Episode 7

Bani looks at Ranveer with fearful eyes n then when cudn't take his stare, she looks down n very hesitatingly asks, "aap jaante hai, main iss position ke liye utni qualified nahi hoon jitni Rohitji hai. Phir aapne yeh job mujhe kyu di?"

Ranveer gets furious listening her talk abt Rohit, he stares her down, as though he'll kill her with his eyes, as though saying, how dare u question my decisions.

He snaps back at her very rudely saying, "Main jo decisions leta hoon, usme kisi ki dakhal andaazi mujhe pasand nahi hai. Maine jo kiya hai sonch samajh kar kiya hai. Usme mujhe tumhari razamandi lene ki zaroorat nahi."

Bani feels so hurt that she was abt to cry but she stands strong in front of him without saying any word.

Ranveer continues, "Roshni Chopra jo position per hai usme agar mein tumhe usse assist karne rakhta toh voh yeh company chod kar hi chali jaati. Tum aakhir jaanti kitna ho yeh company aur is ke projects ke baarein mein jo mujhe question kar rahi ho."

He gets so frustrated that he gestures her to leave. N then stops her again by saying, "abhi tumhare cube ka intezaam nahi hua hai, toh tum aaj yahi mere office mein kaam karogi. U can go ahead n start working on those sofas for now."

Bani gets so upset that she walks towards the sofas n finds herself a corner sofa n puts her belongings there n comes back to Ranveer's desk to pick up the files. Ranveer is bz in his files n Bani looks at him n finds the expression on his face to be more relaxed n at ease. She slowly picks up the files while looking at him n observes his features which seemed to have become even more handsomely obvious.

Ranveer rolls his eyes up to her which makes Bani shake from head to toe coz of which she drops the files on the ground. Ranveer, who is still furious with Bani, gives her a cold stare n looks down in his files. Bani bit her lip n cursed in mind for embarrassing herself like that.

It has been a while, n Bani noticed that Ranveer never asked for anything or tried to disturb her since he himself was busy in his files. Well, she herself had no time to look around or even take a breath. Then the clock struck '1' n right then Aditya barges in asking Ranveer if he wanna go 4 lunch.

Aditya comes inside n stands in front of Ranveer n says, "Chalo bhai Ranveer, agar humlog lunch ke liye ghar nahi gaye toh tumhari ma aur Roshni dono yaha per aa jayenge. Aur tum toh jaante hona apni maa ko, voh agar yaha aa gayi toh hungama ho jayega."

Ranveer smiles n glances at Bani, n then replies hi father saying, "Chaliye dad."

Aditya turns in Bani's direction n finds her bz in her work. Then in a very fatherly way he asks Bani, "arre Bani, tum lunch nahi kar rahi."

Bani looks at Ranveer who's looking down staring at his shoes n says, "abhi kuch kaam hai Mr.Walia. main baad mein kha loongi."

Even b4 she cud complete her sentence she sees Ranveer leave the room as though he's too mad to even look at her or even hear her voice. Then Aditya nods n follows Ranveer out.

Bani thinks to herself that, "I'll not let these things upset me, main yaha per kaam karne aayi hoon aur kaam per hi concentrate karoongi. Koi kya sonchta hai mujhe fark nahi padta."

Rohit sees Ranveer n Aditya leave 4 lunch assuming Bani will also come down to the lobby. He waits 4 almost 45 mins n when she doesn't come downstairs, he goes up to the 10^th floor n find bani sitting in Mr.Walia's room doing her work.

Rohit walks in n asks Bani, if she wants to have lunch n Bani immediately agrees, withought taking a second coz first of all she was hungry n second of all she was glad to c someone else other then Mr.Walia..

Aditya n Ranveer returns from lunch but with Roshni n Jigyasa (who insisted that they shud show Roshni the place n her office as well). N so to make mum happy Ranveer was playing the role of the good host showing Roshni around n behind them, Aditya n Jigyasa were actually very happy to see them together, they loked at each other n smiled.

Ranveer was talking to Roshni n smiled on something she said n at that instant he looks up to find Bani n Rohit going out together. Ranveer's facial expression changed n even though he knew they were going out 4 lunch, he just cudn't bear the feel of the emotions he was experiencing. For some reson he felt hurt n felt like it was happening against his wish.

Ranveer cudn't help looking at them, right then Jigyasa who was happy to c Roshni n Ranveer together, notices Ranveer's change of mood, his disappearing smile, his uneasiness n so follows his stare n looks at Rohit n Bani.

Jigyasa didn't like the way Ranveer was staring at them, she felt like there was something wrong n its gonna make many things wrong if it continues.

Rano's College

Anu walks into her class n to her own surprise finds Rano in the same class n she goes n sits by Rano n asks abt Pia. Rano goes, "Pia agar tumhe class mein dikh jaaye toh mujhe bhi batana, kyunki mere saath toh kabhi voh aati nahi hai aur kisi aur ke saath aate maine usse dekha nahi hai". Anu laughs n they both share a friendly moment.After the class, they spent the whole lunchtime discussing abt the lecture n when leaving the cafeteria, Rano gets stopped by Sahil, Anu's brother.

With a very serious face Rano turns n without even thinking twice in her mind, she snaps back at Sahil saying,"Dobara mujhe chua na, toh achcha nahi hoga. Mujhe se baat karni ho toh distance rakh kar baat karna."

N right then Sahil shows her his hand as though saying 'stop it'. Then says, "mujhe tumse dobara baat karni padegi yeh kaise sonch liya tumne. Apni shakal dekhi hai. Arre tum jaisi ladkiyon se toh main bhi door bhagta hoon toh baat karna toh door ki baat hai".

He gives her a cold stare n leaves. Rano gets furious with his behavior.

Then Anu jumps in says, "Rano, bhai mere kehne per tumse maafi maangne aaya tha, aur tumne yeh kaise samajh liya ke voh tumhare peeche pada hai. Bhai waisa nahi hai, voh ladkiyon se door rehta hai taake koi jhanjhat hi na rahe. Aur Rano tumne uska kya se kya matlab nikaal diya."

Anu gives Rano an unsatisfied look n leaves, but Rano gets into thinking that it was not her fault but may be it was that she snapped back at him without even listening to what he had to say. She walked home with an upset mood n hurt emotions but was more disturbed with her own actions.

Episode 8

Rano is walking home, thinking abt the incident in college n she remembers Sahil's face, when he got so furious n said her so many things. She is bz in her thoughts when she is joined by Pushkar who was also on his way home. He asks if there was something bothering her as she looked troubled with something. Rano shruggs her shoulders n says, "its nothing Pushkar. Bas aise hi exams ke baarein mein sonch rahi thi."

Right then she hears someone calling out her name from far away, she turns to look n there was Anu who was running towards her. Anu comes n stands in front of Rano n with a very sweet face, she says, "I'm sorry Rano, mujhe tumse voh sab nahi kehna chahiye tha. Main jaanti hoon ke bhai ki galti nahi thi, per tumhaari bhi toh galti nahi thi na aur maine bhi bhai ki tarah tumhe suna diya. Plz mujhe maaf kardo."

Anu then glances at Pushkar who was looking at her strangely as though trying to recognize n then Rano turns n intriduces them with each other.

Rano smiles n hugs Anu n takes a relieved breath as though a big load has taken off her chest. 'No, wait, not yet.' She thinks to herself n turns back in the direction of the college. Pushkar n Anu r both surprised n then Anu asks Rano, "kaha jaa rahi ho?"

Rano - mujhe tumhare bhai se maafi maangni chahiye.

Pushkar then says goodbye to Rano n Anu n leaves n Anu joins Rano who was on her way back to college.

Walia Groups of Industries

Jigyasa n Roshni r in Ranveer's office along with Ranveer n Aditya, when Bani walks in. She sees all of them n stops n then Aditya introduces her to Roshni n Jigyasa (who was unable to recognize her from few minutes ago). They smile at her n then Jigyasa turns to Aditya n says, "Chalo hum chalte hai, deir ho rahi hai."

Aditya nods n then Jigyasa turns to Ranveer n says, "beta Ranveer, bhool mat jaana kal ki party ke bare mein. Tumhari bahen nahi toh bahut pareshaan karegi. Tum jaante hona usse."

Ranveer smiles n says, "haan ma, main waha time per pahunch jaonga. Aap fikar na karein."

Jigyasa then gives him a relieved smile n leaves n so does Roshni n Aditya.

Ranveer looks at Bani 4 a long time b4 he goes back to his files again. Bani was a lil uneasy with his stare but when he turned away she was a lil surprised he didn't say anything so she goes back to her work as well.

Ranveer felt a lil uncomfortable holding back his thoughts of bashing Bani with his words 4 going out with Rohit. But Ranveer was smart enough to know not to mix personal feelings with work, which right now was very important 4 him with the date for closing the deal with other company was coming near.

Rano's college

Sahil was with his friends in cafeteria sharing a joke n laughing hard, right when his friend gestures him with his eyes towards the door. Sahil turns to find Rano in front of him. He gives her a cold stare n then turns away.

Rano gathers a lot of courage to speak to Sahil in front of the whole crowd in the cafeteria especially Sahil's friend who she knew will talk abt her behind her back.

With a very nervous voice, she says, "Sahil, I'm sorry. Mujhe tumse aise baat nahi karni chahiye thi. Maine suna bhi nahi tum kya kehna chah rahe the aur tum per baras padi. Ho sake toh mujhe maaf kardo."

Sahil looks at her n finds her too nervous as though she's trying hard to hide her emotions n her tears from the rest of the people. He felt bad for her n says, "Rano, main jaanta hoon tum bahut over conscious ho apne baarein mein. Aur mujhe bhi tumhe seedhe approach karna chahiye tha instead of misbehaving with u."

Rano looked up at him n he smiled back. She felt a lil relieved that she was not humiliated in front of everyone.

Right then Anu jumps in n says, "chalo issi baat per dosti ho jaaye."

N she makes Sahil n Rano hand shake, who smiles at Anu's reaction.

Anu then turns to Rano n invites her to her birthday party. Rano very indirectly tried to decline the invitation but Rano didn't listen a word n insisted that Rano n also Pia shud be at her party or else she'll come n gt both of them. Rano in a very not-sure manner says, 'i'll try'.

Rano goes to house n asks her mum but Kiran refuses, "tumhare papa kabhi nahi ijaazat denge, tumhe pata hai na."

Rano – Ma, Pia bhi toh aa rahi hai na.

Kiran shrugs her sholder n says, nahi Rano, keh diya na ek baar.

Rano also knew that her dad won't let her go UNLESS someone special to him asks for it. The only name cud come to her mind was of Bani.

Rano goes to Bani, who is in the balcony watering plants n says, Didi, meri friend hai na Anu, usne mujhe apni b'day party per invite kiya hai, Pia bhi aa rahi hai. Tum zara papa se kaho na ke mujhe jaane de, voh tumhari baat zaroor manegein.

Bani shakes her head n says, nahi Rano, voh manegein nahi balke tere saath mujhe bhi marengein.

Rano makes babyish face n says, Didi, plz mere liye baat karlo na.

Bani says OK n they both wait 4 their dad to come home.

Nishikant comes home n on the dinner table Bani asks Nishikant abt letting Rano go to the Party.

Nishikant becomes a lil mad n then smiles n says, "theek hai tum log chali jaana, per yaad rahe ke ghar jaldi lotna hai."

Rano n Bani look at each other n then Bani says, "papa main nahi jaa rahi, sirf Rano jaa rahi hai.

Nishikant looks at both of them n says, "jaogi toh tum log ek saath varna koi nahi jaayega.

Then he gets up n leaves, Kiran gives her daughters n angry look n then follows her husband into the room.

Rano looks at Bani n says, "Didi chalo na plz, main rahoongi na tumhare saath. I promise deir nahi hogi.

Bani thinks again n makes a face n agrees.

Rano s very happy n calls Pia saying she'll be coming to the party with Bani. N Pia gets excited n they both starts making plan of what to wear n stuff n Bani just very unhappily stares at Rano n smiles.

Episode 9

Its Anu's big day but she is too upset in the house, that the guests started coming n Ranveer didn't show up yet. She stomps around asking everyone abt Ranveer n when cudn't find him, goes up to her room n waits 4 him from her balcony.

Jigyasa comes to Anu's room, calls Anu n says, "Log aa rahe hai beta, bhai bhi aa jayega, do not worry gudiya. Chalo mood theek karlo aur neeche chalo."

Right then when Jigyasa is talking to Anu in her room, Ranveer steps in the house, but on his way upto Anu's room gets stopped by Roshni, who seemed like she was getting bored in the party until now.

Jigyasa leaves Anu in the room n comes down, Anu goes back to the balcony n waits 4 hr brother. She sees Pia n Rano coming n so she gets excited n runs downstairs to greet them. She bumps into Jigyasa who thinks that she is running coz she knew her brother was here, but Anu still continues running downstairs without looking at anyone.

Here Ranveer sees Anu coming down n excuses himself from Roshni n walks towards Anu to wish her Happy B'day but Anu is looking somewhere else n so she ignores Ranveer n keeps on running towards the door n out she goes. Ranveer is shocked n also walks after her. Right then the power goes off n Ranveer reaches the doorway n Jigyasa starts yelling at her servants to do something to get some light in the room.

Ranveer hears someone coming n so assuming it was Anu, he grabs her tight by arms n then hugs her n places a kiss on her forehead n then says, "Happy B'day sis!" Ranveer gets a lil surprised to not hear any reply from his sister n instead the person gets stiffed n a hand moves n lands on his chest as though trying to push him away. Ranveer cudn't c anything but cud only hear the noise of the banglesn he thought to himself that he never saw Anu wearing bangles.

Right then he heard Anu's voice from the other side of the doorway, saying, "Thank you bhai, per main yaha hoon."

Ranveer gets stiffened by the feel of someone getting stiff beneath his hands. He tightens his grip on her arms n then lets go n then the power comes back on. N everyone else is bz checking out their stuff n talking with each other to notice these 5 near the door.

Ranveer was shocked n surprised to c Bani in front of him n on the other hand Bani was shocked ofcourse but astonished to learn that Rano's friend Anu is Mr.Walia's sister.

Ranveer stares at Bani who looks shockedto c him there. He inhales her scent which smelled heavenly n noticed her white clothes which made her glow eve more. And then suddenly thought of how she got stiffened beneath his touch when he placed the kiss on her forehead. He still felt the touch of her hands on his chest when with fear she tried to push him away. He smiled to himself at the thought of it, but kept a serious face in front of everyone.

Bani cudn't control her heart which was racing uncontrollably fast, she didn't realize that she was just inches away from Mr.Walia. The sae Mr.Walia whom she disliked, n was fearful of, the same Mr.Walia who intimidated her n insulted her in every possible way. She didn't realize that she was staring back at him. She remembered the hold of his hands on her arms n the chill ran through her spine. And when he placed the kiss on her forehead, the feel of the touch of his lips on her skin, made her heart skip a beat.

And now she was so close to him to be few inches away smelling his masculine scentwhich made her feel more attracted to him. She shrugged the thought of it but her hands still felt his heartbeat beneath the fabric of his coat. Bani felt like if didn't move then she might ay minute now, fall unconscious into his arms.

And as though Ranveer read her thoughts, he breaks the eye contact n looks at Anu n wishes her Happy B'day but stays at the same place. Then Anu introduces Rano as her friend n Bani as Rano's sister. Bani greets Ranveer saying, "Hello Mr.Walia." Anu looks at both of them n asks if they knew each other n even b4 bani cud say a word, Ranveer interrupts n says, "Chalo humlog andar chalte hai, sab log pareshaan ho rahe honge." Anu n Rano agrees n starts walking in.

Ranveer still standing in front of Bani takes a long minute to move n then finally steps aside n turns. But b4 he cud take a step forward, Bani says, "Mr.Walia, mujhe nahi pata tha ke aap Anu ke bhai hai, varna hum log aise yaha per nahi aate." Ranveer turns n looks at her as though observing her features, making her uneasy n then speaks out saying, "Miss Dixit, aap meri employee office mein hai, yaha aap Anu ki mehmaan hai. So plz aap agar hamara boss-employee ka rishta chod kar party enjoy karengi toh Anu ko bahut khush hogi." Then he gives her his most killingly sexy smile n walks away leaving Bani with the confused thoughts.

Anu enters in the living room with Rano n takes Rano to her mom, who with very smiling face greets Rano n then Rano turns to Bani n calls her. Bani is still in the shaken thoughts, walks in Rano's direction n comes n stands in front of Jigyasa. Jigyasa is shocked to c Bani over at her house as she is her employee. Roshni joins them n Jigyasa n Roshni share a look at each other as though saying, what is she doing here. Rano introduces Bani as her sister n goes away with Anu.

Jigyasa gets furious n says, "Tumhari yaha aane ki himmat kaise hui, Miss Bani Dixit. Tum jaanti nahi ke hum tumhare boss hai aur tum hamari employee."

Bani looks at her but is speechless with their attitude. Then sees Ranveer coming in her direction n then thinks to herself that, 'itna sun liya kaafi nahi jo yeh bhi apni kasar nikaalenge mujh per'.

Ranveer looks at Bani n turns to his mom n says, "Ma, yeh Anu ki mehmaan hai, toh yeh hamari bhi mehmaan hui. Boss-Employee toh office ki baat hai Ma."

Bani is surprised to listen to him n so is Jigyasa n Roshni. Jigyasa didn't like the sound of the thought that Ranveer had in his mind. She became more furious thiking, 'mera beta mere against nahi jaa sakta.'

Jigyasa n Roshni gives Bani their poisonous looks n then leaves.

Bani looks at her but is speechless with their attitude. Then sees Ranveer coming in her direction n then thinks to herself that, 'itna sun liya kaafi nahi jo yeh bhi apni kasar nikaalenge mujh per'.
Ranveer looks at Bani n turns to his mom n says, "Ma, yeh Anu ki mehmaan hai, toh yeh hamari bhi mehmaan hui. Boss-Employee toh office ki baat hai Ma."

Jigyasa Roshni gives Bani their poisonous looks n then leaves.

Bani stands there again, in front of Ranveer, just staring at him. She cudn't believe her ears for what she heard just now. Ranveer again throws his most killing smile in Bani's direction n her heartslips a beat. Ranveer looks at her n says, "kya hua Miss Dixit, everything alright."
Bani comes out of her dreams n stutters in saying, "kuch bhi toh nahi Mr.Walia, bas aise hi sonch rahi thi ke, Maam ka kehna bhi sahi tha ke humlog yaha aise hi chale aaye, per yakeen maniye ke mujhe pata nahi tha ke Anu aapki behen hai. Varna main khud hi avoid karti yaha aane ke liye."
Ranveer studies her features for a minute n then says, "achcha hua ke Anu aapki behen ki friend nikli, aur mujhe aapse office ke bahar milne ka mouqa mila."
Bani was shocked to learn that Mr.Walia was actually being very sweet n was indirectly flirting with her. Someone called Ranveer n he gave her a nod as though saying, I'll be back n left.

Bani was surprised, n was in her thoughts when joined by dadi.
Daadi looked at her n said, "pehle kabhi nahi dekha tumhe yaha per. Kiski beti ho tum."
Bani very nicely replied, "ji main, Mr.Walia ki assistant. Meri behen Rano, Anu ki achchi dost hai."
And b4 she cud say anything, Daadi says, "ohh toh tum Rano ki behen ho. Rano toh bahut achchi hai, badi suljhi hui ladki hai."
Bani gives her a confused look n said, "aap Anu ki….."
Daadi looks at her n says, "main Anu ki Daadi hoon."
Bani very respectfully says namaste n says, "Daadiji, main Bani, Bani Dixit."
Daadi gives her aashirwaad n was talking to her when Jigyasa comes n says, "Maaji aap yaha kya kar rahi hai. Mujhe aapko bahut important logon se milana hai aur aap yaha kaise logon se baatein karti khadi hui hai."
Daadi wanted to say something but Jigyasa grabs her hand n takes her somewhere else.

Bani gets very upset but tries hard not to show it, without even knowing that Ranveer was watching her even though he was not around. Bani moves around looking 4 Rano, she was so mad at her right now 4 leaving her alone in the party that if she sees her she wud take her home this minute.

Then she hears Daadi talking in the party. She moves forward to listen clearly n hears Daadi's voice who was announcing something.
Daadi says, "ok bhai, meri poti Anu ki b'day per pure young log aaye hue hai. Toh chalo inn logon ko kuch game khilaate hai. Tum sab logon ko Anu ke liye kuch na kuch kehna padega. Phir uske baad Anu cake kaategi."

Everyone sits around in a circle with Anu in the center. This was for all the boys but not Anu's brothers.
Everyone starts saying something n then one of the guys does a shayari saying, "Aata hai khayalon mein mere, anjaana sa chehra koi. Na jaane kyu aisa lagta hai, ke ho voh Aap Jaisa Koi…"
Everyone starts clapping and teasing Anu. As Ranveer listens to the shair, he feels a tinge in his heart as though it was something he wanted to say. He immediately looks at Bani who was sitting between Pia n Rano smiling looking at Anu who was getting embarassed with all those wah-wahs going around her. He remembered the noise of the bangles when she put his hand on his chest to move him away. He remembered her scent n her touch n cudn't control himself.

Ranveer, in his own thoughts, look at Bani n in his mind repeats the same shair, "Aata hai khayalon mein anjaana sa chehra koi, na jaane kyu dil chahta hai ke ho voh Aap Jaisa Koi..." He then looks down n smiles to himself.

Right then he's interrupted by Roshni who looks at him as though wanna eat him in one bite. Roshni, in a very flattering way puts her hand on his shoulder n tries to come close. Ranveer gives her a snappy look n then to avoid a scene in the party, smiles n pulls himself away from her grip n says, "Kya baat hai Miss Chopra, aaj aap bahut khush lag rahi hai."

Roshni looks at him n gives her killer smile n says, "Khush kyu nahi hogi, aaj aapne fursat jo nikali hai hamare saath waqt guzaarne ke liye."

Ranveer raises his eyebrows as though astonished to hear that, then Roshnni continues, "Chahe phir voh aapki behen ki b'day hi kyu na ho."

Right then someone calls Ranveer n he jumps n starts on his way towards them turning back to say Roshni, "xcuseme plz, hum phir baat karte hai".

Roshni very irritatingly thumps her feet on the ground n walks away.

Hi Dear!
U have no Idea how much i was waiting for u to continue this Fanfic. I simply loved all the parts. Ranveer in this story is the Ranveer i actually wanted to see on screen... I really felt Bani and Ranveer's jodi had a lot of prospects... they both used to come up with some crackling chemistry... but after Jai came into the picture... it was like a crime to think of Bani with anyone else.

I really have to Thank u for a wonderful story with interesting pairing. I hope u do continue this Fan fic. And a suggestion if u dont mind... why dont u make a single thread for teh story instead of making different posts for every epsiode.
