Jai wakes up early next morning. He wants to leave for work early as he knows that mausi would have found out the news about his trip to singapore by now. She will want to talk to Jai and Bani about the news and their marriage. Jai however, does not want to deal with that yet, so he wants to get to office early.
Bani wakes up with a similar feeling as Jai. She knows what she has to do, but she does not feel strong enough to be able to do it. She needs to talk to someone.
Bani(thinking, worried): I need to talk to someone....Sid? No, after what happened yesterday at Sid's office I would not be comfortable...Pia? No, disscussing Mr. Walia with her might not be right....Rano?...Yes, I will go talk to Rano.
Bani knocks on Rano's room door. Rano opens the door, a bit concerned to see Bani.
Rano: Kya hua didi?
Bani(comes into the room and sits on the bed, Rano sits beside her): Rano what if I was to leave Mr. Wa (Bani hesitates)....what I mean to say is what if I was no longer Mrs. Wal...(again Bani is unable to complete her sentence, she can't understand why she having trouble saying something she has already decided).
Rano(knows what Bani is trying to say): Didi! I have something to tell you. (Bani looks at Rano a little worried about what Rano has to say) I love Sahil, and he loves me too. We both want to get married. But both of were really afraid, we didn't know if anyone would support us or not. We wanted to come to you but...I didn't want to worry you any more.....(Rano hesistates a bit) ...You know didi we were wrong about Ranveer, even though it is true that he hates us three but thousand times more than that he loves his brother and sister. And when Sahil told him about loving me, he told us that no matter who was with us he would alway support us. He wants to see his brother happy. And didi when he said that, suddenly Sahil....it was like he no longer cared and could face the entire world alone as long as he had Ranveer with him. And well that made me realize how important family support is...(Rano holds Bani's hand)..So Didi whatever you decide I want you to know I will always be with you. ALWAYS no matter what happens!!
Bani(who now has tears in her eyes, she is touched by what Rano has said to her, Bani hugs Rano): I love you Rano. I am so happy for you.
Rano: I want to see you happy didi.
...Later that evening.
Jai has just returned from his office. He goes straight to his room, he knows he has to talk to Bani. When Jai enters the room, Bani looks at Jai but does not say anything.
Jai: Bani about yesterday...
Bani: Mr. Walia, whatever happened yesterday lets forget it, you were not in your senses.
Jai(going very close to Bani): Bani, please I request you...plese endure me for a little more time and don't say anything to Mausi today (Jai is refering to what he heard Sid and Bani talk about in the office however, Bani thinks he is talking about what happened last night).
Bani: Mr Walia I said...
Just then Tony butler enters, interrupting Bani, announces that Mausi wants to talk to Bani and Jai. Both leave to go downstairs.
Mausi is sitting and the newpaper that contains Jai and Rohini's pictures are in front of her on the table. Jai and Bani sit down. Mausi begins.
Mausi(in a stern voice): What is this Jai? (now looking at Bani) I thought you both were happy?
Jai(putting his arm around Bani's): We are happy, (looks at Bani) we are very happy. (Bani does not look at Jai, because she knows if she does she will fall weak) (After a silence of about 1 minute, Jai speaks again) I love her...(looks at Bani)I love you very much (Bani does not look at Jai, she is staring at the table).
Bani cannot belive her ears.
Bani(thinking): Does he mean that? But then what did I see last night and those reports in the newspaper? No! I must not doubt my decision. (Bani suddenly speaks): Mausi, I can't leave (what am I saying can't leave)...I mean live here anymore, I want a div...
Jai(interrupts Bani, laughs seeing Mausi's worried face): I think what she is trying to say is...Well you know mausi we never went for a honeymoon... just the two of us and well as long we stay here that media will forever be behind us and make more such news up so I think Bani just wants a break for a litte while.
Mausi(now relived): O (laughs)...yes I think that is a very good idea...both of you should go on a vacation somewhere. I will tell Aditiya to book something for you both. Mausi kisses Jai and Bani on the forehead and leaves.
Jai without saying anything to Bani also leaves.
