Bani knew that Mr. Walia regretted that night and he probably wouldn't want to call Pia and Pushkar but for Maasi's sake she was even willing to do that…. She took all her courage and dialed Pia's number… she begged God and hoped that Pushar picked up the phone instead of Pia…
Pushkar: Hello
Bani: Hi Puskhar! (she was glad that it was Puskhar)
Pushkar: Oh, Hi Bani…
Pia dropped her spoon that she was eating with… she was afraid that Bani Di would tell everything to Pushkar and then she would have no one to support her. She walked up to Pushkar to see what Bani Di would say and pressed speaker.
Bani (who doesn't know Pia is on the line says): Pushkar, Maasi has been sick recently and well she wanted to keep a Pooja at home for the family's happiness and well she wanted me to invite you and…. (bani controlling her tears and voice tried to say her name again…) Pia.
Pushkar: Of course Bani, we will come! Do you want to talk to Pia hold on one second let me give her the phone…
He takes off the speaker quickly kisses Pia's forehead and goes back on the bed.
Pia: Hi, Di.
Bani: You have lost all rights to call me Di. The only reason I am inviting you is because Maasi wants me to. So please for Maasi's sake come. Thank You and I am sorry for having trouled you.
Bani hung up the phone and felt really bad. She had never spoken to her sister in such a cold and rude manner… it was a new ting for her as she loved her sister and to hate her required a lot of power and stress and even thought she didn't want to hate her… the kind of betrayal she had received was heartbreaking… She controlled her tears and hid the pain in her eyes as she opened the door… Maasi who had just knocked came inside the house with a beautiful red sari.
Maasi: Bani I want you to wear this sari to the pooja tonight.
Bani: Of course Maasi, thanks!
Maasi went outside happy that her plan was coming into acton. Even though Bani in all this stress had forgotten that today was the day she had married Jai Walia- Maasi would never forget. She had planned this pooja not only for Jai and Bani's happiness forever but also had kept a party for their first wedding anniversary. Her two children had gone through so much trouble in the past year it was time that they faced their life with happiness.
Jai came into the room an hour later and asked saw Bani in a beautiful red sari totally decked up looking more gorgeous then ever! He was overwhelmed by her image and all the past memories came back to him… he remembered tying her dori but as he looked at her he saw that she could easily tie her dori by herself… it seemed like she didn't need him anymore… he wanted to spend this one night with her without any worries… he had not called Pia and Pushkar as he would just make up an excuse to Maasi as to why they weren't here.
Jai: Bani, if you are ready, can we go?
Bani turned around and saw Mr. Walia and was speechless… she had always adorned him specially in Black and she just stood there looking at him but the sense of betrayal and then pain it had caused her was still there in her eyes and Jai's heart broke every time he saw that. He had told himself that he would win her trust back no matter how long it took…
Bani without saying anything to Jai went towards the door… Jai was sad as Bani had not spoken to him that much but decided she had every right to be bad and quietly went outside behind her. She turned around one last time with sad eyes but as soon as Maasi approached her Bani changed dramatically and became the woman who was fully in love with Jai walia… it wasn't hard for Bani to act that way cause she did love him just never ttold him about it…
Jai was stunned to see how many people were their… it was supposed to be a pooja and usually pooja's at Walia mansion aren't huge affairs unlike parties… Still to keep Maasi happy, Jai and Bani mingeled with all the guests who were there… as Jai turned around he saw Pushkar and Pia come in… Bani's face turned pale but she continued to display a fake smile… only Jai and Pia could decipher the pain that was hidden behind that smile. Maasi approached Pia and Pushkar and brought them over to Jai and Bani. Bani went and hugged Pia and started to talk like they usually do as sisters- as she had to make Maasi happy…
Bani: Pia! I am so glad you came… how do you like your new house that Pushkar has just bought?
Pia: Di… the house is… beautiful (she feels awkward at Bani's ability to act so well…)
As soon Maasi left- Bani turned away from Pia and started to talk to Pushkar… She could talk to him about everything and anything… Jai stood there talking to Pushkar as well giving in few words ehre and there but guilt was eating him up… Bani looked up at Mr. Walia and saw the tension on his forehead and decided that she couldn't torture him like she wanted to…
She took Mr. Walia and went to Maasi as it was time to do the pooja. The pooja was conducted by Jai and Bani but throughout the entire process – Bani successfully avoided Jai's instense eyes… Pia who had been watching them this entire time was too happy with the way things were turning out to be…
Bani turned around and saw Pushkar who looked happy to be back with pia… Bani didn't know if she should go tell him to the truth or let him find out himself… she remembered how hurt she had felt when she found out by mistake rather then through Jai's own mouth first… she decided to tell Pushkar after the party- the truth about Jai and Pia…
SO, will Bani tell Pushkar the truth? What does Maasi have planned for Jai and Bani's wedding anniversary? Will Jai find out about the baby anytime soon? Will Pia try and talk to Mr. Walia about the baby- how will he react? Will Bani's pregnancy be leaked to anyone? Will Jai and Bani enjoy each other's company again anytime soon?
