorat nehi hai, I will be carrying them, tum sirf mere saath chaloge…koi problem..
Pushy: Absolutely none…

As the Walia Industries plane land at Mt Abu and Jai shakes Pushkar awake…utho…they get down and get into the waiting land cruiser, Jai Walia hands over a piece of paper to the driver and start towards their destination….Pushkar through his sleepy eyes watch the familiar landscape and wonders…yeh toh Mt Abu jaisa dikta hai, kaha a gaye…

Jai who was looking out of the window, looks at him, jab Mt Abu jaisa dikhta hai toh Mt Abu hi honge…Pushkar is surprised…till date never heard Jai Walia was interested in doing any business in Mt Abu and his hands are also empty…

Pushy: Mujhe ek baath samaj me nehi a raha hai, hum keya kar rahe hai idhar….
Jai: I brought you to accompany me Pushkar and not to question me….the car stops in front of Raghubir Singhania's house..its 8 o'clock in the morning….and Pushkar is now bursting with curiosity but seeing Jai's grave expression, he refrains from questioning…
