Abhimanyu was standing in an isolated area. A car comes there and stops, Ayush comes out of the car.
Ayush: Why did u call me here?
Abhimanyu: To make a deal with u.
Ayush: Wht deal?
Abhimanyu: I know tht u want the Kapoor's properties.
Ayush acts shocked and angry: Wht the hell r u saying?
Abhimanyu: u don't have to act innocent, I know it was u who got the doctor to lie to Gauri to make her abort her baby and later tell them tht their baby was still born.
Ayush starts sweating and all.
Abhimanyu: If u want I can help u to get the properties, because all I want is to destroy Mahen Kapoor.(Abhimanyu puts his hands forward) Do we have a deal?
Ayush thinks for sometime and puts his hand forward.
Ayush: how did u know tht I was behind all this?
Abhimanyu: I will tell u tht later, first u tell me how did u do this?
Ayush angrily: Mahen and Dad give all the properties to Shiv and Gauri;s kid, So I decided to get Gauri to abort her baby, but unlike I expected Shiv didn't go with Gauri to the doctor, if Shiv had gone then he wud have forced Gauri to abort the baby. So I made another plan of telling Shiv abt it, but then tht time I overheard Shiv and Gauri talking abt Dad agree to give all of us equal shares and I knew Mahen will also come around later, so when the doctor told me tht Gauri refused to abort I told the doctor to just forget abt the plan. But then she got josh arrested. And tht too for tht Palak, who always used to create problems for her. If she wanted she cud have saved Josh, but she didn't. Thts when I decided tht I will also snatch away her baby from her like she did with me. So when Shiv took Gauri to the hospital, I called up the doctor and told him to lie again, and also to tell Shiv tht Gauri can't have other baby. but then again u ruined my plans by bringing Karthikeya. By the way whose son is he anyway?
Shiv: MINE!!!!!
Ayush turns back and sees ShivGauri, and their entire family coming along with the cops. Ayush looks at them in shock, then he turns to look at Abhimanyu.
Abhimanyu smiles: Sorry, didn't have enough evidence to send u to jail, thts y I had to do this drama.
Ayush: I will kill u!!!
Abhimanyu surprised: U shud thank me, Shiv wanted to kill u, I was the one who stopped him. U see I saved ur life.
Maya: Ayush
Ayush turns to Maya.
Ayush; I did all this for us. Gauri send our son to jail, so I.....
Maya slapped him hard, the cops took him away.

Later, in mandir.
Gauri was holding Karthikeya in one hand and other hand she had Shiv's hand, she walks towards the murthi.
Gauri with tears in her eyes: Shiv, when doctor told me tht I have to abort our baby, I didn't know wht to do and I came here and prayed and asked Devi Ma to help me to make a decision and when I came home u had decorated our room with baby toys and the crib and thts when I decided to hide it from u(Part 17). Tht day Devi Ma had really shown me a sign, so tht our baby cud live Shiv.
ShivGauri folds their hand and starts thanking God for saving their son's life.


6 years later

A boy of 6yrs was sitting and staring at the labor room door. He looks at his grandfather sitting next to him
Boy: Will Mama be fine?
Grandfather: Mama will be fine.
Boy: And the baby?
Grandfather: Even the baby will be fine.
Boy: Where is Papa?
Grandfather: Papa is with Mama.
The boy looks at his uncle sitting next to him, and as to explain why he is so tensed tells him "Mama was crying."
The man takes the boy into his lap: Mama will be fine KK.
Karthikeya: U promise chachu?
Abhimanyu: I promise.
Suddenly the door opens and Shiv walks out with a baby in his hands.
Shiv very proudly: its a girl.
Everyone crowds around Shiv, and Karthikeya was left out and he cudn't even see the baby.
Abhimanyu whispers: Shiv
Shiv looks at Abhimanyu, and Abhimanyu points at Karthikeya standing and looking at the door again. Shiv walks towards karthikeya , and bends down and shows the baby to Karthikeya.
Shiv: Won't u say hello to ur sister?
Karthikeya was almost in tears now; Where is Mama?
Shiv: Mama is fine. U can see her in a little while.
Karthikeya started smiling. If his Papa said tht Mama is fine, then Mama will be fine, as Papa never lies to him. Karthikeya looks at his little sister, and kisses her slightly.
Shiv: U do remember wht Papa has told u ri8?
Karthikeya: Yes!!!! bash up anyone who looks at her!!!!
Shiv grins: Thts ri8!!!

Later, ShivGauri, Karthikeya, Abhimanyu were in Gauri's room and looking at the baby.
Abhimanyu: Wht r u planning to name her?
Gauri: Shanti.
Abhimanyu pissed: Gauri whts up with u and outdated names???
Gauri: Whts wrong with tht name???
Abhimanyu: Shanti???? Tht is 1940s name
Gauri: I don't care, I like tht name.
Abhimanyu looks at Shiv who was busy playing with Karthikeya and Shanti: I really pity ur kids!!!
Shiv just looks at him and smiles: She is sooo perfect, so I don't have any problem with the name Shanti.
Abhimanyu: KK, do u like the name Shanti?
Gauri: Will u stop calling him KK????Now a days he never listen if we call him Karthikeya, because his chachu told him tht Karthikeya is not COOL ENOUGH for him!!!!
Abhimnayu: Well it is not!!! It is so long!!!!
Gauri: Abhimanyu is such a small name.
Abhimanyu: Well I tell everyone to call me Abhi and KK is way more cooler than Karthikeya!!!
Gauri: Oh Yeah???When I was gonna name him Karthikeya I asked u whether u like it and u said it was nice.
Abhimanyu: Well I wanted to get into ur good books back then.
Gauri: Now u r not bothered??
Abhimnayu grins: I know whtever I do, u love me to death!!!
Gauri just rolls her eyes.
Abhimanyu: So it is Shanti???
Shiv and Karthikeya looks at each other, KK: If Mama likes it so much then.....
Abhimanyu rolls his eyes and Gauri starts grinning. Abhimanyu just walks out, later Ipshtiha walks in with a three year old girl.
Girl: Hey KK.
KK turns around and goes all dreamy eyed and starts smiling at her: Hi Shreya
Shiv to Gauri: Our bahu is here.
Gauri looks at Ipshitha and smiles.
Ipshitha: Let me see Shanti.
Shiv: How did u know the name?
Ipshitha; Abhi was standing outside and cribbing abt it.
Shiv: Where is Dada?
Ipshtiha: Who do u think Abhi is cribbing to?
Shiv starts laughing: Poor Dada.
Gauri: He is crazy!!!
Shiv: yeah but he is the brother u never had!!!
Gauri smiles.

After sometime Anupam walks in with twin boys of five years, followed by Pallavi. All the elders were crowding near the baby, suddenly Abhimanyu walks in with a three year old girl in his hand, and he was talking on the phone at the same time.
Abhimanyu: yeah I will see........ okay..... I will try...... I will......okay I am gonna hang up.... no I am not promising u anything...... I said I will try....okay bye.....yeah love u too.
Shiv: Who was it?
Abhimanyu: Palak.
Shiv: Wht was she saying?
Abhimanyu: Tht last time when she came tht I stayed with u guys all only for a day, so this time I shud stay with u all for as long as she is here.
Shiv: U shud.
Abhimanyu: I have work.
Shiv: pls stay with us
Abhimanyu: I will try.
Gauri; Please??(she gives him her puppy look)
Abhimanyu looks irritated: Alrite!!!
Gauri smiles; Thanx

Anupam: Karan Arjun..
before Anupam cud continue, Shiv and Abhimanyu: It is a nice movie.
Anupam: Shut up!!!! And it is no longer funny!!!!
Abhimanyu; It is always funny!!!!
Shiv and Abhimanyu gives a hi5.
Shiv: Y did u have to get so filmi dada????
Anupam: I am not listening to u two!!!! Arjun and Karan, come here and see the baby.
Arjun and Karan looks at the baby, suddenly Vivan and Kaya walks in. After sometime Karan gets bored and he goes near Abhimanyu's daughter Sneha and starts playing with her.
Anupam sees this and starts grinning: Everytime u make fun of me, just remember when Karan and Sneha grows up, I am gonna make so much demands for their marriage u will beg for mercy.
Shiv: Oh ho!!!!
Anupam and Abhimanyu looks at Shiv.
Gauri: Wht happened?
Shiv: Looks like, not only a bahu, we have a damad also.
They all look towards the crib, and sees Arjun looking at Shanti in fascination.
Anupam, Abhimanyu and Shiv starts grinning.
Shiv: Mubarak ho!!!!
Ipshitha: U three r crazy!!! Its not like they r gonna grow up and get married.
Shiv: Hey!!!Watch ur words..... and no1 fools around with my daughter!!!!
Anupam: Yeah!!!! they will get married.
Abhimanyu: Why won't they get married?
Pallavi: Its no use Ipshitha!!! These three r crazy.
Kaya: Not as crazy as my husband.
Gauri: Why wht happened?
Kaya: After Vardan went to US to be with Palak and Ram for vacation, every time, Palak calls she says tht Vardan and Tara are inseparable. So now Vivan wants them to get married when they grow up.
Shiv: Wht is wrong in tht?
Kaya: they r second cousins!!!
Anupam looks at Abhimanyu: Tht is not allowed?
Gauri appalled: NO!!!!
Abhimanyu: No one asked u. U r the crazy lady with weird names!!!
Anupam: we r with u Vivan!!!
Abhimanyu: Yeah me too!!!
Shiv: Me too!!!
All the ladies just roll their eyes. Meanwhile KK sees tht Arjun has been hanging around his sister's crib for quiet sometime, and he remembered wht his Papa said, so KK goes near him.
KK: Wht r u staring at??? haven't u seen a girl before?
Arjun: Yes!!! I have seen u!!!
Next thing u know, they both r fighting, till their respective fathers pulled them away.
Anupam: I think we all shud leave.
Abhimanyu: Yeah!!!
Slowly everyone started leaving, ShivGauri, KK and Shanti were left alone.
Shiv was watching KK and Gauri talking.
KK: I love u Mama!!1
Gauri: I love u too.
KK: U know, in this world, I, love u the most ri8?
Gauri smiles: Yes I know.
KK: I will go see Shanti.
KK goes near Shanti's crib.
Shiv: Hey, u know tht I, love u the most in this world ri8?
Gauri smiles: Yeah I know.
Actually both of them keeps saying tht and Gauri had no idea who loved her the most, but she went along with them whenever they said so.
Shiv: I love u Gauri.
Gauri: I love u Shiv

Ayush was jailed for kidnapping, bribing and attempted murder.
Maya remained in Kapoor Mansion and she became Gauri's biggest supporter.
Palak married Ram, and is settled in US with a daughter Tara, and Palak and Kaya have become best friends.
Abhimnayu even though still refuses to accept Mahen as his father, after much pestering from Gauri and Shiv have started considering Mahen as his family. He shares a very special bond with Gauri.
Mahen-Nikhila and Alpana-Arjun has become friends and decided to forget the past and move on in life.
And the kids after they grew up hopefully had a happy life and got married to their love like their parents.
