Confused...

In todays episode Moshk and Aseem said that Shiv signed over the power of attorney to them...One question was everything in Shiv's name? What about Samar wasn't the will adjusted at all once the Kapoor realised he was found? I mean when Mahen's estranged brother came back, the will was changed at once but hey Samar has been here for a while now! Or if that was not done what about Vivan isn't he Mahen's other brother's son aswell, so did he not have any share in the business?
