thanks dear, this quote is very close to my heart, my mom always told me this everytime i felt low about somebody ....... it just seemed so perfect to use.

The past few days have been really bad for me in the office and this quote was just so apt because with all my might I have been hating one person in particular....and u are right anger actually ends up consuming you...
