Gauri smiles knowingly ā¦ as he continues laughing silly over his jokeā¦
A lil while laterā¦

No responseā¦
Closing her eyesā¦ she dozes offā¦
Suddenly feeling cold and jitteryā¦ shiv wakes up.. only to realize its raining heavy and that Gauri is all wet and shiveringā¦sitting across near the entranceā¦..
Suddenly realizing , the soft cloth on his bagā¦ he realizes , she isn't wearing her dupattaā¦
Slowly he moves.. towards herā¦ taking care not to wake her and wraps the dupatta around herā¦ and only then realizes , she is feeling real warm and shivering too, when he decidesā¦.
Patting on her armā¦ "Gauriā¦"ā¦. "Gauriā¦. Uthoā¦"ā¦
She wakes , looking dazedā¦ staring at him weakly.. when he saysā¦
"utho yahaan se.. udhar..", pointing to where he was sittingā¦ " baitoā¦ yahaan thand lag jayegi.."
He helps her get up , as she slips while getting upā¦. holding her by the shoulderā¦and ensures she is cozy in the corner, although the drizzle hits through the windowā¦ Gauri, falls asleep almost immediatelyā¦
Wrapping the dupatta over her, he makes sure she is covered and watches her sleep for a long while, before he too drifts into sleepā¦
The downpour gets worse .. and shiv is woken up by the sudden lighteningā¦ and thunder..
Looks beside him, he sees Gauri fast asleepā¦ resting her head against the wooden wall, and notices a tiny nail, near her headā¦ and tries to remove itā¦with no luckā¦
He then .. looks at herā¦ blank, wonderingā¦ and then suddenly , holding her by her shoulders , slowly, makes her lean against the wall he is leaning on.. and goes back to sit next to herā¦ happy to have gotten rid of the nail issue , staring at the nailā¦
Lost in thoughtā¦ he dosent realize , Gauri shivering and her moans lost in the sound of thunder and rainā¦ when she suddenly props her head against his shoulder , in sleepā¦
Realizing, she is shivering a lil too much .. and she is really warmā¦ possibly running a temperatureā¦ he calls..
"Gauriā¦"ā¦ "Gauri.. tum theek hoā¦?"
Gripped by a sudden feeling of worry, he starts rubbing her palms with his, calling out to her all the whileā¦."Gauriā¦"
Realizing , she is too cold and too deep in sleep, he sits back next to her, and hesitating for a few moments, puts his hand around herā¦ and holds herā¦ muttering.. " gawd, don't let anything happen to herā¦", watching her ..
Staring out through the window into the darknesā¦, lost in thought, Shiv eventually drifts into a peaceful sleepā¦Gauri asleep against his chestā¦ wrapped in his armsā¦ his head propped against hers in sleepā¦
