12 TH APRIL INDIA EPISODE-UPDATE BY MISTLETOE

Jai does look so sexy when he is angry! I think he looks sexy anyway! Lolz…back to the update! The serial begin with the last scene of yesterday's episode…where Bani calls Jai her "Pyare Pati"! I want to thank you my darling husband, for everything…Jai gives her one of his nastiest and haughtiest stare. Ranveer comes and announces that this party has been thrown by Jai Uncle and to make the evening more beautiful, Debojit will sing for us….please enjoy the voice of the year. Jai is shown standing with Bani, who has her eyes downcast…..and Jai looks his snarling best! Debu sings well….Jai offers his hand to Bani for dance…Bani gives him a downcast look and goes to the dance floor….lolz....the way that both of them were dancing was funny, Jai looks so upset and angry and Bani looks petrified….they didn't look as if they were enjoying their dance at all….Jai keeps remembering Pia while dancing with Pia and looks really desolate, Bani keeps looking at him with a sad look and then avoids his gaze. Poor Dadi looks very sad, Rano looks depressed….only Jigs and Ranveer seem to be enjoying….Kya Party hai!!!

Jai and Bani looked smashing together when they dance, although Jai doesn't even look at her once…he is busy mourning for Pia!!! Sudharja Jai, Sudharja! Poor Bani is the one who keeps giving looks at Jai….😳

Once the dance is over, Bani is again standing alone in a corner, Jai looks at her from far and comes to her and tells her very lovingly, "Arre Bani, itni acchi speech dene ke baad bhi tum akeli khadi ho, ek kone mein…" Bani looks at Jai with terror in her eyes and does not react to him. Jai then tells her that she has given her surprise, now its time for him to give her a surprise. Jai says, come with me, I have to show you something! Jai takes Bani by her hands and gets her upstairs. He makes her wait outside their room and gets a box for her! Jai then says that he just remembered that he hasn't presented anything to Bani after their wedding and this is especially for her. Bani looks very suspicious and does not offer any reaction. Jai gives her a very wicked smile and opens the box, which has the same pair of earrings that Rano had handed over to Bani to be given to Pia for her wedding. Bani is stunned and rooted to the spot where she is standing. Jai comes near her and tells her very sweetly, that isn't this the same pair of earrings that she had given to Mohan to be handed over to Pia for her wedding. Bani is too shocked to react. Then Jai comes very near to her and the Camera focuses on him snarling away to glory and Bani just standing shell-shocked with her eyes moist, as Jai tells her that what did she think, that she will keep fooling him and protect Pia and Pushkar and get them married. As Bani listens in horror, Jai very coolly tells her that he knew from the beginning about Pia and Pushkar being in Mohan's house. Mohan comes there and Bani looks at him, as Mohan gives a slight smile and then does not react.😲

Bani keeps standing rooted to her spot as Jai tells her sneeringly (he is really angry today, throughout….) that what did she think, that like her, even his friends will be back-stabbers. As Bani listens, with a dead silence and tears in her eyes, Jai tells her that it is 3 Am right now, and she has exactly 4 hrs to save Pushkar, as he is going to get arrested at 7 Am in the morning in a fabricated case of bungling crores of rupees from his Office. Mohan comes near Jai and tells Bani that he is Jai's closest friend and what did she think that he will go against Jai and side with her. As Bani listens without any reaction, Mohan tells her that he is Jai's friend and not her's and how on earth did she think that he will and that he deliberately fooled Pia, Pushkar and Bani because he wanted to corner Pushkar somewhere till Jai could get a case ready against him. Jai also comes near Bani and tells her that in the next 4 hrs Pia and Pushkar are going to be separated for the rest of their lives and he challenges Bani to try and get them married, if she can, she has 4 hrs to do this job. Both Mohan and Jai stand in a way, that Bani is seen in their middle. Excellent shot, both Jai and Mohan are dressed in black and Bani is standing crucified in between them!

Just then Mohan's cell phone rings and Mohan is shocked and screams on the phone that how dare he let them get away. Jai looks completely rattled now and Mohan very nervously tells Jai that his men had gone to the Outhouse and saw that Pia and Pushkar are not there. Jai looks white with shock and asks Mohan gratingly, that how on Earth did Pia and Pushkar escape from his holds.

Bani now comes near Jai and tells him very calmly that she is fully aware that Jai's friends would never let him down and that is why she always suspected Mohan's uncalled for help to them. As Mohan and Jai look on unbelievingly, Bani tells him that she overheard Jai and Mohan's conversation in the Office, when they had thought she had left them and had called up Pia to warn them.

As Jai looks on completely shell-shocked, Bani looks at Jai with confidence and serenity in her eyes and tells a furiously angry Jai, "Aapke paas sirf 4 ghante hai Mr. Walia, uske baad mein Pia and Pushkar ko 7 janamon ke liye baandh doongi...rok sakte hai toh rok lijeeye, Mr. Walia…yeh mera challenge hai!"

Jai is completely delirious with anger and screams out Bani's name and raises his hand to slap her, Bani does not flinch one bit, just keeps looking at him with the same unwavering look, as Jai closes his fist with great effort and looks completely murderous with rage. Jai is really, really angry and tells Bani that she will pay for this very dearly and that he will do anything in the World to get hold of Pia and Pushkar and now this fight is between Jai and Bani, he will go to any extent to win this. Bani just keeps standing there without any emotion on her face, but her eyes are moist.

Jai and Mohan are shown in Jai's car, he is driving it furiously. In between, Jai who is still mad with fury and irritation tells Mohan that he cannot believe that such a small town girl could outwit him. Jai says that the biggest mistake he made was give a house to Bani, a job to her, make her and the sisters live in his house, give them honor and this is the way they pay him back. As Mohan looks petrified at Jai's volatile temper, Jai tells Mohan that Bani has openly challenged him today and he is going to give her a reply that she and her sister will remember for the rest of their lives. Jai says that once he gets hold of Pia, he is going to make a living hell out of their lives (So, what else is he doing nowadays, btw?)

Mohan and Jai stop at Mohan's house, where Jai goes out, still fuming with anger and gets hold of the collar of one of the guys and asks him how the hell did he let Pia and Pushkar get away, why do you think I pay you money for. Mohan tells Jai that this is not the time for asking such questions; we have to find Pia and Pushkar before its 7 Am.

Jai turns around and says that he knows where to find them. He calls up Jigyasa who is sitting with Ranveer and having Tea (At 3 Am in the morning? Dono maa bete paagal hai kya???) As soon as Jigs picks it up, Jai orders her on the phone to get out this instant with Ranveer and find out about every marriage taking place in the City, go to every temple, every banquet, everywhere there can possibly be a marriage and try to find Pia and Pushkar. Jigyasa is shocked and tries to tell Jai, how they can go out at this time, Jai is like, Oh shut up and do what I am telling you to do.

Summary and Comments:

Tu Sher, Toh Mein Sawa Sher : Lolz…Mr. Walia has finally met his match! Next time, he is in one of his benevolent moods, he will think twice before he helps out someone and four times before he underestimates someone. Bani's double whammy to Jai today left him so staggered that he had to resort to physical violence, but something about Bani's gaze made him clinch his fist and stop in time…Thank god for that!😡

Mohan, Eu Tu Brutus : The way Brutus had back-stabbed Ceaser, Kasamh Se seems to be full with back-stabbers…Pia back-stabbed Bani, Pushkar back-stabbed Jai, Jigs back-stabbed Bani and now Mohan has also joined the game! This was completely unexpected, btw….of all the people, I never thought that Mohan would game up with Jai in this manner…but in a way I am happy, that poor Jai did not have to go through another back-stabbing incident! Atleast Jai's friends are truly his friends!😆

Pia and Pushkar's Marriage : Now this has become a matter of prestige for Jai and a matter of life for Bani! Jai wants to stop Pia and Pushkar from getting married at any cost and Bani wants to get them married at any cost. Frankly, I couldn't care less. Its better in a way that Pia and Pushkar get married, that is the only thing which will cool down Jai's now completely out of control anger…he just wants them to separate and once they are joined by holy matrimony, Jai will realize that now putting Pushkar into Jail or separating Pia from him won't matter one bit! And frankly, Pia and Pushkar's marriage is the only hope for Jai and Bani's marriage taking off!

Performance Barometer : Jai was just infuriated and maddeningly angry today throughout…except the first scene where he is trying to demean Bani, he is happiest when he does that! Ram Kapoor is excellent, as usual, but yes, the angry, volatile scenes seem to bring the best out of him…should be a contender for the best actor award this year! Prachi once again is amazing, she is prolific, calm and totally natural. Quite a pleasant departure from the usual type of K-series actress….way to go Prachi! And yes, the chemistry she shares with Ram is unsual and fantastic, it's a pleasure to seem them both light up the scene, whenever they are together, it seems that there is no one else in the frame! Can't imagine how much they would sizzle in their lovey-dovey scenes😳…although by the look of it, Jai would happily strangulate Bani at any given point now!😔

13 TH APRIL INDIA EPISODE-UPDATE BY MISTLETOE

Episode begins with Jai shouting on the phone and ordering Jigyasa to go out with Ranveer and search for Pia and Pushkar, he says that come what may, he has to stop the Wedding from happening. Jigyasa keeps the phone down and tells Ranveer very happily that for the first time in her life, Jai Bhaiyaa has trusted her with some work and she wants to prove herself worthy of being his sister. Ranveer who is still busy sipping his tea tells Jigyasa that how on Earth will we search for them in such a huge city, Jigs says that she doesn't care how, but it is Jai Bhaiyaa's orders and she wants to fulfill them at any cost. (For the first time, I actually loved Jigyasa…all said and done, she is still loyal to her brother)

Jai, who is still fuming and Mohan who looks petrified at Jai's condition are shown in the Police HQ talking to the Commissioner (Who is in his Office at 3 Am in the morning?) and Jai tells him that he wants Pushkar arrested right away and that he should send his Police Forces to trace him out from anywhere. The commissioner tries to explain to Jai that he had himself ordered that the arrest should be done only by Monday and that is why despite the grave charges that had been put on Pushkar, the Police had waited for making the arrest. Jai loses his patience and tells the Commissioner that circumstances have changed (Yeah, his Bhigi Billi wife turns out to be a Tigress, Poor Jai!) and that Pushkar is trying to leave the town, and he wants him arrested before he does that. The commissioner assures Jai that he will do his best to trace out Pushkar and get him arrested.

The next couple of scenes show Jigs and Ranveer looking out for all the Wedding taking place in the town (Again at 3 Am in the morning? Who the hell gets married at this hour?) and elsewhere Jai and Mohan in their Car driving all over Mumbai! (Btw, the night scene at Mumbai doesn't appear to suggest that its such an odd hour, it looks more like 8 in the evening!) Jai's eyes are now painful and his face is extremely dejected as he tells Mohan in a very dejected tone that he cannot imagine something like this could have happened to him. He said that Bani, Pia and Pushkar were closest to his heart and after all that he had done for them, how could they back-stab him in such a manner. It was pretty heart-breaking as Jai tells Mohan that he has never thought or done bad for anyone and that inspite of his good intentions, one broke his trust (Bani) the other broke his heart (Pia) and the third took away his love from him (Pushkar) As Mohan looks very sympathetically at Jai, he says that he can never come out of this shock in this life and till his death, this betrayal will always weigh in his mind and until and unless he evens this out, he cannot get a night's sleep.

The song, "Ab toh Aadat si hai mujhko aise jeene mein" plays in the background, while Jai is shown in the background and the scenes shift from Chatrapati Shivaji International Airport to Churchgate Railway Station to some Bus Stand…..as Jai and Mohan are looking for Pia and Pushkar and elsewhere poor Jigs and Ranveer and also searching for them (They look howlarious btw, both Mother and Son, all dressed up, going from one place to another).

Mohan brings his Car to a halt infront of a temple and Jai notices that a marriage is taking place. Jai tells Mohan to wait and says that of all the temples they went through (Atleast Jai has earned his Punya by going to all the temples, now God will certainly be kind on him!) this is the only one which has a marriage taking place and he is certain that Pia and Pushkar are getting married here. Mohan looks exasperated now but seeing Jai's mental condition, refrains from making a comment. Jai walks upto the temple alone.

Beautiful Scene, Very Emotional!

As Jai is shown walking to the temple, some chants start playing in the background (It was beautiful, the same holy chants that are played while a Wedding takes place) and Jai goes through the crowd and sees that a Maharastrian Wedding is taking place. The couple is obviously someone else and as Jai is about to turn back and go, something makes him stop and he is rooted to the spot. As Jai sees the couple taking the "Saat Phera's", Jais' eyes get an unusual softness in them and suddenly he remembers his own marriage where he was taking the "Saat Phera's" with Bani and then they show the groom putting sindoor on the brides' forehead and then Jai remembers him putting sindoor on Bani's forehead and his eyes are moist. The Chants stop playing in the background and the scene is done in total silence. Jai keeps looking at the marriage taking place and his face has an indescribable softness in it, as if he just realized that he has indeed married Bani and no matter what, he cannot change what destiny has scripted for him. Suddenly, Jai comes out of his revere and backs off suddenly from the place where he was standing and walks back in complete silence, I think that part of the scene was done in slow motion. Jai looks very defeated and extremely dejected and also really lonely as he walks with his head bowed down and Mohan who is standing near his Car looks upto his best friend and his eyes also get a very sad look at Jai's state. Jai walks down a few step and sits on them with his head buried in his hands (Oh…Poor Baby!) Mohan comes down and sits with him. Jai then lifts his head and tells Mohan that he waited all his life for love to come in it, not once did he ever have any feelings for anyone the way he had for Pia. As Mohan listens with complete silence, Jai says that Pia made him a different person, she gave him an unfound confidence in him, she made him realize that life is much more than money and work and that life becomes beautiful only when you have someone to share it with. Jai then says with great sadness that why did she break his heart into a million pieces, where did Jai go wrong, all he did was fall in love and offered a proposal of marriage like any decent man would, then why did Pia lie to him continuously and ran out on him, trampling his heart in such a ruthless manner.

Jai then snaps out of his somber mood and gets the angry, cold look in his eyes as he tells Mohan that he will not let Pia get married to Pushkar ever. The happiness that Pia took away from him, she can also never have. Jai says that he will destroy everything that comes in his way but will prevent Pia and Pushkar from getting married. Mohan tries to calm Jai and tells him that Jai has been a winner all his life but his greatest weakness has always been his temper. Mohan tells Jai that let Pia and Pushkar get married, let Bani win this round and Jai can still have an entire lifetime to get even with the three of them (Instead of advising Jai, he is further incensing him!) Mohan tells Jai that just by getting married, Pia and Pushkar's life is not going to become easier and Jai can still plan out his revenge with them, nothing can stop him from doing that.

Jai is adamant and says that he doesn't care for anything, but he wants to stop this Wedding from taking place. Jai says that no revenge would matter if Pia and Pushkar get married, the whole point of his anger and his retribution would get diluted if Bani indeed gets them married. Jai says that Bani along with Pia and Pushkar has dared to challenge him openly and he wants to make a suitable reply to the three of them and for that he has to stop this marriage from happening, it's a matter of life and death for him now. Mohan looks at Jai and then gets a new fiery look in his eyes and tells Jai, "Agar aisi baat hai, toh chal, hum kaise bhi kar ke Pia aur Pushkar ko dhood nikalenge aur unki shaadi ko rok denge."

Again the next scene shows Jai, Mohan and Jigs, Ranveer searching for Pia and Pushkar and then its morning, finally. All of them are shown arriving at the Walia Mansion and are standing besides their Car. Jigs looks very scared as she comes out of her Car and tells Jai that Ranveer and she did her best and went to every possible temple and wedding that was taking place, but could not find any trace of Pia and Pushkar. Jai who is completely quiet but has fire burning in his eyes goes near his Car (A lovely White Sonata, I love this Car!) and bangs his hand on it. Jigs is taken aback and comes near Jai and tells him that its Bani, Pia and Pushkar who have done wrong and they are the ones who should feel the pain of what they have done to Jai, why is he punishing himself.

Just then all of them notice, some people coming out of the Walia Mansion, Ranveer comments in general that who are these people and why are they coming out of the Walia Mansion this early in the morning. Mohan, Jigyasa and Ranveer look on with curiosity and confusion, while Jai's face turns white as he remembers Bani telling him that he has 4 hours to try and stop Bani from getting Pia and Pushkar from getting married and that she promises him that by 7 Am in the morning, she will tie Pia and Pushkar for the next 7 lives!

Summary and Comments :

Pia & Pushkar are married at the Walia Mansion : By the end of the episode, I was pretty certain as was Jai, that Bani has indeed fulfilled her part of the challenge and as Ashrose had so cleverly predicted, she got them married at the Tiger's Den itself. This is indeed a double whammy for Jai, of all the places on Earth, Bani got Pia and Pushkar married at his house….Cannot even imagine Jai's reaction today!

Good Sister's job over, Good Wife's job begins : Bani has done all that she could and much more as a sister to Pia and a friend to Pushkar. She had fulfilled her promise given to her dying Father to always take care of Pia and has repaid Pushkar's friendship by going against Jai in such a bizarre manner and get them married against all Odds. Now it has to be seen if Bani proves to be as good and as loyal a wife as she has proved herself to be a sister and a friend.

Marriages are certainly made in heaven : The look on Jai's face at the temple proves that all said and done, Jai does believe in the sanctity of the institution of marriage and even if for an instant, he does realize that he is now somebody's husband and that someone is his wife, however unusual the marriage might have been. Now that he has lost his vow of stopping Pia and Pushkar's marriage from taking place, he should just take stock of the situation and realize that it was all destiny!

Bani has crossed her threshold, now its time to holdback : I am refraining from commenting whether getting Pia and Pushkar married at the Walia House was correct or not! On the one hand, it was utterly gutsy of Bani to do such a thing and also she really had no option, she knew that Jai would hunt them down if they get married somewhere else and would stop the marriage, so the only place she could think of was the Walia House, a place Jai wouldn't even imagine. Once again, Bani uses her brains….but on the other hand, I thought that Bani was being utterly insensitive….Jai is already hurt and shattered and Bani knows that very well….and this is just like pouring oil over fire….I don't know…..poor Jai! Bani should stop right now…not only for the sake of her safety, but mainly for Jai…he really doesn't deserve this, however obnoxious he might be right now!

Jai's reaction in today's' episode : Please guess what could be Jai' reaction be once he see's from his own eye's that Pia and Pushkar are now married….my feeling is that for once he won't lose his temper and just get into a shock mode…for now that is! And as Mohan had very incorrectly adviced him yesterday, Jai will now go into a cold, calculative revenge method mode….and payback Bani, Pia and Pushkar by the same coin…mainly Bani, because once Pia and Pushkar are married, his whole purpose of destroying them is defeated….and his focus will come to rest only on Bani and her annihilation! And Jai will use the same method that Bani has used, she played on his greatest weakness, his inability to think straight in anger and now he will play on her weakness, her helplessness in love.

Performance Barometer: It was Jai all again today….he was exceptionally good in the Temple Scene, where his eyes express a gamut of emotions as he sees the marriage taking place and then remembers his own marriage and then he walks down in total silence and sits on the steps of the temple, defeated and lonely…it was not a defeat from Bani or Pia or Pushkar, but the realization that Jai has been defeated by his own destiny, no one is to blame really! I loved the scene where he is shown sitting with Mohan at the temple steps, and from a pathetic self-pity mode to a completely revengeful one, the way he changes his tone and expression is so commendable!!! Ram Kapoor was first-class as usual….what more to say!!!

13 TH APRIL INDIA EPISODE-UPDATE BY MISTLETOE

Jai is seen striding inside the Walia Mansion, alone and his face shows what he already knows but just wants to see from his own eyes….as Jai goes inside, he sees Pia and Pushkar taking the "Saat Pheras" and Bani turns to look at Jai. Somehow, Bani redeemed herself in my eyes by her reaction to Jai today….she has no expression on her face, except a steely courage but her eyes are pained and hurt….Jai keeps staring at them for some time and then gives one look at Bani….Aditya, Dadi, Saahil and Anu along with Pushkar's family are all present. Jai goes ahead (OMG….he looks incredibly sexy today…) he doesn't have any anger on his face nor any sorrow, he just walks towards them. Bani suddenly come in front of him and again without any expression on her face tells him politely but firmly that, "Mr. Walia, please yahin ruk jaayie." Jai doesn't take his eyes of Pia and Pushkar and tells Bani, "Hat jao Bani" but she refuses to move and again requests him to stop where he is (She is not ordering but at the same time she is not even pleading….I loved the way the scene was shot, cannot really explain in words) Jai gives one shove to Bani and pushes her aside and still without taking his eyes of the runaway couple, goes near to the Mandap. Just then the Pandit announces that Pia and Pushkar are husband and wife. Jai stops where he is and his face turns ice-cold…but completely expressionless. Jai gives one look at Bani, who too has no expression on her face but a relief…..

Then suddenly Jai comes into action and goes to the Mandap where Pia and Pushkar are standing looking at Jai with dread, Jai goes and holds their "Ghatbandhan" in his hands and as Bani, Aditya and the others look in horror and shock, he tries to loose the same. Just then the Media people come in and Jigyasa rushes to Jai and whispers in his ears that the entire Media is here, and that if he attempts anything like this, it would be all over the newspapers. Jai is now furious and tells Jigyasa that he no longer cares who thinks what about him, but somehow Jigyasa manages to hold him back and tells him that let them get away with this; we will make them pay a huge price for this transgression. Jai looks at Jigyasa and holds back his breath and walks away from Pia and Pushkar, who suddenly get their breath back!

As Jai tries to leave the Mandap where the Media has surrounded him, Bani calls out to him, very politely and asks him, "Mr. Walia, aap Pia aur Pushkar ko ashirwaad nahin denge?" Jigyasa is furious and gives one cold stare at Bani, while Jai turns back and gives one of his nastiest look at Bani and then Pia and Pushkar come to him.

Beautiful Scene:

Pia and Pushkar stand in front of Jai, who has a dead look in his eyes, Pushkar is looking petrified (Coward) while Pia has guilt and fear, both in her eyes and she is weeping quite openly. Jai keeps looking at both of them. And then in a scene, which I felt was just amazing, both Pia and Pushkar fall at Jai's feet for his blessings…Jai just keeps standing still, he doesn't bless them, but he doesn't even move back. As they both get up, Pia is now weeping like crazy and Pushkar looks as if he is going to make Pia a widow any moment, he looks white with fright! Jai then comes forward and with a cold, dead look in his eyes, he hugs Pushkar in an embrace and whispers in his ears that this is just the beginning of a lifetime of enmity and he will have to wait and watch what Jai will do to him. Pushkar looks shocked and is rooted to the spot. Jai then looks at Pia, and a certain softness comes in his eyes (Oh God, he still loves her!) and Pia keeps looking at him, constantly weeping (at least she had the courtesy to cry and look terribly guilty) In an unexpected reaction, Jai holds Pia's face in his hands and very gently and with great affection, plants a kiss on her forehead (OMG, I loved Jai for this….) and Pia looks at him with the same affection and love! Jai then very softly and with great love in his voice tells her, "All the best, May God bless you". Bani's eyes are moist as she looks at the scene, but her face is completely devoid of any expression or emotion; Jai then abruptly walks away, while Pia looks completely broken down with emotion!!! It was a marvelously well-directed scene…Kudos to Ram Kapoor, Roshini Chopra, Prachi Desai, Naman Shaw and the Director and Scrip Writer of the Scene!

Jigyasa is looking completely furious and as Bani is standing rooted to the spot without any expression or emotion (Today she actually had no expression on her face, not one….she looked like a wooden frame…I think it was deliberate…..but whatever, she did a fantastic job as usual!) Jigs comes up to Bani and tells her rather bitingly that once a woman gets married, her first and foremost duty and loyalty is towards her husband and Bani still is busy fulfilling her duties towards her "Maayka" Bani is standing with her head down and has no emotion on her face as Jigs further tells her very bitterly that it was her good luck combined with her sister's running away that she became Jai Bhaiyaa's wife, else did she ever think that a man like Jai would even give a second look to someone ordinary and pedestrian like Bani. Aditya is standing nearby and looks furious, but Bani keeps completely quiet and has no reaction whatsoever. Jigyasa then says that by getting Pia and Pushkar, who are at present Jai Bhaiyaa' biggest enemies married in his own house, she has broken off all her ties with her husband and that she will only be married in name from now. Jigyasa further says that Bani has broken the sanctity of marriage by going against her husband and siding with his enemies. Bani is still standing like a stone sculpture, with no expression on her face. Aditya turns towards Jigyasa and tells her very sarcastically that of all the people you are talking about the sanctity of marriage, the woman who left her husband. Jigyasa tells Aditya to shut-up and not forget in whose house he is living, Aditya tells Jigyasa that he has not forgotten that he is living off his friend, but has she forgotten that the house she is living in is not her own, but her brother's. Jigyasa is effectively silenced and Aditya tells her that if she had followed the sanctity of her marriage, then she would have been in her husband's house and not her Brothers. Jigyasa looks furious and walks away from there. Bani is still standing without any emotion, as if she is in some sort of an Emotional Coma!

The next scene shows that Jigyasa bumps into Dadi who is joking with Anu. Jigyasa tells Dadi that what sort of a disgusting woman is she, who instead of mourning with her own people is enjoying in the happiness of others. Dadi is least bit moved and replies back that its very sad and funny to hear Jigs uttering such filmy dialogues. Jigyasa looks furious and tells her that Jai Bhaiyaa and she will make everyone who dared to go against him pay for it dearly. Dadi doesn't say anything and Jigyasa storms off. I wondered where on Earth Ranveer was?

The next scene shows Pia's Vidaai with some strange song being played in the background; I think it was a Rajasthani Vidai song (Ok, so Pushky is a Rajasthani or something!) Pia looks quite pretty in a deep maroon lengenga with lots of jewellery and Pushkar looks as if he is having constipation and diarrhea together! He really had some silly expression's today….basically he was too scared….ek toh muft mein dushman mol le lie, who bhi Jai Walia se, upar se yeh musibat gale pad gayi, zindagi bhar ke liye…Aur karo Ishq Boss ki girlfriend se!!! Pia finally comes near the Car and hugs Bani who is now crying and tells Pia that she is feeling bad that Pia had to get married in such a manner. Pia breaks down and tells her that as long as she lives she will never forget all that Bani did for her and she feels terrible to leave Bani in this house. Bani says that don't worry about me, Rano is there with me. Bani tells Pushkar's mother to take care of Pia.

Next scene shows that Pia and Pushkar are waiting outside their house for their "Grahpravesh" and Pushkar' mother is getting the Aarti Ki Thaali ready when some creditors come inside all of a sudden and demand that they should get all the money they had loaned to Pushkar's brother. On asking they say that they had loaned the money because their family had excellent relations with Jai Walia but now everyone knows the state of affairs and that they cannot risk their money and want it back. Pushkar's brother looks mortified and tells them that he has already put all the money in business, where will he get it from all of a sudden, the creditors refuse to listen out to him. Pia looks miserable and begins crying (I think she is sadder for the fact that she realized what she has left behind…Jai! I thought that she had the same love and longing in her eyes that Jai had when he kissed her….) while Pushkar' Bhabhi is making some funny faces. Pushkar' mother who is looking at all this drama keeps the Aarti ki thaali and goes inside and come out with lots of jewellery boxes and hands them over to the creditors and tells them that this is all the jewllery that is lying in the house and that they can have it. Whatever balance is left will be settled afterwards. The creditors take leave, while Pushkar' bhabi comment very bitingly that when a new Bahu comes, she brings in "lakshmi" with her but as soon as Pia has kept her legs inside the house, she has taken all the "Lakshmi" out….Pia looks miserable….Welcome to Pushkar Land, Pia Darling…Ab Aayega Mazza…Jai doesn't have to punish you….your marriage will become your greatest punishment!

Classic Scene of the Day:

Bani is shown waiting for Jai in his study (or was it their room?) and looks very tensed and anxious. Jai strides like a tiger from behind (Oh my, there was something incredibly animal like in him today…dunno what…but he has never looked so smashing) and comes and stands in front of Bani with a frosty and detached look in his eyes. Bani takes a deep long breath and kind of manages to face him without flinching. Jai then says in a bitingly, blithe and bitter tone that of all the places on Earth, Bani dared to get Pia and Pushkar get married at his own house. Bani tires to appear calm and tells him, now in a definitely pacifying & peace-making voice that she had been left with no option but to get them married at his house. As Jai listens to her with a frosty and hateful look, Bani tells him that she knows and realizes what Pia and Pushkar have done is wrong (Finally she admits, that too in front of Jai) but what has been done has been done and that they have already paid for their mistakes and nothing will be achieved by punishing them further. Jai keeps staring at Bani as she speaks softly and with a "please, try and understand me" kind of tone that now Pia and Pushkar are married and that Jai should forgive them and get rid of this hatred and bitterness which he has stored in his heart. Jai gives one final glare at Bani and tells her, OK, I will do what you are telling me, I will not only forgive Pia and Pushkar but also forget that all that happened, but you will have to give me one thing in return. Bani looks at Jai in trepidation as he brings pathos and incredible hatred in his voice and tells Bani, make me go back to the time when Pia did not come into my life.

As Bani listens with incredulity and a sense of doom, Jai tells her get me back my peace of mind, get me back my mental stability, get me back my happiness and I will forget everything. Bani closes her eyes in frustration and agony and pleads with Jai that how can she bring back the time that has gone by, no one can, not even God. Jai then gives her a baleful look and tells her that if she cannot give him his lost time back, how can she ask him to move forward? Bani is stunned at his reply and just keeps looking at him, as Jai tells her that Pia is a forgotten chapter for him now and Pushkar will be settled in leisure…but as of now, he wants to teach some basic lessons to Bani. As she listens in numb, deathly silence, Jai tells her that didn't she call him her "Darling Husband" in the party, he will now teach her what a husband is all about. Jai further says that you took the sacred seven rounds around the fire, "Saat Phera" with me, I will teach you the meaning of every Phera…..as Bani listen to her fate being spelled out by an unforgiving, unrelenting Jai, he tells her that from now onwards she will dread the day she came into Jai's life and became his wife. Jai says that isn't she very proud of her sisters, of the love she has for them, he says wait and see, I will destroy the fabric of your life, I will steal away every little happiness that you ever had, I will destroy the very love you shared with your sisters, I will turn everyone whom you loved and cared for against you…I will leave you completely alone in the world with no one but Jai Walia for Company and then she will no what has happened to her. As Bani listens with a blank face and a dead look in her eyes, Jai tells her that start counting your moments from now onwards, cherish every moment that passes peacefully for you, because you are going to face such a bad time from him that you won't be able to see your own face in the mirror. Jai says that because of her he wasn't able to face the World, and now because of him, she won't be able to face herself. As Bani hears her death summons, Jai tells her finally, "Ab mein tumhein bataonga ki shaadi ka matlab kya hota hai…."

Summary and Comments :

Bani has already been punished for her betrayal, nothing worse can hurt her more : After today's episode, one thing has become very clear…that Jai has deeply & passionately loved Pia, so much that, he is willing to annihilate everyone in his hatred, but chooses to forgive the girl because of whom all this happened in the first place…I thought that the kiss on the forehead said it all….and Bani's eyes had so much of pain when Jai did that, because at that instance she knew, that even though she is Jai's wife, she will never be his love…that place has been taken by Pia forever….what worse punishment can a wife have, what can pain Bani more than the fact that her husband's heart belongs to her sister and that she will always be the second person in his life? I think she has become the biggest loser amongst all…..I really feel bad for her today!

Jai's reaction: Once again, this man takes my breath away…and once again, I am referring to both Ram Kapoor and to Jai Walia! You can never guess what he is upto…totally unpredictable that is what makes Jai Walia so enigmatic and so great a character! Jai's reaction at seeing Pia and Pushkar get married was very atypical, it had both the shock of an unexpected blow but at the same time the realization that he had known this would happen! Then the usual rage and fury that he displays by trying to unknot the sacred knot of marriage, then it subsides down to a cold-fury as Jigyasa restrains him from doing so, then the look of complete hatred he gives to Pushkar who shudders to stand in his presence and then the tender, affectionate kiss he plants on Pia's forehead and then the final look of "I will finish you off, by mind and by body, forever" kind of look he gives to Bani when she comes to offer him an Olive Branch….Just amazing! I am so in love with him….Jai leave Bani and come to India-Forums, we will have a Swayamvar for you….and you can choose as many brides as you want!

Bani's reaction: Was extremely confusing! She actually had no expressions on her face, nothing at all….I simply couldn't fathom out what she was thinking! When Jai comes inside the Walia House, she looks at him with anticipation but that later gives way a "calm, serene, the-game-is-over type of look but without a trace of arrogance or condescension", then there was a "persuasive yet beseeching" look in her eyes when she asks Jai to give his blessings to Pia and Pushkar, then there was a "deep hurt & anguish" in her eyes when Jai kisses Pia, then there was a innate sense of "guilt & remorse" in her eyes when Jigyasa tells her that she had broken the sanctity of marriage by going against her husband, then there was a "please forgive and accept me" kind of look when she goes to Jai's study to talk to him and then there was "defeat and ache" in her eyes when Jai refuses to forget his past and finally there was "hopelessness and dread" in her eyes when Jai tells her that he is going to teach her what "Marriage" really means….Prachi did an excellent job as she always did….but I just found Bani's reaction to be very extraordinary and tough to describe in words…wait for the episode guys, you will know for yourselves!

Jai has forgiven Pia, Pushkar is already destroyed and Bani's life will become her biggest tragedy: Jai ominous words to Bani prove that she is going to have a roller-coaster of a life with her "Darling Husband"….Jai is going to pull all stops now…because he no longer cares for Pia, in the sense that he has accepted her marriage, Pushkar is already on his way to self-destruction and the one and only person left to be ruined is Bani! I am sure some nasty surprises are in store for Mrs. Walia….and she seems to already know what it is…..believe me Jai spares no words when it comes to threatening her today!

Jai and Bani's future : Very, Very bleak and dreary….at least Bani's for sure! At this point of time, Jai has forgiven Pia it seems and Pushkar is not currently on his hit-list…he just wants to spend his whole concentration, time and energy on his wife…the woman who finished it all for him….I am not commenting on whether what Bani did was correct or wrong, but what Jai is going to do is certainly wrong….if he can forgive Pia, why cannot he forgive Bani….he might not accept her as his wife, that itself is a punishment for Bani, now why torture her more….I don't know what he meant by the line that he will teach Bani what it means to be married…I really am in no mood to see another "Ansh-Nandini" episode here….please, Jai is way above all this and should remain so!

What an episode….amazing! Ekta Kapoor is really surprising me this time….I hope Kasamh Se keeps following the same tempo and doesn't fall into the trap of usual K-series Soaps….do share your views on what you thought about the episode and the update!

17th APRIL EPISODE UPDATE BY DOYELPAKHI

After a long time, jigs' daughter anu is shown .(infact for the first time anu is shown for such a long time😉) she is with dadi in the kitchen as dadi makes aloo ka paratha and tells anu the enjoyment of having brkfast in punjab with aloo ka paratha and achar. anu asks the way to prepare , dadi replies her not to worry as she will learn it gradually. but anu informs dadi that she is going to stay in outhouse frm now on. dadi ,puzzled, asked the reason. anu, with a very big smile tells her dat the dixit sisters were staying in the outhouse and within days both of them got married; now, if she stays there , she will also get married soon. (haila! such a duffer! hasnt got the "brains" of jigs 😉) dadi is shocked . she replies anu very sweetly dat for getting married she only needs to have 'bheja' . anu asks "what is bheja?" dadi, with a "hey bhagwan' look tells her anu will get in the suermarket. anu says "really"!!!dadi, exasperated ,asks her where was she when god was distributing bheja ? anu tells her dat she is just joking and she knew dat where one can get "bheja'- in the hospital !!! dadi, is completely tired and went away

rano was going somewhere when dadi stops her and asks dat bani has got her salman khan(jai walia = salman khan! with that body!!😆,) pia her amir khan , so when she will get her saif ali khan. just then sahil cums and says "yes,yes, dadi means when u will get a tall, handsome, eligible man like me. " ( after all , we can see sahil!😳 ) dadi smiles and goes away. sahil , very sweeetly , in a romantic voice asks rano for a candlelight dinner where they will be all alone. 😳rano,gets a puzzled for a second , but soon restores her attitude and roughly tells sahil dat when there is good food in house then why will she go out with him? he can have candle light dinner alone! rano wnt away with a huff, and sahil frowned.😕

bani was orderiing the servants where to keep jai's clothes , how to maintain the study etc etc.( just like mistress of the house 😉) jigs cums there and asks if she will be late frm office. bani asks the reason, in reply jigs tells her to prepare the dinner for the vip delegates that will be cuming at night . but jigs gave the contion that she wil decide the menu ad bani only needs to be careful while making the dinner. bani , confidently says dat she will hav no problem. dadi cums in between and requests jigs to make halwa! jigs, gives her usual cold stare and (showing all her white teeth ) tells dadi to stop dreaming. bani enjys the scene. jigs went away angrily.

jigs tells tony butler not to help bani in the preparation of dinner and asks every vegetable and grocries to be given to charity. she tells herself dat now she will see whether bani will welcome the guest or jai will....(silly woman😡 doesnot know dat bani will be the winner in this game!)

rano was shocked to see dat her clothes and things have disappeared. jigs cums and bitingly tells her dat she has thrown away everything. rano is stunned. jigs then , mockingly asks her not to be scared as she has not left them on road, but has shifted them to outhouse. a sister can live in married woman's family, so rano should go to outhouse and should be thankful to jigs dat she has not thrown them away on road, specially what the sisters had done to walia family. rano, meekly says dat she wants to talk with bani, but jigs scolds her dat her bani is not more powerful than jigs. 😡 she pushes rano out of the room and took her to outhouse. the outhouse was shabby, full of dirt, spiderwebs, no electricity . jigs gives rano the keys ad hoped that she will manage.as jigs had gone, rano bechari stood in the dark room and begins to cry. right then, she heard someone's footsteps! rano's face turns white, she slowly goes towards the wall and try to hide. and just then someone grabs her! and it was sahil!!!😳 rano was crying and sahil comforts her not to worry , its only him. sahil asks forgivance on behalf of his mom. rano brks down and hugs sahil. (oye, sahil-rano romance shuru!😉) sahil slowly, soothingly, caringly,lovingly, tells rano he will be always with her. 😛 rano realises that what she is doing and she removes herself frm sahil sahils eyes speak of love for her as the couple looked at each other,.and rano wud b a dum if she cudnt read the love😡)

18TH APRIL-INIDA EPISODE-WRITTEN UPDATE-

The episode starts with dadi coming to kitchen when bani tells her that nothing is present at kitchen and she has to prepare dinner for the guest. dadi advices her to bring food frm hotel but bani refuses to do so. both of them looked quiet tensed. (we know u will do it , bani 😉)

in pushkar's house, bhabi was cooking when pia cums there and asks if she wud help bhabi. bhabi curtly replies that she does not need ny help. pia cums to know dat bhabi is making kofta, she is delighted and says "i love gobi ke kofte". bhabi informs dat it was panner ki kofte, hearing which pia's face falls and she tells that she has allergy with paneer. bhabi tells her dat if she has to eat gobi ke kofte then she can make it. pia, blushingly tells dat she cant cook. bani used to cook and never let her do nything, and in mr.walia's house there were cooks to do the cooking. bhabi , sweetly pinches pia by saying dat she better learn cooking , otherwise what she wud eat and give pushkar for food. bhabhi put the utensil and the gobi in pia's hand and bitingly tells her she can cook the gobi ke kofte , all the ingredrients are present in the kitchen. pia gets hurt and irritated , and thumping the things on table went away.(better learn cooking pia darling 😕)

as bani cums out of the kitchen, jigs meets her and acidly asks why is she looking like a servant in the house? 😡 she asks bani to cum with her so that she can give her some clothes so that bani wud look belonging to their status. jigs gives her sari and diamond set, in between she continues her insult as jigs said bani doesnt understand nything of designer wear or diamond set. bani lokked hurt. suddenly jigs remembered something and noted down what she has given to bani , jigs warned bani that nothing should be displaced . bani was going away when she again turns towards jigs , bani , in a cold matter offact tone, says to jigs dat sometimes she feels dat jigs loves her brother very much and dats why she is doing everything to bani , but it doesnot matter to bani as she is only doing her duties . jigs , acidly tells bani dat this is worst day of bani's life as she hasnot prepared the dinner for the guests ; since jai doesnot even give a single glance to bani so its better that bani wears some good cloth so that he gets little impressed. ( foolish woman, her plan will flop! 😡)

bani asks sahil abt rano, sahil answers dat she is in the college as xam is nearby. bani is not convinced , but sahil assures her not to worry as nowadays libraries are open late annd rano is in college. sahil then went to rano inthe outhouse.she behaves in a polite manner this time.!😉 sahil said dat bani was asking abt rano but he hasnt told her anything . rano said thanks for his help. sahil replies dat she doesnot need to say thanks; just as he has helped her he wud also need her help. rano gives a look of query, sahil asks for her help in studies as jai wud throw him out of the house if he fails this time. rano, silently gts up frm sofa and asks him politely, frm which subject they should start. sahil replies dat ny subject wud do as its all same for him.

jai was working in study when pushkars brother calls him . pushky's bro tells in a scared voice dat he is mahesh shukla. jai cudnt recognise and snubs him asking who is mahesh shukla?! pushky's brother gives his identity and pleads to jai to meet him once. jai's face changed and with a very calculative look, jai agrees to meet mahesh.(what's in ur mind, mr.walia??)

pujai's foreigner guest frm france cums along with his indian frnd . his indian frnd introduced the foreigners to jai. as jai were having frndly chat when bani cums there. jai face turns cold , adi went up and introduced bani as mrs.walia who is perfect wife managing home and office perfectly. adi asks " isnt right jai?" jai , sternly says 'yes' . bani sits for some time ,while others chatted. jigs says to hrself dat her poor jai bhaia wud suffer for bani's incapability. bani then went away and is see to be talking to tony butler. jai, noticing dat went to her and roughly asks her when she is going to serve the food. bani looks a little scared, just then jigs cums there and took jai away saying the guests need him

in the dinner table, jigs asks bani to brng dinner. bani gives a victorious look and brng delicious food on the table. jigs is stunned! 😉 😆 jai looks at the food, a foreigner asks where is food and salad. smile came on jigs' face as jai gets up and took bani to side. jai angrily says if she has made a habit to make fumnof people; how cud she make indian food for foreign guests. bani looks dejected,' as jai was ordering food frm hotel, they saw dat guests r enjoying the food!😊 jai looks surprised with a pleasing look, bani looked satisfied and victorious and jigs looked horrified.

the guests were enjoying the food, when dadi cums and puts a bowl of palak paneer to the main dish of palak panner. jigs was pissed of and irritatingly, in a whispering tone said why u do this things again? jai introduced dadi to all . jigs tells dat she doesnt know english so she cant tell the reason of her putting bowl of food to the main dish. but dadi , in full fledged english tells them its the tradition of giving food to god and thenmixing that food with the main food. everyone appreciates the tradition . jai looks quiet happy with the whole situation and bani explained abt the food and it ingredients.

after the guest had gone, jigs was standing alone , looking really defeated and disgusted. bani cums to her and sweetly tells her if jigs is feeling very bad for her plan being flopped. jigs give a glare to bani, bani with a sympathetic look in her eyes said dat jigs must be wondering how all happened,. bani made all the food by the groceries stored in the storeroom behind the outhouse. bani, giving a mocking look again went away. jigs stood there dumbstruck. episode ends

LIVE UPDATE - 18-04-06 - KASAMH SE!

19TH APRIL-INDiA EPISODE-BY MISTLETOE

The episode begins with the Foreign Delegation headed by the very dubious looking Mr. Dupont and the others standing together and generally appreciating the lovely evening hosted by the even lovelier Mrs. Walia! Jai looks pleased as a punch and is busy smiling shyly in his own unique way. Jigs is nowhere to be seen, her Bhabhi has totally clean bowled her today! As everyone is chatting, Bani comes in, very much the newly wed, shy bride and gracious hostess along with one of the butlers and serve "Paan" for everyone! Dupont (Janam Janam ka bhuka!) asks Bani what is it, Bani very sweetly explains the meaning of Paan and to boot adds a lot of informative stuff on it. Dupont and the others look completely bowled over by Bani and Jai, yes our Mr. Khadoos, look's quite pleased and impressed and keep stealing glances at Bani! (Aa raha hai line pe!) Gaurav (Jai's Indian friend) comments to Jai that he is very lucky that he found a wife like Bani. Jai is self-conscious and Bani go red in the face like anything but looks at Jai's face for his reaction. Jai does look very pleased, but he does not offer any reaction on this statement and a look of mild disappointment passes over her face (No wonder the Khadoos statement follows later on!)

SCENE OF THE DAY………WEEK, MONTH…WHATEVER!😳😃

Mr. DuPont comments to Jai that everyone in India keeps referring to him as a Khadoos, what is the meaning of that word.

Jai is left suppressing a smile and keep quiet, while everyone else look very amused, especially Aditya, Bani and Gaurav! Aditya volunteers to explain to Mr. DuPont that Khadoos means a nice man in Hindi! Mr. DuPont looks thrilled with the explanation and very genially tells Jai that he is 100 times more Khadoos than DuPont himself!

Everyone is left grinning but no one laughs openly, while Bani can barely contain her laughter, as she bites her lips to hold back her laugh! But surprise of surprise is Jai who tries his best not to laugh himself! He does so cute when he suppresses his smile!

Then the icing on the Cake, Mr. DuPont tells Bani that he thinks her husband is a very Khadoos person....Jai is amused like hell and looks at Bani and his eyes have such mischief! OMG...I never thought I would ever see a scene like this between them, so soon! Bani lets a shy smile out and stares back at Jai without flinching her eyes and very coyishly and playfully says, that, "Sahi kaha aapne, yeh wakai bahut khadoo hai!"👏😳

OMG...I was like Jai is gonna blow up! Jai keeps looking at Bani with a smile in his eyes and is barely able to suppress his grin while Bani keeps looking at him very shyly and her eyes are twinkling. Jai gives her such a look that poor Bani is not able to look back at him anymore and is now blushing furiously and she downcasts her eyes, as Jai is not able to lift his eyes from her! Awww, this was like the best scene ever between the two!!! 😳So damn romantic, that too in front of the whole world!!! These two rock the scene like no one else!👏

This was the first official FLIRTING scene between Jai and Bani, btw!!!

WOW.....I loved this scene! I loved Jai's reaction to Bani's comment and the best part was that Bani looks at Jai straight in his eyes while calling him a Khadoos..... Way to go Bani! I guess Jai was impressed by her guts today and also the fact that for a change the ever so serious Bani let him see her lighthearted side!!!

After everyone has left, only Jai and Bani are there in the Living room and they both kind of look at one another for some time. Jai then suddenly gets a cold look in his eyes (it was like he suddenly came back to reality) and gives one stare at Bani, who poor thing, keeps looking at Jai very hopefully thinking he will say something nice to her about the Dinner. Jai goes and gets himself a drink, much to Bani's disappointment and as she keeps looking at him, he goes and plonks himself in the Couch and with a very thoughtful and intense expression begins drinking. Bani looks very depressed at the sight and is about to go to her room, when Mahesh Shukla (Pushkar's brother) arrives. Bani is stunned at seeing Mahesh at this hour in Walia Mansion.

Mahesh comes and thanks Jai for giving time to meet him, Jai just keeps staring at his glass without even bothering to look up, while Bani looks aghast! Mahesh then tells Jai that Pushkar has been a fool and he has betrayed a man like Jai who gave a life worthy of living to him and then he says that he doesn't want to pay for Pushkar's mistakes and that he is willing to do anything that Jai tells him. As Bani looks on completely shocked, Jai tells Mahesh in a very business like manner that he will pay off all loans and mortgages for Mahesh if he does what has been told to him. Mahesh readily agrees to everything. Bani comes in and tells Mahesh that what is he doing, why is he going against his own brother. Jai is furious now and tells Bani to shut up and mind her own business. Jai tells her that this is his house and he has called Mahesh here, she better not meddle in this. Bani keeps quiet but looks very upset with the whole situation.

Next scene shows Pushkar suddenly appears in the doorway of Walia House and calls out for his brother. Jai who has his face towards Bani now hears Pushkar's voice and his expression changes into a deadly, cold one and he turns around and looks at Pushkar with such naked hatred. Pushkar is frozen on the spot looking at Jai's expression as Jai tells him very tersely that if he takes one step inside his house, he will kill him. Pushkar who was about to come in, takes his feet back and keep standing there. Jai then shouts for the security and tells them how dare this man enter his house and if he sees him in his premise again, he will throw all the guards out himself. The security then pushes Pushkar out of the house, as Bani stands there watching the scene unbelievingly.

Later Bani follows Mahesh outside the house and confront him. Bani tells him that Mahesh knows that Mr. Walia is out to destroy Pushkar and Pia's life and how can Mahesh join hands with him, knowing all that. Mahesh is very aloof and cold towards Bani and addresses her as Mrs. Walia and tells her that Pushkar in his immaturity has done the most foolish thing by making a deadly enemy out of a man like Jai Walia. But Mahesh doesn't have the courage to ever think of taking a stand against a powerful man like Mr. Walia and that he has a Mother and wife to support. As Bani tries to explain to Mahesh, he tells her that like Pushkar, even Bani is making a mistake by going against Mr. Walia. As Bani listens with stunned silence, Mahesh tells her that Bani should realize that by supporting Pia and Pushkar, the first thing she will ruin is her own marriage and now that she is Jai's wife, it is her first and foremost duty to do what Jai likes and not even think of crossing paths with him. Bani is left standing dazed by what Mahesh has just told her.

As Bani is going toward the Walia Mansion, she sees that the Outhouse has lights on. Out of curiosity she goes inside only to be stunned by seeing poor Rano sleeping on the Couch. Bani is shocked and wakes up Rano and asks her what is she doing in the Outhouse all alone. Rano breaks down crying and tells her the whole story. Bani is very hurt and angry and tells Rano that no one can separate both the sisters and that she will go to Jai right now and talk about this issue. Rano tells Bani that she is fine in the Outhouse, atleast she won't have to see Bani being humiliated by everyone any given point of the time. Bani gets very emotional and tells Rano that if she is so worried about her Didi, then so is Bani and there is no question of Rano staying alone in the Outhouse.

As Bani and Rano both enter the Walia Mansion, Jigyasa who is standing upstairs stops them and tells Rano tauntingly that didn't she explain why Rano would have to stay in the Outhouse from now onwards. Bani looks really angry now and is about to answer Jigs, when Jigs says that only because Bani tricked Jai into a marriage doesn't mean that a Bani Dixit has become Bani Walia and that she should not forget that she is only married to Jai by default and is not his wife in any sense of the word. Bani looks very hurt and is silenced. Just then Dadi comes in and tries to intervene on behalf of Bani and Rano and Jigs is extremely rude to Dadi and tells her that what is she talking about, when she herself is staying at Jai's place along with her son. Jigyasa says that because of people like Dadi, Walia House has become a Dharmashala! Dadi is very hurt and Bani and Rano are shocked, while Dadi starts crying and tells Jigs that in one instance she has separated her from the rest of the family. Jigs is least bothered.

Just then, our thundering tiger, Jai arrives and screams on Jigs and tells her how dare she insult Dadi in his house. As Jigs looks back astounded, Jai furiously tells Jigyasa that Dadi's place in this hosue is equivalent to their own Mothers and till date Dadi has never differentiated between Aditya and him and who the hell is Jigyasa to say such a thing to Dadi. Jai then tells Jigs in a matter-of-fact cold manner that if Dadi wants Rano to stay in her room, then Rano will stay in her room, no one can object or say anything to her in this house. Jigyasa is totally shut-up by Jai and is left smarting her tears of humiliation infront of everyone, especially her darling Bhabhi, who btw, looks very awed by Jai's outburst in support of Dadi. Jai then asks for forgiveness from Dadi on behalf of Jigyasa. Aditya's Mother is very overwhelmed by Jai's show of respect and deference to her and bless's Jai! Aww, poor Dadi…my cuddles can be such a sweet pie at times!

Our darling Babaji has appeared out of nowhere and is fuming at his Mother's public humiliation and goes to Jai and tells him that why is it that inspite of Jigs and Ranveer always supporting Jai, they are the ones getting humiliated and today infront of Bani, of all the people. As Jai listens with an impassive and angry look on his face, Ranveer further tells Jai that he is now supporting Bani, the same person who took such a huge step against him by supporting Pushkar who had back-stabbed Jai in such a manner.

Jai gives one super frozen look at Ranveer and says that Jigyasa is a fool, much to Ranveer's incredulity and anger. Jai says that the fight is between Bani and Jai and who the hell is Jigyasa or anyone else in the family to interfere in it! Jai says that he won't tolerate anyone's meddling in his affairs and that there was no reason to bring Dadi in between, just because Jigyasa wanted to insult Bani! Jai tells Ranveer that "Bani ko sabak sikhan mera maqsad hai…."

Jai then goes away in a very angry manner while Ranveer is left fuming and thinks to himself that "Theek hai Jai Uncle, toh ab yeh jang hog, seedhi Bani ke saath."

Summary and Comments:

Aankonh hi aankhon mein ishara ho gaya…: What a cute and romantic scene Jai and Bani had…and when we were least expecting it! I loved the way Bani openly flirts with Jai and he looks totally amused and keeps staring at her in such an intense way that Bani is just left blushing left, right and centre! Oh my, Jai seems to be the really passionate, amorous types…Lucky Bani! And yeah, I never thought that Mrs. Walia would actually have the guts to call her husband a "Khadoos" right infront of his face and with such delight and pleasure! Seriously, as Anu has rightly said, both Jai and Bani have given a new meaning to this word….btw, for all those who are a little clueless on Hindi slangs, Khadoos means "Snob" in Hindi! It is mostly used in a friendly, making fun type manner, nothing derogatory!

Great Expectations, Filhal toh disappointments : Poor Bani, the girl already seems to be making headway in falling totally in love with her "Khadoos" hubby! She keeps standing for some time watching Jai, whether he will say something to her for the Dinner or not, but he just keep still and then goes and prepares himself a drink and doesn't bother to look at her. The hurt and pain in Bani's eyes was so clear…it can only be there for someone whom you deeply care about! Jai, please wake up…..Kab Tak Yaar!

Make a choice Bani, Aar ya Paar : Bani has to clearly make a choice now. Either she goes fully against Jai and keeps supporting Pia and Pushkar or she just shuts her eyes to them and let Jai do anything he wants to. Bani has to make a choice, either her marriage to Jai or her relationship with Pia and Pushkar! Mahesh wasn't wrong when he told Bani that if in order to make Pia and Pushkar's marriage successful, she will end up ruining her own marriage…and if I am not wrong, I think the point struck home, Bani looked stunned at the statement!

Jai rocks like no one else : It was heartening to see Jai coming out in support of Dadi in such a manner. I loved the way he completely shut up Jigyasa infront of everyone, especially infront of Bani, as that meant supporting Bani at that moment! What is most endearing about Jai is the fact that he clearly differentiates between his priorities…getting even with Bani is one thing, but at the same time, he doesn't want any causalities in the process and he gets this point across to Ranveer also! Jai respects his values and principals more than anything else, Dushmani or no Dushmani! You rock, Cuddles, all the way!

Paan khaye saiyaan hamare, bholi suratva, honth laal laal : Lolz, this is an old, old hindi song! The look on Jai's face of amusement and taken by surprise when Bani gets Paan for his foreign delegates was worth mentioning. Jai looks quite impressed by his lovely wife today and is just left suppressing his grin….see we all told you Jai, that it was your lucky day when Pia decided to ditch you! Btw, Bani only keeps stealing glances at Jai to gauge his reaction for her! Lolz…I loved it when Gaurav comments to Bani that Jai is very lucky to have a wife like her, Bani is really embarrassed and at first doesn't even look up, then not able to resist, she gives a shy glance at Jai, who looks as if he has never enjoyed any moment before…Jai was really flirting with Bani today!

Performance Barometer : Jai and Bani were excellent! Loved their chemistry, just perfect and so unusual! Jai was splendid in the scene when Mahesh comes to meet him, Jai doesn't even look at Mahesh, he just keeps stirring his drink and has an impassive, cold, all-powerful expression on his face! Bani was really good in the whole flirting with Jai scene, we rarely see her smiling, today she was blushing, flirting, amused and cheerful for a change! Now, Jai should definitely notice her! Others were all good, but frankly I don't notice anyone else than my Cuddles and Honey Bunny!

20th APRIL EPISODE-UPDATE BY DOYELPAKHI-

Episode starts with rano having great trouble sleeping with dadi! reason- dadi snores too much!😆 pia cums to drawing room where she sees bani sitting on sofa, brooding over something. rano is surprised to see her there . bani asks rano the reason for her there, rano complains dat its impossible to sllep with dadi for her snores! bani says not to say nything abt dadi as she is the one who always loves them and fights for them. rano , fully agrees with bani. on rano's query, bani tells her dat she is tensed abt pia -pushky( uff! they r grown ups, stop thinking abt them bani!😕) bani tells dat in the time of trouble true colours of relation are seen; she is surprised at mahesh being taking side of jai . bani is worried dat jai wants pushky to be deatched frm his family and pushky still didnt have ny work to suppprt himself. rano asks her not to worry because when "bani mother teresa " is with them then nothing can happen to them; bani's sacrifice for pia wont be be wasted. bai asks rano if she remembers abt their mother's birthday, rano replies dat how can she forgt dat and she knows dat the whole day they have to keep upvaas till te puja. bani smiles and asks rano to sleep. but rano is not willing to go to dadi's room, 😉 instead she went tot he guest room

in the office, ranveer timidly comes to jai's room and hands over a file to jai. jai looks at the file and pushing it aside yells at ranveer dat what he has brought?? ranveer , with a scared face took the file, and says dat the manufacturer of this product wants to hold a fashion show. just then bani enters the room to give a file. bani looked at the file in ranveer's hand and was disturbed to find that it contains pictures of pia., !!😕 ranveer, with his twinkle in his eyes looked at bani .seeing bai, jai's look changes and he, turning round to ranveer tells him dat walia grp of company will sponsor thefashion show and will held it in their hotel on this conditon dat there will be the same model wearing the same dress in the fashion show. ranveer looked gleefully at bani , while bani is hurt and annoyed. bani said to jai dat she has some important works to do, but jai orders her to stay in hotel to arrange party for his guests.

bani is seen arranging for the party, with the bkgrnd music playing muskurate jeevan.....(where is muskurana? only rona!😭) in the party a guest complains to bani dat the waiters are not doing the duties properly . just then ranveer comes there for enquiry and on seen the complain he looked quiet happy. (but bani wont let nyone to complain) she serves the drink hrself and did the other works.

bani realising dat its very late decides to leave office. the party was almost over and giving instructions to manager she went. but ranveer stops her on her way. he asked sarcastically where banimami is going so soon. bani, with a disgusted look snaps back that he doesnt have ny right to ask her where she is going and she has completed her work. ranveer coldly tells her dat she has to sign all the pages for the audit file of this party and since in walia company everything is done in right time she better sign it. ranveer went away and a man gives her file. bani , already quiet tired and irritated , signs of the papers hurriedly and went away. the man calls ranveer and slyly tells him that work has been done! ( ranveer!😡 again must be the old plan of showing bani misappropriating with money!😕😡 and bani, cant u see the papers properly, 🤢!)

pia, pushkar and rano r seen at pushky's house. they r all waiting for bani so that the puja for their mother's birth anniversary can satart. pushky's mom said dat they shud start puja as bani wil reach by time. they start the puja. pia, number of time looked at the door eagerly for bani. pia tells rano that bani shud have cum by then, rano looked depressed. just then bai enters. smiles cum in the faces of the sisters. puja was almost complete when the pandit asked the elder sister to sit with her husband for the ahuti. bani looked dejected and asked pia and pushky to do the ahuti as her husband is nit with her. 😔 after the puja, bani and rano were abt to go. pia asked them to stop for dinner as its for the first time they have cum to their house after pia's marriage. bani refuses telling them she hasnt tld nyone in the walia house , so they must go. bani gives a gift to pia and it was a beautiful ganesh murti. pushky remarks dat bani has always sided with truth and love, it for bani dat he is with pia; bani's relation with them will never be broken.

at walia house, aditya is sitiing reading paper when jai returns . as jai sits on sofa adi remarks dat jai looks tired nowadays and the reason for his tiredness is his mind. jai protests saying the reason for his tiredness is his heart which has been broken by his close people. not accepting it adi tells jai dat its in jai's hand whether he wud be remain in peace or not. adi asks jai dat why he is entangled in such a relationship where he remains only disturbed and his peace of mind is lost; adi advices jai to divorce bani as there is nopoint in carrying a relationship based on hatred and he shud free himself. jai , annoyingly asks if adi is talking abt his freedom or of bani.adi tries to reason dat bani has never wanted bad for jai and its best for both of them to gt separated and live in their own way. jai, with "aag" in his eyes, vehemently replies dat bani has to pay the price of her mistakes and he is not going to leave her so easily; she has seen nothing of her punishment.

just then jigs arrive smirking dat bani will not pay the price , but they have to pay evry price. she said , in her usual acidic tone dat jai said so much to her for rano, but they have no concern abt jai. she feels so bad that bani is oving around the house as jai's wife( well, u persuade bai to b mrs.walia😡) ; jigs , in a hypocritical sympathetic tone says to jai that he has come home so tired , but that bani and rano are having fuln at his enemies house, they have gone to pia-pushkar's house. jail hears this with angry look. adi gets irritated and went away, jai also went away without saying nything , and jigs gave her bitchy smile. epsode ends.

21ST APRIL-INDIA EPISODE-WRITTEN UPDATE-

Amazing episode, let us hand it over to Ekta and her creative team, Kasamh Se is going great guns….every episode is a surprise and a treat! So here goes the update:

The episode begins with Jai prowling in his living room like a Tiger waiting for his victim to come. Bani and Rano enter and are obviously scared like hell at seeing Mr. Walia looking thunderous! In what I thought was a classic Bani move, she tell Rano softly but firmly to go to her room. Rano obliges instantly and Bani comes and stands near Jai, all ready to bear the brunt of his anger! Jai instantly begins his tirade against Bani and tells her that inspite of knowing that he is trying to destroy Pia and Pushkar, she still has the guts to go to their house to spend her evening. As Bani listens, with her face downcast, Jai further tells her that how much more oil will she pour over his troubled waters and does Bani derive happiness from making Jai miserable (Wow…what an allegation, look who's speaking?). Jai then really roars in anger and asks a still quite Bani that how dare she step outside the house without his permission and that too for going to Pia and Pushkar's house. Jai then tells her that he had given her some work to do and why did she leave it in between to go and enjoy at her sister's house.

Bani is now holding back her tears and tells him calmly that she knows her duty and had completed and work and then left for Pia's house. Jai is again livid with her and further insults her that she is selfish and always bothered about herself and her sisters. Bani is now really upset and still trying to hold back her tears tells Jai in a calm and very hurt voice that, yes I did go to Pia and Pushkar's house, but it was not for any enjoyment but to attend her Mother's Havan. Jai is stunned into silence and in an instant; his face becomes terribly remorseful and very guilt-ridden. Bani then decides to finally speak out in front of Jai and tells him that she knows Jai's aim is to destroy Pia and Pushakr, but then is there anything left to destroy, they are already destroyed and have nothing except each other's support.

As Jai listens in complete silence, Bani now has tears in her eyes and tells him that Pia is not just a sister to her, but almost like a daughter and Bani has been a Mother to both her sisters. Jai is stunned and turns his face towards Bani, who looks pretty emotional and poignant now and tells Jai that just place yourself in my position and you will understand how difficult it is for a Mother to ever let go of her children. Bani then tells Jai that she has never felt so lonely before and that she is missing her Mother terribly. Bani finally says that today she fells like an Orphan and is now getting to know what it means by not having your Parents in your life. Jai looks as if the Earth could swallow him and his eyes become very pained and hurt looking at Bani standing there, all alone, without any love or support in her life and calling herself an Orphan….and suddenly it looks as if Jai realizes what is he doing to her and to himself?

Then the beautiful Jagjit Singh ghazal plays in the background….Koi fariyaad tere dil mein chupi ho jaise, tune aaknhon se koi baat kahi ho jaise…..Jai and Bani (who is still weeping silently) keep looking at one another (beautiful scene!) and then Jai takes his gaze off her face and slowly walks out of the room!👏

The next scene is shown in silence as Bani is shown putting her bed on the floor (right next to Jai's bed…clever girl!) and Jai comes in his room….Bani turns and looks at him and Jai keeps looking at her…..super-sentimental sequence. The song again begins….with the line, Tune aankhon se koi baat kahi ho jaise……"Jai keeps looking at Bani and flungs his cell phone on the bed and walks away from her. The song stops and the cell phone is shown ringing constantly, Bani looks around for Jai, but he is not there, so she hesitates for a while and then puts her hand ahead to pick up his phone, just then Jai's hand is shown on top of Bani's hand….ELECTIC SCENE! Bani is stunned and so is Jai and for a moment they both keep looking at one another…..with their hands together…..Awww, such an emotional scene, then Bani suddenly withdraws her hand and Jai picks up the phone.😳

As Bani overhears (she has to, she is in the same room) Jai looks thrilled at the sound of the voice on the other end and Bani is amazed to see the change in mood that occurs. Jai is talking like a child now, all excited and emotional. It's our much awaited Billo Mausi on the other end and Jai is thrilled to hear her voice. Then to the shock and surprise of Bani, Jai is seen getting very emotional (he sounds like a school boy who refuses to go back to his Boarding after vacations!) and kind of sounds terribly upset and tells Mausi that she cannot do this and she had promised to come and she has to come. As Bani is intently listening to Jai, who seems to have forgotten that his wife is in the same room, Jai begins crying…poor cuddles….and tells Mausi that he is missing his mother so much and that after Mom's death, she has been his only support and now when he needs her the most, she is not there. And then as a hurt and ached Bani listens, Jai tells Mausi that he has never felt so lonely in his life, ever since Mother died, then Mausi went away and then Pushkar….(Does Mausi know about Pushky?) Jai then ends the very emotional dialogue with Mausi making her promise that she will come to India.😭

As he switches off his cell, his eyes are moist and as he turns around, so are Bani's eyes brimming with tears….Jai then tells Bani in a very soft and understanding manner that he fully understands Bani's position and since she is like a Mother to Pia, she is bound to protect her and care for her. As Bani listens on in silence, Jai says that this was the same bond he shared with Pushkar, like Pia was a daughter to Bani, Pushkar was a son to Jai and this even Bani should know how a parent feels when their own child betrays them and back-stabs them. Bani is stunned and crying now….Jai then gets a very soft look in his eyes and tells Bani in a mellow, almost inaudible voice that its really unfortunate that he shares such a relationship with Bani and that she has to go through so much of pain and loneliness and Jai understands that. Bani looks surprised and hopeful now, seeing Jai's complete change of tone and manner, but then Jai gets a cold, stony look on his face and tells Bani that he has no issues with her personally but since Pia happens to be her sister, Bani will have to pay for what Pia did….just like a parent pay up for his child's mistakes. Bani is stunned as Jai looks unforgiving and unrelenting!😔

Jai is then shown sitting in his study looking very pre-occupied and confused, remembering Bani's statement that she is very lonely….just then Jigyasa comes with a file and tells Jai that Ranveer had given it to her for Jai's signature. Jai is broken out of his reviere and looks irritatedely at Jigs and snatches the file from her hand. As Jigs looks on very thrilled, Jai's expression changes from a lost one to one of complete disbelief and anger and he yells on Jigyasa, asking what the hell this is. Jigs pretends that she has no idea and says that Ranveer was the one who handed this to her to be given to Jai. The file basically has some papers singed by Bani which shows a withdrawal of Rs. 70 lakhs. Jai looks totally upset and amazed, while Jigs seizes the opportunity and tells Jai that what does he think Bani went to Pia's house for her Mother's Pooja. No, she went to Pia's house to tell them how she is enjoying her status as Mrs. Jai Walia and look how she is squandering her husband's wealth. Jai is sitting like a stone sculpture while Jigyasa goes on about what a selfish and self-centered girl is Bani and that what does Jai think, she is staying in the house for, its for his money and not for Jai. Jigyasa then says that one day she will take all his money and then go and live with her sisters, letting Jai rot in hell. Jai just keeps sitting without any expression and then as Jigyasa stops, he gets up in extreme anger and walks out of the Study. Jigyasa looks thrilled and calls up Ranveer on his cell and tells him that his job has been done, and his Mother is the best! (Yeah best at being a beast!)😡

Jai is shown going to his room and he sits on his bed (wondering where Bani vanished…I think she slept off) and all what Bani had just told him about her loneliness and her helplessness towards her sisters ring in his head and then all that Jigyasa told him, especially the part about Bani living in the house for Jai's wealth and not for him comes splashing across. Jai looks as if he will go mad with the voices in his head. Jai then tells himself, "Bani tumnein bhi mera bharosa tod diya……"😭

Next morning, the Camera captures Jai stretching his arms (Oh…man, and then some people ask us Cuddle-supporters, why we find him sexy!) and waking up…and the first thing he does is see besides his bed, looking for Bani! But our "Aadarsh Indian wife" has already woken up, freshened up, done her Pooja Paath and is shown getting Tea for Mr. Kahdoos! As Bani comes in, looking just bewitching in a bright pink salwar kameez with the Tea tray in her hand and places it on the table. Jai doesn't turn to look around, Bani gives him one look and then turns to go out. Jai then speaks out in a very sarcastic and biting tone, "Chai rakh ke aap kahan chal di, my darling wife." Bani is totally shocked and turns around to look at Jai who is now facing her. Bani looks puzzled & mystified, wondering what has bitten her husband first thing in the morning. Jai comes near Bani and with a cold and threatening tone tells her that what she is doing is very risky and she doesn't know that she is playing with fire and one day when it gets out of control, she will be burnt to cinders. Bani just keeps looking perplexed, not understanding a word that Jai is saying. Jai then tells her that if she thinks she will get any of his money by swindling him, she is very wrong….Bani just keeps standing in her spot, totally befuddled by what Jai has told him.

Jai is shown striding to his office looking very upset and he tells one of his account officer to get the transaction files. The guy gets the file and hands it over to Jai, who dismisses the guy then. Jai goes through the file and his expression turns from confusion, to anger to supreme antagonism and fury. He looks as if he is planning to have Bani for dinner tonight!🤢

The scene at Walia house shows that Dadi is busy cutting raw mangoes (Kairi) and stuffing it with pickle masala. Bani comes in looking slightly cheerful and asks Dadi what is she doing with so many mangoes. Dadi tells her to come and sit and then says that she is making pickle for her Jai Puttar. Bani looks surprised (Yeah, Jai really doesn't seem the types who would enjoy something interesting like Pickles….) and Dadi tells Bani that when Jai was a kid, his Mother, mausi and Dadi used to make pickles together. Bani now looks really interested and Dadi further says that Jai's mother died very early and then the onus of Jai came upon Billo and herself and since Jai loves Aam ka achaar, Billo used to make it earlier for him and now she does. Bani looks very touched by what Dadi just told her and then in a very Bani-like manner tells Dadi that let me take it over from you, I will do the rest of the stuffing. Dadi is very pleased and tells a blushing Bani that yes, I will teach you how to make Achaar that Jai loves so much.😳

Another scene shows that Saahil and Rano are in his room, she is busy putting on her contact lenses and Saahil is busy flirting with her….much to Rano's amusement this time! Sahil is saying something about how nice she would look without specs and Rano is mumbling something in reply. Just then Dracula Mata Jigyasa is walking by and listens to voices coming from Saahil's room and wonders who this girl in his room is. As Jigyasa goes inside, she is shocked out of her wits to see Saahil leaning over Rano. Actually, he was just helping her with the lenses, but for Jigs it seemed as if they were doing something totally else. Jigyasa is furious and screams on Rano that after one sister who ran away with Pushkar and the other who is hell bent on making her brother's life miserable, now she is trying to ensnare her son. Saahil looks devastated and tries to stop his Mother but Jigyasa shuts him up completely and as he looks on helplessly, Jigyasa really lambastes Rano and calls her all sort of names and slurs her character. Rano begins to cry and then Jigyasa tells her that let Jai Bhaiyaa come to know of this, he will throw her out this very instance. Saahil looks mortified and tries to stop Jigs, but she is already dragging Rano by her arms (what a horrid woman) and takes her outside.

Just then Jai has entered the house and the first thing he sees is Bani preparing Achaar. He is looking really upset and irritated (so what is new, Mr. Walia?) and then Dadi very pleasantly tells him, "Arre Jai puttar tu aagay. Dekh me Bani ko tere liye aam ka achaar banana sikha rahi hoon." Just then Bani realizes Jai is here, and she looks very self-conscious and hesitantly at Jai, who looks as if he is going to stuff the same achaar into Bani's face!😆

Suddenly everyone looks up as Jigyasa screams from above that see Jai Bhaiyaa what is your wife's sister doing in this house, now you will have to take a decision. Jai who is already in a bad mood shouts back on Jigyasa that what the hell is going on here. Bani and Dadi are completely taken aback and confused and Bani is shocked at seeing Rano crying and being dragged by Jigyasa.😲

Summary and Comments:

Koi fariyaad tere dil mein dabi ho jaise…: Finally Bani speaks like she should have….she opens her heart to Jai….and he opens his to her! Wonderful scene between Jai and Bani downstairs when Bani tells Jai about her loneliness and Jai's eyes fill with pain and hurt at seeing Bani so dejected! Then the wonderful bedroom sequence (this bedroom is lucky for them!) where Jai's hand falls on Bani's while trying to pick up the cell phone….Billo Mausi is already playing cupid, aane se bhi pehle!😉

Two lonely souls….God just made them for one another : Jai really is taken aback when Bani tells him about her state of affairs…its not as if Jai didn't know about it, but hearing it from someone as inexpressive and quiet as Bani did shake him up! And even if for a moment, he really felt bad for her and fully understood her pain and anguish….but Jai's ego at this moment is too bloated for him to see anyone's tears, least of all Bani's! As far as Jai is concerned, he really didn't have to say in front of Bani that he is lonely too, she knows it already….but it was really heart-warming to see her cry for him…Jai, doesn't know what a gem he has!😳

Jai should learn to trust himself first and then others : Jai knows Bani inside out and he also knows Jigyasa and Ranveer inside out. Then why on Earth did he ever belive a single word that Jigyasa tells him today…..sometimes Jai is just beyond understanding! Of all the people in the World, Bani would be the last one to take a penny from Jai…and he still suspects her of swindling his money to the tune of Rs. 70 lakhs..and that too on Ranveer and Jigyasa's words…As they say in Sanskrit, "Vinash kaal, viprit buddhi" which means, when your time of destruction has come, the first thing to get destroyed is your own mind!😡

Jai's insecurity is a proof of his unrealized love for Bani : Jai was most hurt by the fact that Bani is in the house for his money and not for him…as Jigs informs him. What is interesting is that this piece of information hurts him…that means he cares like hell for Bani….and wants her to live in the house for his sake…and that is why he feels so disturbed when Jigs tells him that the day Bani gets all his money, she will leave him! If Jai doesn't care for Bani, why on Earth is he so insecure about her???

Bani's growing affection for Jai….is it Love? : Yes, it is, if you ask me! Bani opens up in front of the man who is hell bent on destroying her, she shows her weakness to the man, who is waiting to seize an opportunity to get back to her….and she is doing all this, fully aware of Jai's hatred for her! Bani tells Jai that she knows he hates her and that she knows it gives him happiness to see her hurt…and if that is the case, then let it be so…if it makes him happy to see her hurt, then let him have the happiness…..Bani is surely on the path to a self-destructive love….she is knowingly falling in love with a man, who has vowed to erase her out…what can one say for such a girl! Except all the best, Bani! 😊

Stand-out Scene : The entire episode was rocking, but the living room sequence where Bani breaks down infront of Jai and then the bedroom sequence, where the mobile thing happens, to Jai crying on the phone and then the conversation with Bani was splendid! Also, the scene where Jai has voices resonating in his head was done wonderfully!👏

Performance Barometer : Ram and Prachi rocked today, as they always do. But today, their performance was quite a cut above…as it was an emotional episode. Wonderful body language, flawless expressions and excellent dialogue delivery….these two never seem to miss the mark! And what a chemistry they share…..they are like a house on fire! Its impossible to believe that two people who actually share an age gap of 20 years in real life could look so perfect with each other on screen. Kudos to them for making magic in Kasamh Se!👏

Super-depressing episode yet a very good one, because our much awaited, Billo Mausi makes a grand entry and by the look of her, she will surely set everything right! I am really short on time today, hence a quickie update!

The episode begins with Jigyasa dragging Rano downstairs muttering all kind of obscenities and generally abusing Rano, Pia and Bani in the same breath. Stupid and spineless Sahil is just following them like a lamb. Jigyasa drags Rano downstairs and stands infront of Jai who is anyway in a horrid mood. Jai asks Jigs irritatedly that what the hell is going on here. Jigs gets completely hyper and tell Jai that his wife and his sister-in-law have been doing what they want to in his house and there is no one to stop them. As a shocked and confused Bani, Dadi and Aditya look on, Jigs then tells Jai that he has take a decision on Rano today as she was in Sahil's room trying to seduce him (Oh yeah, sure!) Rano is mortified and keeps crying and begs in front of Bani and Jai that she was doing nothing like that. Jigs screams on her and shuts her up and when Sahil opens his mouth to protests, Jigs slaps him and tells him not to interfere when elders speak.

Bani tries to intervene, but just then Jai who is anyway upset about the money appropriation begins on his tirade against her and as everyone listens stunned, Jai insults Bani in the worst possible manner, accusing her of setting her sisters to trap Jai and now Saahil. Jai then says something, I never imagined him to ever say…that one of the sisters took money for sleeping around; the other for marriage and now one is setting to trap another rich guy. Bani is stunned and her eyes fill with tears as she cannot believe what she is listening to. Jai then further says that he was a fool to trust Bani, inspite of all that Pia did. Jai says that even though he was very angry with Bani, he still thought of her as innocent and knew in his heart that Bani was not involved in all that happened and hence placed his trust on her, but little did he know, that she was the master-mind behind all this and she was the one who set Pia to trap Jai and then at the last moment herself got married so that she could get Jai's money. (The man has gone totally Cuckoo…beyond repair!) Bani is still shown so shocked that her eyes are just moist but she is standing like a statue still not able to believe that Jai is saying these things to her. Jai then tells her that if she wanted that 70 lakhs she could have just asked him, he would have given her 1 crore instead, but no, you choose to steal instead of asking. Jai then says that he thought by making Bani stay in the house, he will be taking his revenge against Pia through her, but he was wrong, making her stay in the house has been his biggest mistake, bigger than ever falling for a girl like Pia. Jai then takes out his cheque book and signs a cheque for Rs. 2 crores and throws it on Bani's face and tells her to take it and sign on the Divorce papers and just get lost from his house. Jai then says that she doesn't even have to pay him the 80 lakhs that were due on his house and just get out right now, as he cant' stand her face also.

Bani who was completely silent till now recovers and tells Jai in a shaky albeit very angry tone that she has no idea what he is talking about but all she knows is that he has insulted a woman today in the most derogatory manner ever. Bani is now crying openly but at the same time is very angry and tells Jai that the only reason she lived in the house, putting up with such insult, hatred and antagonism was for the sake of her sisters because she knew that if she didn't bear the brunt of Jai's anger, then he would end up destroying Pia's life. As an unrepentant Jai listens to Bani, she further tells him that she can bear everything under the sun, but she won't listen to anyone maligning the character of her sisters. Bani says that she understood Jai inspite of all his insults, cold behavior and hatred towards her, because she knew that what Pia did to him was wrong and hence she decided to do the penance for that by paying for Pia's misdeed and that is why she lived in this house. As Dadi and Aditya listen in tears, Bani then says that, fine I will leave your house right now, if nothing matters to you except what you think, then there is no point in staying here any longer, especially after the words you have used today. Before leaving, Bani gives a poignant and extremely hurt look at Jai and tells him, "Aap kuch samajh hi nahin paaye, Mr. Walia…."

The next scene shows that there is a huge wind outside and all the door and windows are banging open…as Bani and Rano are shown leaving the house. Jai is refusing to even look at that direction, while Jigyasa cannot hide her smiles and thrill! Bani takes Aditya's blessings before going, who is now crying unabashedly. Dadi has already left the room.

As the wind continues to blow furiously, a statue of Goddess Lakshmi, the Hindu Goddess of Prosperity and Wealth (for the uninitiated, all the daughter-in-law's of the house are considered to be the personification of Goddess Lakshmi) which is kept somewhere begins to shake uncontrollably and suddenly falls down….but just then a pair of old hands catch them before they fall on the ground. (The scene was symbolic in the sense that Bani is the Lakshmi of the house and as she has been insulted and thrown out by the owner of the house itself…it is shown that with her, the prosperity and happiness of the house is also going dooms way!)

The hands which catch the idol are none other than Mausi's. Billo Mausi is shown wearing a light blue sari and has her hair tied up in a bun and has a chandan ka tikaa on her forehead. She looks one of those deeply spiritual kinds. Mausi is furious as takes the idol in her hand and comes towards the living room shouting out if someone is around in the house or not. Jigyasa and Jai are stunned at seeing her. Mausi is very angry and asks them what are they doing leaving all the doors and windows open when there is such a huge wind blowing. Mausi then says that if she had not come on time, Goddess Lakshmi would have fallen down and that would have been very inauspicious. Jai and Jigs just keep staring at Mausi without any expression. Jigs then goes and touches Mausi's feet and very sweetly asks her how come she came so early, she was supposed to come next week. Mausi says that she couldn't resist meeting her Bahu and hence she came early only to see the "Lakshmi" of the house. Jai is totally awkward now and keeps glancing at Jigs who tries to avoid the topic. Just then Aditya and Dadi also come and greet Mausi.

Jai then goes and touches Mausi's feet and Mausi gets extremely emotional on seeing her "Munna"! (Lolz…Can't imagine someone calling that obnoxious, egoistic idiot Jai, Munna…God, I am so upset with him today!) Mausi then tells Jai that she has been dying to see him for such a long time and Jai also kind of gets emotional! Mausi then asks Jai where is "bahu". Jai is just stone quiet and doesn't say anything, Mausi tells Jai that she wasn't planning to come so soon, but once she saw her Bahu's picture in the newspaper along with Jai, she couldn't stay back any longer and she came only to meet her. Jai is still quiet and is not able to look back at Mausi. Everyone is awkward and quiet while Jigs as usual coolly lies to Mausi that Bani has gone to her Maayka in Mount Abu. Mausi is upset and says that she came only to see her and how can she go away. Mausi then says that come what may, call her back immediately. Jigs is embarrassed and tries to avoid the topic, but Mausi is insistent and says that she wants to meet Bahu right away. Jigs then tells Mausi that alright I will phone her in Mount Abu and tell her to come back immediately but for that also it will take a day. Mausi is very disappointed but makes Jai promise that he will get back Bahu by tomorrow. Jai is just sitting there without any expression.

Dadi somehow makes Billo get away from the room, and only Jai and Jigs are left alone! Jai looks really worried and upset now and asks Jigs why did she lie to Mausi and she knows that Jai hates lies of any sort and the last person he wants to hide something from is Mausi. Jigs says that what could she do, she knows how much Mausi loves Jai and if she comes to know of the truth, it will not only hurt her tremendously but it might harm her health also. Jai just looks really lost and worried and so does Jigs now, both wondering where and how will they get Bani back home!

Summary and Comments:

Jai has gone Cuckoo : Sach mein sathiya gaya hai! I never imagined Cuddles to ever use such derogatory words against Bani or against anyone, the way he used today….imagine accusing her of using her sister to trap men…I mean, how low can you get? Anger is one thing, but this is too much….I really thought that Bani would slap him today, and it would have been a well-deserved one, but contrary to Jai, Bani is extremely civilized and much in control of her tongue and her temper and hence she answers him back appropriately but without hurting his self-respect….but Jai really demeans and debases Bani today!🤢😭

Bani the Magnificent: Bani has to be one of the best Balaji heroines ever created. The amount of dignity and serenity she possesses is amazing! Inspite of all the dirty words Jai uses against her, she doesn't say one word that would have hurt his dignity and self-respect, Bani defends herself wonderfully but without harming Jai in anyway…and while leaving, she also says something wonderful, "Aap kuch samajh hi nahi paaye…." Sometimes I really think if Jai really deserves her…..

Mausi – The Coolest One: Mausi seems to be a favourite with me already! She is the kind of mausi I had thought of….infact, her character seems to be much like Bani's…no wonder both Saah and Bahu are going to hit off like anything…..much to Jai and Jigyasa's chagrain! Mausi has come to Walia House like a good omen and symbolically rescued the idol of Lakshmi from falling down indicating that her coming to Jai's house would prevent the real Lakshmi of the house from leaving!😭

Bhatakti Bani ka kahan Thikana : Where do you think that Bani will go? I am sure she will never go to Pia's place…out of question, Bani has too much self-respect for that! Sonali? That is my guess….poor thing, thrown out in such an insulting manner by Jai, of all the people…and all when, she was actually falling in love with him and almost confessed while leaving, "Aap kuch samajh hi nahin paaye Mr. Walia…." Jai is too pig-headed to ever read meaning into such words!😡

Performance Barometer : Once again, Jai and Bani! Ram rocked in the scene where he insults and degrades Bani….the man is really in his element in volatile scenes, superb dialogue delivery, excellent expressions and amazing screen-presence and Prachi was marvelous today when she answers back Jai, she was both strong yet vulnerable….the way she defends her sisters and herself showed the strong woman in her and the way she breaks down infront of Jai's unfair allegations's showed the helpless girl in her….Kudos to the kid, she is really a great find! Ashwini totally hammed today, she really goes overboard sometimes…she should learn some control over her acting! Seema / Mausi was nice, cool and calming, much needed after the emotionally charged atmosphere! And this Aditya guy can't act for nuts….he is so filmy!😆

25TH APRIL-INDIA EPISODE UPDATE-

Bani and rano are r completely drenched in rain( any mishap in balaji serial, rain cums!🤢 ) and rano is shivering . bani , speaks in a determined voice dat they will retrn to mt.abu as this big city is not for them, rano will study there and bani will somehow find any work. Rano asks if they will inform pia abt their leaving, bani refuses giving the reasom that pia has already seen much bad times, so better not to disturb her and live her happily with pushky; if pia will know, then she wont let them to leave. Rano and bani hugs each other . Then bani calls the taxi and they drove to railway station.

Jai enters his room , brooding ovr something. He sits on the bed and b4 his eyes bani's face cums . ( jai remembering bani!! 😉Gud news for bani-jai fans!😆) He looks for his usual blue dress dat he wears at home. Just then masi cums. Masi tells him affectionately that she has brought his favourite besan ki laddo for him. Jai smiles . Masi's eyebrows screwed up as she notices the separate pillows on floor , and jai's single picture on table. She asks anxiously wats the matter; has jai quarrelled with his wife? Jai fumbles and asks masi not to worry as everything is alright. Masi presses jai's cheeks and affectionately tells dat she knows noone can be angry with jai.

At the railway station bani buys tickets as the bani walia and rano dixit.Hearing dat rano gets anxious . Bani , too understands the situation and tells her name as bani dixit but the change of name was not possible. there is no train at night, they had to wait for next day afternoon. They got the tickets and went away.

Pia , standing near window watches the rain.(pia's body was partly covered with shawl!! 😕 Rain doesn't mean winter has returned.!!😆 ) pushky cums and asks what is she seeing outside? Pia tells him dat all the sisters have very close relation with rain, the rain reminds her of their time spent together. When they first came to the city, it was raining like this and tony butler said dat when there is rain in a odd season then something good happens. Pia says she is getting perturbed for bani, so pushky asks her to call. But pia saw that it was 2.30 pm at night , so she decides to call later. Pushky assures her that everything good will happen to the sisters frm now. ( predictions made by characters are usually proved wrong 🤢 )

In the morning masi cums at dadi's room and get tensed on seeing tears in dadi's eyes. Dadi tries to give an excuse but masi herself assumes that water is falling frm dadi's eyes for watching too much movie all night. Dadi faintly smiles, masi says she is going to mandir for puja. Aftr she went away, dadi calls aditya to look for bani, rano. Adi says dat search is on but there is no trace of them. Dadi is crying and prays for their well being and asks adi to find them at any cost.

Adi enters the room of jai. Jai is lost in his thoughts. Adi starts giving big bhashan to jai in his theatrical manner. Adi taunts dat why jai is so tensed , is it because of what he will tell masi? Jai looks little irritated. Adi complains dat Jai used to know people by reading their eyes but now he has lost that power. Adi implores dat has jai ever seen love for money in bani? ; adi criticises jai of being blind in pia's love and his blindness doesn't make him see the truth that there is no point in blaming the 2 sisters for pia's mistake. Jai , snaps back that he had reason and proof to say those things to bani. But adi counterattacks him saying dat proofs can be made, false reason can be showed. Jai irritatingly replies dat he doesn't want to hear anything and he will tell everything to masi. Adi sarcastically asks dat wht he will tell- the truth he thinks is right or the truth that is a reality. Jai remains quiet. Adi , complaing that jai has not left with the power to see truth , left the room.

Masi went ot temple, but she falls frm the stairs there.

Jigs calls jai at office that masi hasn't returned frm temple after long time. Jai scolds jigs for being careless as she let masi to go alone. Jigs says dat she was unaware of the fact and has come to know abt it of late. Jai tells that he is himself going to the temple, jigs says she is also going( good to see jigs at least concerned for anyone!😕)

Jigs on reaching temple shows picture of masi and gets informed frm the flowerman that she is taken to nearby hospital after she slipped frm the stairs. Jigs gets tensed, just then jai reaches the spot . when jigs tells him of masi's accident jai is left stunned. Episode ends
