I was going to post the next part later tonight and make it extra long with a lot of JB😉

But some people are so impatient I tell you!😆...............got quite a few PMs to continue soon, and as I hate waiting for FFs to be updated, decided not to make you wait any longer!

R: How about this one?!

Rano put down the blankets she had been holding and looked over Raashi's shoulder…her eyes immediately fell on the object that Raashi was pointing to in the baby magazine…the sight of a baby cradle complete with lemon yellow blankets and small animal prints brought a smile to her face…

Rano: Aww!…that's so cute!

Anu took a look at the magazine and smiled as well…

Anu: that is sweet…but it's a bit big…you'll have to wait for a few months before you can properly use it…

Catching on to the girls conversation, Dadi grinned and replied with a mischievous twinkle in her eye…

D: Don't worry Raashi puthar…you can wait until the baby's a few months old and use it then…and when you've finished with it, Rano's baby will be old enough to use it!

Rano blushed a deep shade of red and buried her face behind her hands as Raashi, Anu while Mausi and Dadi teased Rano mercilessly, exactly how Pia and Anu had done in the morning…

Suddenly their laughter was cut short as Pia came running in to the room…she shook her hands wildly as she exclaimed…

Pia: They're coming!!!

On Pia's words, the girls immediately sprang in to action and busied themselves in clearing away all the magazines and propping Mausi up against the bed…while Anu and Rano threw a few blankets over Mausi, Dadi busied herself in covering Mausi's forehead with a few drops of warm water…

In seconds she was transformed from someone who had just been teasing her daughter in law, to a pale, sick woman supporting a gloomy expression…the thermometer was popped into her mouth seconds before the bedroom door was thrown open and Jai, followed by Aditya, Sahil and Ranveer came rushing in to the room, each one supporting an expression of anxiety…

J: Mausi…what happened…are you okay?!

Mausi slowly turned her face towards Jai and gave a small smile…

M: I'm fine munna…just a little weak…

Adi: I'll call the doctor…

Pia: NO!!

Everybody turned to look at Pia who had just realised what she had said and was now mentally chiding herself for her outburst…

J: Why?!

She could sense the suspicion in Jai's voice and trying to avoid the glare that Raashi was throwing her way, Pia racked her brains for a suitable excuse…

Pia: Uhh…we already have…she just needs some bed rest…

The men still looked unconvinced and Ranveer glanced at Pia as he talked to Jai…

Ran: I still think we should call a doctor mamaji, just in case…

B: No need Ranveer…

Bani was standing at the doorway carrying a tray laden with bread, soup and juice…she entered the room and carefully placed the tray on the dresser, closely followed by Jigyasa who was carrying various bottled of medicine…

B: Doctor said she's fine…and besides, me, Anu, Rano, Pia, Raashi, Dadi and Jigyasa are all here to look after her…you don't need to worry…

R: Uhh…actually Bani mami, we…Ranveer and me, we're leaving tonight…

Rano: And mine and Sahils flight is tomorrow morning…

Mausi gave a weak smile and half closed her eyes for extra effect…

M: That's ok…I know how busy you are, don't worry about…

The rest of her sentence was drowned by a fit of coughs…immediately Dadi grabbed a glass of water and helped Mausi drink it as the girls glanced at Ranveer and Sahil who were supporting troubled expressions…

Ran: Actually Mausi…I think we should stay here for a little longer…

Sahil: Yeah…Bhaiyya's right…it wouldn't be good for us to leave you alone…

Controlling the urge to scream out with joy, Raashi winked at the girls who were trying their best suppress their smiles…even Mausi - who was meant to be looking ill – had a glint of happiness in her eyes…

D: Uh…I think Billo needs some rest…you all look tired…why don't you go and freshen up…

Reluctantly, the men allowed themselves to ushered out of the room by the girls…they were soon followed by Jigyasa and Bani who were assured by Dadi and Anu that they would handle everything…but it was only Raashi's moaning for food which had them hurrying towards the kitchen to prepare dinner…

As soon as the door closed safely behind Banis retreating back, Mausi pushed the blankets of, and with the exception of Raashi, the girls jumped on top of the bed, screaming with delight…

R: Wow Mausi…what acting!!…for a second it looked as if you really were ill…

D: Oye Raashi puthar, our Billo is no less than Hema Malini…

The girls, Mausi and Dadi burst in to a fit of giggles, the happiness of their victory still fresh…

Rano: Ok…part A was successful…but what about B?!

Raashi leant back in her chair and gave a grin…

R: Leave that, to me!

Hope you're all still alive!😆
