Dear guys, 😛 How r u all , again a holiday for me !😛 Back to back holidays. So happy , 😉 I had a thought of trying something different today.😉 I know This forum has a bunch of creative writers, 😳This is my maiden attempt. 😊😭 I know it is not beautiful as u guys write. So please bear with me and ignore grammatical errors and all. It is just a try.😉
Two Souls destined to be together
Tanu, a 20 year old girl, lives in a city flickering between affluence and poverty . She is very simple and well behaved girl who has a clear vision about her life and would like to stand in her own feet. She analyses and makes her own views on everything. She is loving angel to her Papa and Mama. She has a younger sister Ahana, who is very lively and speaks without thinking. So she invites problems most of the time. Tanu and Ahana share a beautiful bond of sister cum friends. Ahana always looks upto her sister, but in the matter of love , their views are different. Ahana lives in a fantasy world, she dreams of a prince charming who comes in horseback where as Tanu lives in reality.
Rishi, a man at his 25, stubborn, not at all an easy going person, taking care of his father's business , he has a modern outlook for life. But he had some bitter experience in life, and he believes that true love doesn't exist in the world. He has a younger brother Manpreet, just opposite to Rishi's character, he can find love anywhere and everywhere at any time.
One beautiful bright day.
Tanu is getting ready for her college, she is in a hurry as it is the last day to fill the application form for higher studies. She wore her jhumka, kept her hair untied and put the duppatta around her neck. She left home with a file on her hand.
She was walking along the narrow path, which leads to the main road to her college. The weather was set fair and calm. The gentle breeze embraced her. She was lost in the mesmerising beauty of the weather. Her feet led her to somewhere as it was destined.
All of a sudden, the shining sun hid behind the cloud and started drizzling. Was it a god's plan ?
Meantime, Rishi was walking from the opposite side of the road like a dashing hero, who doesn't care anyone and what's happening around him.
The first fresh rain drops hit Tanu's forehead, and that made her back to consciousness. The rain strengthened, Tanu's feet got wet.
She said : "Oh, God ! Why is it Raining all of a sudden ?
Then She had a flash back

When Tanu was about to leave , Ahana brought an umbrella, and hold out to Tanu.
Ahana : Di... Take the umbrella with you, It might rain.
Tanu : (With surprise) Rain ? , No Ahana, it won't. How beautiful weather it is. Any way I don't want to take umbrella.
Ahana: Aaaha, Di ... see , if it rains , u drench in rain, your hero comes and hold your hand and dance ... How romantic it is !
She started jumping and simulating it.
Tanu patted Ahana and said : Ahana, you always think like this only ? This is not fantasy , live in reality. Nothing like this is going to happen in real. I'm getting late, today is the last date to fill the application. Im going Ahanaa, Byee
Ahana : Bye di, Take care...
***** Flash back ends ******
She said herself with a naughty smile : Is Ahana an astrologer , how could she say it, I should have given ears to her, by saying this she turned around and looked. She was shocked, she lost her way. She could only find an old building, she moved towards there. In the notice board, it was written that The Library which functioned here is shifted to other building in the next street'.
At the same time, Rishi too couldn't escape from the rain drops, his clothes got wet, he turned around and saw the same old building. He ran towards the building.
Tanu and Rishi stood under the same roof without seeing each other. The wooden pillar of the library act as a barrier between them. The rain poured heavily.
Tanu lost herself in the rain again, and started thinking Ahana's word. Ahana the Astrologer (in a teasing manner) , What if I met my hero today. For Tanu Love is pure and divine , it should start from heart and ends in heart, not from eyes to eyes.
Her thoughts were interrupted by the naughty wind, it started playing with her hair and Dupatta. The Dupatta fluttered and her hair danced in the breeze. Her Dupatta and hair hit and embraced Rishi's face, hitting on his eyes, nose and lips.
And she said herself: Ohh ! What a complete mess is this, Tanu was unknown of the fact that this mess up is changing someone's life.
Rishi touched the dupatta with his long wet fingers, the special fragrance of the dupatta which he had never felt before. It is first time that the long hair fall on his face, it is as soft as a feather.
Tanu tried hard to sort out everything, she pulled her dupatta unknowing that other side was being hold by someone. Her hair was also a complete mess, her jhumka entangled with hair and chipped off,But somehow she could manage everything, the rain stopped, she left the place,
Rishi is having a strange feeling inside, he never had this kind of feeling before. His heart skipped a beat for a moment, It is all strange for him, He desperately wanted to see the other one behind the pillar, but he couldn't move, he couldn't come back to sense.
Was it a first touch of Romance in his life?
