Bani walked out of the party and into her room because she couldn't stand it anymore… she thought about the Maasi's words and wondered about the future of two children… both of them deserved the love of the father and mother… it was Pia's fault for having slept with my husband how can I make the child suffer…. But if I give up Jai to her then what will happen of my kid!
Bani stood there for what seemed like eternity…when Jai came out to look at the tears rolling down her cheeks… He turned Bani around and made her look at him in his eyes… he quietly brushed her cheeks and kissed her forehead… Bani was not immune to his touch and couldn't do anything but react to it… she started crying more harshly and all he did was take her into his arms and let her cry then after a while he picked her up and sat on a chair while she sat in his arms crying…. Until she fell asleep in his the safety of his arms…
Bani wakes up in the middle of the night and looks at Jai and him sleeping there soundly… she remembers how nice he was to her the previous night and places a small kiss on his forehead and gets off to stand next to the window…
The wind is blowing and Bani's hair is flying off… Jai smiles as he knows that Bani has kissed him… he goes up to her but she does not hear him… he puts his lips on the neck and kisses her… he then turns her around and kisses her on her forehead and she hugs him and well…. You can imagine the rest and the scene fades out…
The next morning Jai wakes up to find no one next to him… he remembers the previous night and gets up to look for Bani and see if she is okay… he goes to the bathroom and Bani is vomiting…
Jai: Bani!! What happened? Are you okay? Should I call a doctor?
Bani: No, Mr. Walia I think I just ate something wrong last night… I am fine..
She loved him and she knew it… she remembered last night with a smile and was willing to give him another chance but was not sure how much she could trust him just yet… she would keep the pregnancy to herself for a while…
Jai: Bani, are you sure? We can just call the doctor to make sure…..Let me atleast get you some water… I will be right back…
Maasi comes in as Jai is going outside and Jai tells her about Bani throwing up..
Maasi: Bahu, are you okay?
Bani: Maasi I am fine… I don't know why Mr. Walia is making such a big deal out of this…
Maasi: Bani, are you pregnant?
Bani: Maasi, I…
Just then Pushkar and Pia came in and Maasi told Bani that she had invited them over for dinner….
Jai came into the room in a rush and bumped into Pia without looking…. The look he gave her was filled with disgust and hatred and Bani saw it… Bani was happy that her husband regretted the mistake and that is why he was gonna get a chance again…
Maasi: Bani and Pia… I want to eat food today made from my Bahus and since Pushkar is like my son I want you guys to make the dinner tonight together
Bani turned to look at Jai with pleading eyes….
Jai: Maasi, we have servants… they can make the dinner why does Bani have to bother…
Both Bani and Pia noticed that he did not mention Pia's name… Bani smiled at the thought while Pia's face formed into a frown…
Maasi: Oh, Jai! You love Bani so much that you cant even see her make dinner… but I just want to taste the dinner made by them…. Is there a really big problem with that?
Ofcourse they couldn't tell Maasi what the problem was…. So instead…
Bani with a smile on her face told Maasi that she would be glad to make the dinner… but she doesn't need Pia's help in any form…
Maasi: Pia do you have any problem helping Bani?
Pia: Oh…. No Maasi…
Maasi: Okay then that is settled Bani and Pia will make the dinner tonight together…
Bani cringed at having to do anything with Pia but for Maasi she was even willing to do that.
Jai: Maasi, its not fair! You don't want to taste the food made by Pushkar and me… Can we help make dinner? I want to spend more time with Bani…. And if it has to be in the kitchen well I am willing to do so…
Bani smiled broadly at how cute Jai was being. She totally loved the fact that he was willing to help her and save her from Pia! Her heart swelled up with love!
Bani was cutting onions when she started to get some tears in her eyes…
Jai: Bani give me the onions I don't want to see any tears in your eyes ever again.
He takes his hands and wipes off the tears and kisses her tear drop and says: these tears are precious to me Bani… never cry!
Pia stood there with anger boiling up!
Pushkar: Look Pia, how cute are Bani and Mr. Walia together! They are so happy with each other just like us!
Pia got mad and in her madness accidently burnt her fingers while making rotis… Pushkar took her finger and took it to the sink and carefully washed it…
Watching this Bani was starting to feel nervous because as much she hated Pia for the ONS she still couldn't stand her sister being hurt… since she was not paying any attention Bani cut her fingers while cutting the vegetables and Jai rushed over and took her fingers into his mouth sucking up the blood!
Jai: Bani can you not be careful! Gosh take care of yourself—I don't want ANYTHING to happen to you! You understand that?
Bani smiled up at Jai and for the first time since her marriage kissed him first on his forehead! They were lost in each other when they heard a slamming of the door and they saw Pia leaving… but neither one of them really cared… Pushkar went after her and Jai and Bani stood there staring into each others eyes…
Bani: Mr. Walia- I want to tell you something…. I… I am pregnant!
How will Jai react? What will happen with Pia's pregnancy? What will she tell Pushkar? Will she tell him the truth? Will the happiness that is in Jai and Bani's relationship last long? What will Pia's next move be…?
