My son one day told me, that he got to know that the young boy had to be admitted to the mental asylum. I was a bit worried to be honest. I do not admire abusive people, the guy had abused me too, after which my son stopped talking to him. Earlier they were friends, and so he shared his secrets with my son...that is why I got to know so much. But then again, the boy was my son's age. So I was a bit worried.

I don't know if he is cured or is still there. The boy and his friends had blocked my son, so there's no way to find out. To be honest, in my subsconscious mind, I was expecting something like this. So much of crazy fandom over a Hero who has died thousands of years ago!

By the way, I do not want to moral police, but your ID is derogatory. The points you stated were put logically, but people are going to be put off by your ID. I think we should try to be as unbiased while reading Mahabharata as we can... just saying, please don't mind. 😊 Mahabharata should be read as a story first, and not as a Karna fan or Arjun fan or Karna hater or Arjun hater.

Oh, sorry. IF is not letting me change it back.

I'm not as empathetic as you towards Sakt Launda. I guess it's the mother in you.

Still, there must have been some strong issues in his life to make up stories, supporting criminals. I.do hope he gets the help he needs in that hospital.

That Kid is still not Adult today, He is just 17 and has invested his entire day night in mahabharata only. He is even bashed by Arjuna fans for calling Rama Shiva and rishna pussy in front of Arjuna.

Poor kid Goes to school which allows him to use Laptop and Internet and that Guy is wasting time in mahabharata. That guys don't have any Real life friend so he can spent 24*7 on His hero Arjuna

And I have seen one Uncle on many platforms who call himself schollars but was defeated by 2-3 kids and blocked poor kids of 20-21 years. Poor uncle was stuck at one simple point.

ye tab bhi bat he jab mb start hua tha uncle sabko gyan batate the. ek bar group me gaye toh apne hero ke liye krishna ko bhi badnam kar diya. jab log protest kare unko block mar dete he aise self proclaimed scholar. pahle KMG ko authentic bolte the phir BORI . waha expose hue bat nahi bani hero har version me loser phir aajkal gita press leke ghum rahe he. sab pages flop pade he hero pe koi show nahi aata movie nahi aati. uncle sadme me he.phir kuch anti indians rakhe hero ko social media me promote karne ke liye But in vain, coz no one is supporting their hero because antinationals are suooortsup their hero.

Uncle Antihero ke page me Gaye ekdin , vaha 20 sal ke bacho see Bache ki taraf ladne lage.aaj bhi uncle sadme me ha

Abhero ka Kya hoga. BORI ne 100+ interpolation ke sath Hero ko expose kr Diya.

par ab kya kare andar se jab rahe he uncle apne followers ke sath, aakho me aasu he.
uncle ke followers bhi apna santulan khodiyee

wo english bhi padhne se mana karne lage jab unke hero k durdasa dekhte the
seize ko romance kaha .. bow ke sath rath uthana kaha,.
ab followers kya kare jo khud kabhi kuch nahi padhe the uncle ke bharose the uncle ne dhoka dya
Dinodin uncle ki aur bacche ki dimagi halat bigadti ja rahi he unke hero ka koi show nahi aa raha kya kare wo. Authentic versions ne hero ko villain bana diya.

chalo bhagwan se prarthana kare inn dono ke dimag ko shanti mile aur inke hero ki durdasa hui wo inki na ho

Awww. That was really sad, though I didn't understand half of the things you wrote because of poor English and insertion of Hindi, apologies. Hindi is not my mother tongue.

But nevermind, I got the gist. I hope all of them, especially the 13 yr old kid you talked about and my son's friend of 21 years old are mentally stable now. 😊

Yes, I hope he is doing fine. These days kids around 20s are becoming over-expert in scholarly topics like Mahabharata. My son is the biggest example of that. My son thinks he knows more than Indologists and scholars who have been reading in Sanksrit for half a century... Every now and then, he comes up with an interpolation which even academicians had not been able to discover in the past. 😆

At 21, we had to struggle so much to collect hardbound Mahabharata from various libraries. But these days, everything is available on fingertips, thanks to Internet.

But contrary to helping, the Internet is actually ruining things because it has given people platform to abuse, spread stories and circulate lies without any conscience. My son tells me "You are an Aunty now...you are too old to understand."

At this age, I am an Aunty anyway. What to say! 😆

By the way, in this whole story sharing I forgot this thread was supposed to be a Welcome Thread for the new show.

By the way, my name is Rushali. Have been a Mbh fan for the past 20 years, though my knowledge isnt adequate to be honest. I like that actress Tejaswi, she was very pretty in Swaragini as well, so thought of visiting this forum, when I saw people wrestling here instead... 😕 What a beginning! I can predict what the forum is going to be like for the next one year. 😭

You seem to be quite into the epic. So does SweetRogue.

Hello. Any idea who would play the other characters?

Ashim will play Karn. Some guy would play Arjun, dont know his name. Tejaswi will play Uruvi. Any idea who will play Krishna?
He is one character that needs to be cast well, or else the flavour of the show gets ruined.

I have rarely met a Krishna I dont like. Dunno if the creatives will surprise me by portraying him as he was in the epic. A serious man, not part girl. Hope like hell they show the contempt and mockery during the offer. That will make my YEAR! I'd pay extra to watch if they portrayed it like that.

Rushali
Which is your favorite MBh retelling? Right now, it is probably Parva for me. Though it's a bit depressing.

I liked DharmaKshetra's Krishna the most. The costume and get-up was low-budget but the guy got his part well.
Saurav Raj Jain was great too, and of course Nitish Bhardwaj is legendary. I have mixed feeling for the Suryaputra Karna Krishna. He was good wen he portrayed angry Krishna...but otherwise a miscast.

I would really like to see Krishna the way he was, with all his shades of grey. But of course, this show is based on Kavita Kane's novel. So Krishna's role is less, and even if the CVs give him enough screen time, they would play safe with the Godly image of his.
