PART 20:
Jai couldn't wait to tell Bani the great news....he could just imagine the beautiful smile on her face.....he hurried u the stairs towards his bedroom....
"Bani?" he said as he walked into his room...he looked around but couldn't see any signs of her...
Fear gripped him...Had she left him again?...did someone say something to her?...no...no she couldn't...wouldn't...she had...had come...
His thoughts were interrupted by the sound of laughter....a sound he hadn't heard in this house in a long while....no one laughed like that anymore...so free..so jovially...he followed the sound....it made his heart beat faster....
he saw her then...she was sitting with her sister, mausi, Daadi and Anu...all of them teasing each other....Bani's laughter so infectious...so pure....a sound that he had never heard from her...it was drawing him closer....he wanted to always see her like this....
"Uh....Bani..woh..main.."
"Haan munna bolo...kya hai...?" Mausi said mockingly...She had been worried last night when he had left the party and hadn't returned....but then she had seen him and Bani go into the outhouse...and then today...she was happy...at last they were acting and treating each other as husband and wife...
"Woh mujhe bani se koi kaam hai...toh bani please ek minute...?"
"Haan Jao Bahu...humara munna bohoth uthavla horaha hai..."
"Ji mausi.."Bani said quietly as she followed JAi back into their bedroom....worry was gnawing at the back of her mind....did something happen?...had mr walia changed his mind about them..?...
As soon as they were in their bedroom, Jai quietly closed the door behind them....
"Bani...agar main tumhe koi khush khabar sunao...toh tum mujhe kya enaam dhogi?"
"Ji?....uh...jo bhi aap mange..."
"Soch lo....aisa na ho ke main kuch aise maang lo jo tum naa deh sago..."
"Mr Walia....maine kaha naa...jo bhi aap ko chaye...mujhe sochne ke liye koi zaroorat nahin..."
he gave a soft laugh....came closer to Bani and put his hands on her shoulders drawing her near....
Bani tensed as the sensations caused by Jai's touch flowed through her....
He brought his face closer....kissed the side of her mouth...then along her jaw line...then he whispered in her ear..."Maine Sahil aur Rano ki shaadi fix kardi...aur Ranveer Raashi se shaadi karne ke liye tayar hai..." before he nipped her earlobe...
Bani couldn't believe what she had heard...she couldn't react...she was in a state of shock mingled with desire...her brain felt fogged by the wonderous sensations and feelings that JAi had brought forth from within her...she felt...alive?
"Huh?" she said quietly....her eyes closed
Jai looked down into her face....a smug smile spreading on his.....
"Ab mera enaam?"
"Ji?..." Bani fluttered her eyelids open...
"Haan...tumne vaada kiya tha ke jo main mango ga tum mujhe woh dhongi?.."
"Ji..?"
"Chalo chorro....woh udhar hai...waqt aahne per mang lunga.."
He said then kissed her again....he didn't need to ask her for anything...she gave unquestioningly and selflessly anyway.....
