yes, it was this one. I actually had a MUCH better lehenga than this one. It's was a dark magenta color with very nice gold designs. IT WAS SO BEAUTIFUL! sadly, it was sold so they took it off the website. So i picked this one, becuz i couldn't find any other lehenga. 😔

hey, i'm sorry that i kept you guys waiting!!! but i finally found some time to update! it's short but i'll update some later. 😉 i really appreciate your lovely comments, i just love you all! 😳 well here's the next part! and if you find it boring, which i think it probably is, then please forgive me, i got a bit lazy, but forced myself to write this part because i did not want to keep you all waiting any longer.

part 28:

Pooja Bhabi adds the last touch by applying a bindi on Bani's forehead. She moves out of the way, letting Bani stand up from the stool and walk over the mirror. Bani examines herself in the mirror, pleased by the way she looked, hoping that Jai would also. Even of thinking of jai made her blush down to the core, she loved how he had such a huge effect on her. Bani looks beautiful in her Pink Net Lehenga Choli with the duputta draped over her head, wearing heavy expensive gold jewelry, clashing perfectly with her lehenga. She looks absolutely radiant.

Bani smiles shy fully to herself when Pia whistles while Bhabi and Rano giggle like two little school girls.

Pia: You look beautiful, Di!
Rano: Haan, di! Jeeju's going to have a heart attack when he sees you!

Bani covers her face with her hands, glowing from her red mehendi, and blushes into them.

Bhabi: Rano, Pia, leave the poor girl alone, we've teased Mrs. Walia enough now. (she winks at bani)

Bani feels the shade of red on her face grow deeper. Pooja bhabi gives an affectionate hug to Bani.

Pooja: Bani, you look gorgeous! I just am not able to accept that you're getting married. You, pia, and rano are going to be leaving me and your suraj bhaiya alone. We've grown so attached to you these past five months.

Tears slowly form in bani's eyes, has the truth hits her…she was not going to be living with bhabi and bhaiya, who she already has accepted as her family, who took her and her sisters in without questioning or refusing. They provided them shelter over their heads and an endless amount of love.

Pia: (quickly wiping away a tear) Bhabi, look what you have done, you're making di cry on her wedding day!

Bani giggles as she blinks away her tears. Pooja also lets out a giggle and wipes away her tears from her duputta.

Jai looks hot in his black sherwani, sitting down nervously inside of the mandap, his face covered by the sehra.

His heart was beating fast, his stomach felt uneasy, and he was becoming more anxious by each passing second. Of course he was going to freak out, it's his wedding day, everyone freaks out on their wedding day! So this was normal. But all this nervousness and impatience was new to Jai, he'd never felt like this before. Jai glances to the side, stares at the marble staircase for awhile, and thinks of Bani. A smile plays on his lips as his thoughts travel to her. Thinking about her always set his mind at calm.

Pundit: Now please call the Dhulan down…( sorry guys, don't kno how to say it in hindi, my hindis not dat great, I only understand it, not really talk it well)

Jai's thoughts fade away as he hears the pundits deep and husky voice, intruding in on his thoughts. His faint smile begins to grow wider on the mention of Dhulan.

Pooja wipes away Bani's tears and kisses her forehead.

Pooja: (weeping herself) Bani, that's enough, please don't cry anymore. You don't want to ruin your make up, now do you? Along with you, I'm also ruining mines.

Bani laughs in between her sobs and then hugs her bhabi, who was more like her mother, tightly, not wanting to let go, needing her love and support even more. The white door, leading to the room, opens slowly and then fully, exposing Rano, dressed in a cute dark blue lehenga, standing in the doorway. Rano's face glows with excitement, a cheery smile on her face, and her eyes twinkling.

Rano: Didi…it's time.
