i have a few places in mind, but am confused about which one to pick, and i personally don't think they're great places. gonna need some ideas quick you guys if you have a place in mind! i will hopefully updating the last part this weekend, i might or may not be going to Michigan this weekend, so i'm still kind of iffy about that. 😕

Part 32:

Pia: I hope I'm not intruding in on your honeymoon, Di.

Bani looks over to Jai who looks like he is about to smash the phone into pieces if bani didn't get off soon. She mouths "Hang on," to him. Jai swears under his breath and runs his fingers through his thick black hair.

Bani: Of course not, Pia.
Pia: I just really wanted to know how you are doing, are you having fun with Jiju?
Bani: (smiles) yes, I'm really enjoying myself. How is everyone at home?
Pia: They're just fine, but everyone is missing you guys. But forget us, tell me how you like Italy? Is it amazing like how everyone says it is? How are they people like? What have you guys done so far? Where are you staying?!
Bani: (giggles) One question at a time, Pia! Yes, I love Italy! Everything is wonderful and the people here are great! So far we have just been sightseeing, gone shopping, and going out to eat.

Bani looks back over to Jai who is going through his wallet and pulling money out to pay the room service people who were now standing in the doorway of their room.

Bani: we're staying in the ******** Hotel, it's great and has a wonderful view!
Pia: (sighs) I wish I could go to Italy!
Bani: Don't worry, I'll convince Jai to take you with us sometime.
Pia: That'd be wonderful! -- oh wait, di, rano wants to talk to you.
Rano: Didi, how are you?! How's Italy!
Bani: It's fabulous, Rano. How are you?
Rano: Miserable without you, but since you're having fun, I'm happy.

Jai comes from behind bani and wraps his arms around her waist.

Jai: Bani, come on. We're going to be late. You can talk to our family when we get back.
Bani: In a minute.

He sighs and lets go of Bani, annoyed. Ever since they had arrived in Italy, their family had called so many times, interrupting Jai and Bani's honeymoon. He was getting very annoyed with them all. They're were only going to be gone for a week and a half, well a few days now. But mostly it was Pia and Rano who made the calls.

Bani: Rano, how is everyone else at home? Are you ok? I'm really worried about you two, this is the first time that I've been somewhere without the two of you.
Rano: Di, don't worry! We're fine, everyone is already treating us like family, we're fitting in. Just relax and enjoy yourself.

Jai checks his watch for the fourth time.

Bani: Rano, if you need me, I'll come home quickly as I can, you know that rite?
Rano: Ji, Di.

As bani is about to say something else to Rano, Jai takes the phone away from her hand.

Jai: Hello Rano. If you don't mind, could you please call later on today, right now me and your Di have to go somewhere, and we are running late.
Rano: Oh, of course Jiju. I'm sorry.
Jai: It's ok. See you soon, Rano.
Rano: See you.

Jai hangs up and places the phone back onto its receiver. Bani has a stern look on her face.

Bani: Jai, was that absolutely necessary? I was going to get off in a minute.
Jai: No you weren't, you sisters talk non-stop. And I'm not going to wait for another hour for you.

Bani frowns. Jai places his arm around Bani and leads her out of the door.

Jai: Now lets go before that concert of yours starts before we get there and then I would have take you somewhere else to make up for it.

Bani forgets her slight anger with Jai for ending his conversation with her sister on the mention of the Concert. It was a classical music concert that Bani had convinced Jai in going to. A smile appears on her face as they walk down the hallway together.

It was now eight in the evening, Jai and Bani enter in a restaurant (hand in hand), where he held reservations, for dinner like how they had planned to after the concert which was very delightful. They approach the stand and the waiter asks if they have held any reservations (sorry, don't know what you call those people at those stands when you first enter the restaurant, lol).

Jai: Yes, under Mr. And Mrs. Walia.

Even though bani was used to hearing Mr. And Mrs. Walia, her heart still did flips and she couldn't help but blush a bit.

Waiter: (smiles) Right this way Mr. And Mrs. Walia.

The waiter leads the newly weds to a table at the rear end of the restaurant. Jai pulls out Bani's chair for her to sit down. (My Hubby is such a gentlemen!!!) The waiter hands them their menus for them to order and wishes them a good evening. Bani looks over to the middle of the restaurant and sees a grand dancing floor with couples dancing to the soft romantic music playing from the huge black speakers. She watches all the couples in awe. Jai watches her examine the dance floor and a smile creeps onto his lips. He stands up and hands out his hand to his beautiful wife, who is a bit surprised at first, but accepts gladly. He leads her into the middle of the dance floor and places both of his hands on her waist, while she wraps her hands around the back of his neck. They sway with the soft beat, going with each rhythm. Bani rests her head onto jai's shoulder and closes her eyes, a sweet smile forms on her face. Jai pulls her closer to him and whispers into her ear, "I love you, Mrs. Walia".
She takes her head off his shoulder and looks at him, her smile growing wider and her face turning a bit red.

Bani: I love you too,…Mr. Walia.

Jai strokes her cheek and stares into her hazel eyes. Bani had never seen such love and passion in anyone else's eyes for her, except for Jai's. He places a soft yet pleasant kiss on her glossy pink lips. Bani places her head back onto his shoulder and holds onto Jai tighter than before, swaying with him back and forth.
Bani was grateful for one thing in life, and that was Jai. If she had never come to Mumbai in the first place, then she would have never had met Jai and fallen madly in love with him. She was glad that her fate did take her to Mumbai. She thanks her lucky stars. Well on thing was sure, Bani certainly got her happy ending to her fairy tale. It was more than just a happy ending, it was great….

They're food arrive at their table and the couple stop dancing and proceed back to their table. They enjoy their meals, the romantic dinner, and talk non-stop about their future life together. Jai and Bani leave the Italian restaurant, satisfied with the evening, and walk to their car together with their arms around each other.

TWO MONTHS LATER:


Bani: 'I'll be back in time, sweetheart, don't worry' (she mimics her husband's voice)
Bani: Well where are you?! It's 6:30 now, he was supposed to be here at 5:00!

She says this as she makes a few last touches on her make up, fixing her eyeliner and powder. Just then she feels a pair of arms wrap around her stomach and pull her back against someone's chest. A bouquet of red roses is presented in front of her view.

" I'm sorry sweetheart," says a deep sexy voice.

Bani turns around and faces Jai who was looking hot as usual, in all black business suit.

Bani: (frowns) You were supposed to be here a hour and half ago! Jai, we're going to be late to the wedding now! Muskaan is waiting for me.
Jai: (makes a puppy face) I'm sorry, but I got held up in a meeting, I swear I didn't meant to do it on purpose.
Bani: (cooling down) At least you here now.

Bani takes the flowers from his hands and sets them onto the dressing table. Jai smirks and pulls Bani towards him, his hands placed on her stomach. He rests his chin on her shoulder.

Jai: How's my Baby doing today?
Bani: Rohit is doing just fine, like always.
Jai: I think you mean Shaania. (sorry guys, can't think of any other girl names at the moment)
Bani: No, Rohit. Jai, our baby is a boy, not a girl.
Jai: and how do you know this? It could possibly be a girl, our baby is a girl, bani.
Bani: I know because I am the mother. I want a boy.
Jai: Well I want a cute baby girl that is exactly like her mother, sweet, caring, beautiful, and intelligent.
Bani: (giggles) Well I want a cute baby boy that is exactly like his father, same handsome features and naughty.
Jai: Oh, I'm naughty now am I?
Bani: (laughs) Jai, you are always naughty.
Jai: (smiles) That's not called naughty, that's just how I am. Would you like me to show you what naughty is?

Bani pulls away from Jai.

Bani: (shaking her head) No, Jai. Stay away.

Jai steps forward.

Jai: (grins) Arre, why are you going away from me?
Bani: Cause I know you're up to something.

She moves farther away, trying to get away from his grasp.

Jai: Bani-


Bani makes her way to run out of the room, but jai is faster than her and catches her by wrapping his arms around her. She makes a sound of defeat and then giggles. Jai kisses her forehead, her cheeks, her chin, and then finally her lips.

The ringing from bani's cell phone causes them to break apart from each other. Bani goes to her purse, on the bed, and takes her cell phone out.

Bani: Hello?
Muskaan: Bani didi, where are you? I have been waiting for an hour now. You promised that you would help dressing me up.
Bani: Haan, Muskaan. I'm sorry! Your jiju took forever to get back home from the office.

Jai gives bani his sexy grin.

Bani: I'll come over right now. Don't worry.
Muskaan: Ok.
(bani hangs up)

Bani: Jai, we are going to be late for Muskaan and Vijay's wedding. Hurry up.
Jai: Bani, I'm all ready. Let's go.

Jai takes Bani's hand in his and they both walk downstairs together and meet with the rest of the Walia Family.

Bani, pia, and rano open the door leading to the room in which Muskaan was waiting in. They find her sitting in front of the dressing table, accompanied by two other girls. Muskaan stands up and hugs the three.

Muskaan: I'm so glad you have finally come.
Bani: I'm sorry Muskaan, I was planning on coming earlier, but got held back. And to make up for it, I'll dress you up so well that everyone will go crazy over your beauty, and Vijay will just get a stroke looking at you!

Everyone laughs while Muskaan begins to blush tremendously. Bani seats her back down. Pia and Rano hand the jewelry to Bani, who helps Muskaan put them on. The three girls work on her make up for her and bani styles Muskaan's hair. After an hour flies by, pia drapes the red duputta on Muskaan's face. Bani adds the last touch that was missing, Muskaan's bindi. The girls praise Muskaan's looks, making her feel good about herself.

Bani: muskaan, you are lucky to have Vijay, he will be a wonderful husband to you.
Pia: Finally you are settling down. All that's left is Rano.
Bani: Haan, Rano you're left behind. Pia and me already have our husbands. (Pia got married to Pushkar) Muskaan's getting married today. We need to find you someone very soon.

Rano looks down and blushes.

Rano: Didi, aaph bhi nah. You know…that I already found him.
Bani: haan haan, I know. But are you sure? I mean, Saahil? Come on.
Rano: Kyun? (trans: why?) What's wrong with Saahil? (anger rising in her voice)
Pia: Wow, Rano, calm down. Di was only joking.
Rano: (cools down) Oh, I'm sorry. (blushes)

Everyone laughs at her. Pooja bhabi comes walking into the room and adores muskaan's beauty for awhile. She then informs them that it is time to take Muskaan down to the mandap. They all walk down the stairs with Muskaan in the middle. Bani and Pooja Bhabi seat her down next to Vijay, who is wearing a white sherwani and a sehra, in the mandap. The pundit begins his chants and the wedding proceeds on. Jai spots Bani on the other side of the mandap and joins her. Together they witness the wedding of Vijay and Muskaan.

In the middle of the wedding, Jai reaches over and takes bani's hand in his. Bani looks over to him and sees that he has not taken his eyes off of the yet to be married couple. She knew exactly what he was thinking of, and she was thinking of it also. Watching Vijay and Muskaan getting married brought pleasant memories of Jai and Bani's wedding.
Vijay and Muskaan stand together to do the saat pheres. They begin their pheres as the guests, family, and friends shower the couple with rose petals.
Bani's eyes begin to well with tears of joy. She was happy, happy with her life and happy for everyone else's happiness. She was married to Jai Walia, the love of her life, her best friend, and the person who she wished to spend the rest of her life with. Bani was married into a family that gave her so much love, treated her as their own, and showered her with affection. She truly was a lucky woman and was blessed from God.

I hope you enjoyed this part! i hope you didn't find the ending a bit fruity or dumb like i do, but i couldn't come up with anything else. i'm sorry if the honeymoon isn't as how you expected it to be, i just couldn't come up with ideas for them to do in Italy 😕 i did try to make it better!
