Part 8!
Present!
Sumitra comes to Nandini's house and went to her room directly, and stops at door only when she saw her condition. Actually, before leaving Mansi called Sumitra and told her everything about Nandini's condition and asks her to keep a check on her. Sumitra always treated Nandini as her granddaughter, she was like family to Sumitra. After Nandini's and Abhi's parents death, she and her family was the one who take care of them. They hide them from TK and Nyonika, who wanted to kill Murthy's and Thakkar's in anyway.
Sumitra was the one who with help of his son and daughter-in-law made TK & Nyonika believed that in that accident Nandini and Abhi too died, TK & Nyonika at once believed her family words and left Manali.
Sumitra with slow and steady steps reach near Nandini's bed and stops near her and looks at her with teary eyes and sits beside her. She caresses Nandini's head with full love. Nandini after feeling some touch reacts and speaks in subconscious state, "Abhi! Mukti Bhabhi! Leave me.. its all because of me..!!"
After saying this she again gets unconscious. Sumitra cries looking at Nandini's condition. She wipes her tears and cleans Nandini's face with help of sponge.
After cleaning, she sits near Nandini's bed and remembers Nandini's birthday party which changed everything.
Flashback!
Location : Shakuntla Orphanage, Manali!
Nandini was decorating the hall with balloons by standing on stool, when from behind Sumitra comes saying, "Offo Nandini! Today is your birthday puttar and today also you are working. Chal neeche utar, aaj tu koi kaam nahi karegi!"

Nandini smiles and says, "Oh ho meri madhubala, itna drama karti ho aap?"
Sumitra makes bad face and speaks, "Chup kar oye! Main teri dadi hu na ki koi madhubala! Chad, tenu to meri koi fikar hi nahi!"
With this Sumitra was about to move from there but Nandini climbs down from stool and holds Sumitra from back and says, "Koi gussa ho gaya?"
Sumitra gets out of her hold and starts to move but Nandini again stops her by coming in front of her holding her ears like kid and making cute pout. Sumitra smiles looking at this but hides it. Nandini still holding ears speaks cutely, "Sorry..sorry please maaf kar dijiye! Please dadi, meri madhubala!"
After saying this Nandini gets little emotional remembering her Amms to whom she used to say sorry like this and turns her back and starts to go from there, but Sumitra stops her by holding her from her elbow and speaks, "Bas, ho gaya ya kuch aur bhi bacha hai!"
Nandini hugs Sumitra and cries loudly speaking, "I am sorry dadi, please don't get upset from me, warna I will die dadi..i will die!"
Sumitra speaks getting emotional, "Nahi puttar..na mere bache, tu toh meri bahadur puttar hai."
Sumitra breaks the hug and wipes Nandini tears and speaks, "Bas puttar ab nahi rona, ab to uske rone ka waqt hai. Haina?"
Nandini wipes her tears chuckling and says, "Main janti hoo meri madhubala!"
Sumitra makes bad face and speaks, "Elle..phir madhubala!"
Nandini too, "Ha.. nahi toh!"
Both stop for a second and then look at each other and laughs together. Nandini hugs Sumitra happily and speaks, "Thank you dadi..you are the best. I love you!"
Dadi smilingly, "Love you too puttar ji. Acha chal ab menu chad, menu tujhe kuch dena hai!"
Nandini breaks the hug and asks her excitedly, "Kya?"
Sumitra after seeing her excitement decides to tease her little so she says, "Kuch nahi dena menu tujhe. Main to yuhi bol rahi thi, tu menu chad hi nahi rahi thi..isliye aise hi bol dia!"
After saying this Sumitra leaves the hall leaving irritating Nandini with cute pout. But who can stop Nandini Murthy she too shouts from behind, "FINE! Mat do main bhi aapko aaj ki top news nahi dogi..aur wo news bohot zyada interesting hai!"
Sumitra stops in mid after listening to this and turns back to see Nandini's face who made poker face and starts to leave the scene. Sumitra thinks, 'Aisi kya baat ho sakti hai?'
Sumitra looks at Nandini, who was trying to control her laugh seeing Sumitra's condition. Sumitra thinks, 'Isne to ganda face bana rakha hai..lagta hai zyada chida dia, ye to ab batayegi bhi nahi!'
Nandini again shouts, "Kaka, aapko ek baat batau wo news na bohot important hai, Abhi ke baare mein hai!"
Sumitra gets alert after listening Abhi's and runs to Nandini and asks her by holding her from shoulder, "Bohot hua Nandini, bata kya baat hai Abhi ke baare mein..Bata!"
Nandini denies and speaks, "Nah! Main nahi batane wali!"
Sumitra gets angry and holds nandini tightly and asks her sternly, "Nandini Murthy! Tell me what about Abhi? I want to know, right away! Do you get it!"
Nandini was taken aback by Sumitra's behavior and stammers, "Da-dadi! Wo Ab-Abhi, he-he is bac-back in tow-town wit-with Muk-Mukti fo-for T-TK!"
Sumitra gets shocked and leaves Nandini and repeats her words, "Ab-Abhi is ba-back with Muk-mukti for-for T-TK! Ye kaisa ho sakta Nandini, Abhi wapas nahi aa sakta, wo wapas nahi aa sakta, wo wapas aaya to TK-TK usse maar daalega..uss-usse maar dalega!!!"
Nandini gets worried and holds Sumitra before she falls and speaks after cupping her face, "Dadi, please! Sambhaliye apne aapko. Abhi aur Mukti Bhabhi ko kuch nahi hoga. Main hoon na, main kisiko kuch bhi nahi hone doogi. I promise, aap please apne aap ko sambhaliye. Please dadi! Sab theek hoga, trust me! Dadi please!"
Sumitra looks at Nandini and speaks, "Kaise theek hoga sab Nandu? Puttar, tu nahi janti TK aur nyonika vade khatarnak, un dono ne milke tere aur Abhi ke parivaar ko khatam karne ki kasam khaayi hai. Wo dono milke tum dono ko tabah kar dege! Nahi puttar, maine teri Amms aur meri dost Shakuntla se wada kia tha main tum dono ko kuch nahi hone duhi. Tum dono abhi ke abhi Manali chad ke chale jao! Chale jao yaha se!"
Nandini too gets emotional and speaks, "Dadi, aap samajh kyu nahi rahi hai..main Manali chod ke nahi jaa sakti. Yeh mera sheher hai..main isse chod ke kaha jaugi?"
Sumitra doesn't listens to her and speaks, "Kahi bhi chale jao..par tum dono itthe nahi rahoge ab bas maine keh dia!"
Nandini speaks, "Main kahi nahi jaogi..suna aapne main kahi nahi jaogi, agar iss baar koi yaha se humesha ke liye jayega to wo hoge TK aur Nyonika! Suna aapne, na main yaha se jaugi aur na hi Abhi. Hum dono milke TK aur Nyonika ko saza dege!"
Sumitra gets silent after seeing something different in Nandini's eyes which she never saw in her eyes before. She saw Nandini is much more confident then before, so she asks her, "Kya karne wali hai tu?"
Nandini smiles evilly and speaks, "Maine aisa kuch kia hai ki TK aur Nyonika dono sochne mein majboor ho jayege aur wo ACP bhi!"
Sumitra gets confused and asks her, "ACP? Ye kaun hai?"
Nandini speaks, "Wo Abhi aur Mukti ka senior hai aur mera junior officer. Officer Manik Malhotra! Wo bhi yaha TK ko pakadne aaya hai...Chief ne usse iss case ke liye appoint kia hai. Usse iss mission ke liye ek aise insaan ki zaroorat hai jo yaha ka local ho aur jisse yaha ki har jagah ke baare mein maloom ho aur jo TK pe asaani se nazar rakh sake!"
Sumitra asks her, "Toh? Tune kya kiya..kya karna chahti hai tu?"
Nandini sighs and speaks, "Just wait for this party to begin Dadi, aapko sab pata chal jayega ki main kya karna chahti hu aur maine kya kiya hai!"
Sumitra sighs and speaks, "Huh! Matlab tu nahi batayegi?"
Nandini smiles and nods in no. Sumitra speaks, "Theek hai phir..ab iss budhiya ke pass koi aur option bhi toh hai nahi sirf intezaar ke alawa. Par puttar tu jo bhi kare usme thoda sambhal kar rehna. TK is dangerous! He can do anything, mark my words, anything means anything!"
Nandini nods in agreement and speaks, "Aur TK ye nahi janta ki Officer NM kuch bhi kar sakti hai, aaj tak usne sirf Nandini Murthy ko dekha tha, ab wo Officer NM se samna karega! Don't worry Dadi, I will be careful. Nandini promise!"

Sumitra sighs and speaks looking at her, "Tu nahi sudhregi na?"
Nandini smiles, "Kabhi nahi!"
Sumitra sighs in disbelief and Nandini smiles and speaks, "Acha leave all this, now give me my gifts abhi!"
Sumitra gives her a look. Nandini speaks, "What? Aise look kya de rahe ho aap? C'mon birthday girls needs her gifts. Chalo?"
Sumitra sighs and speaks dramatically, "Rabba..main ki kara is kudi ka?"
Both laughs and Sumitra pinches Nandini's nose and speaks, "Sudhar ja! Chal deti hu tere gifts!"
Nandini gets excited and speaks, "Wow! Chalo..chalo!"
They both move towards Sumitra's room.
Location : Mall road, Manali!
Here Manik, Abhi and Mukti reaches Manali's mall road, it is like super market where you will get everything.
After reaching there, Manik and MukBhi parted their giving lame excuses to each other. Manik gave excuse that he is not interested in all this, he will try to interact with locals so that he can find better person who can help them in this TK mission whereas MukBhi went by saying that they are going to buy some stuff for home and if they will get time they will buy something for Nandini.
Manik was looking for something that he can give to Nandini. He was looking at every shop and in last his eyes fall on beautiful orange scarf, he liked it and went to that shop. He touched that scarf and imagines Nandini in that scarf. He decides to buy that scarf and buys it.
Maniks' gift :
Here MukBhi was also searching for appropriate gift to give to Nandini. After searching a lot, Mukti eyes fall on one very beautiful pair of earrings. She literally dragged Abhi there and after picking it up she speaks, "Awww Abhi, look at them. Aren't they beautiful. Let's gift this to Nandini, I know she will love it!"
Abhi makes faces on this behind Mukti, but she spots him and stares at him. Abhi mouths sorry and speaks, "C'mon Jaan, Pari meri behen hai na ki girlfriend, jo main usse earrings gift karu. Grow up Mukti Vardhan!"
Mukti speaks sternly, "I am not asking you. I am telling you that I will gift her from my side, tum..tum dhoondte rahe ho apni Pari ke liye,maine to Nans ke liye gift le lia! ;P"
Mukti's gift :
Abhi sighs but his 'talash' for perfect gift for his Pari too ends on very cute thing. He told Mukti to wait and he went to that shop and buys that gift for Nandini. He comes back and finds Mukti nowhere, he gets worried and starts searching for her but later on finds her standing with some locals and talking to them. He notices that she was bit tensed after talking to locals.
Abhi's gift :
Abhi goes near her and asks her, "What happened Jaan?"
Mukti looks at him. Here Manik too after buying gifts heard something from locals which makes him shocked to core.

Shakuntla Orphanage House looks like this!

Nandini and Sumitra reaches to Sumitra's room. Sumitra asks her to wait for a minute. Nandini sits on bed and starts to look around and found that Sumitra has kept her room so clean and full of positivity. She stood up and starts exploring her room, she saw her family pic on one wall, it was Abhi's 13th birthday gift, she saw her, Cabir's and Abhi's pic too on that same wall in which Abhi and Cabir were seen holding Nandini's hair..she smiles looking at all pics and admires them. She touched her Amms pic and speaks, "I miss you Amms!"
Sumitra goes to her wardrobe and removes one packet and two small box from it. She looks at them and then closes her wardrobe and comes back to Nandini. She calls her out, Nandini comes to her. Sumitra asks her to sit and too sits besides her.
Nandini gets excited seeing the boxes, so in excitement she asks Sumitra what is inside the boxes. Sumitra sighs seeing her excitement and ssh her. Nandini makes 'O' shape and turns her face and pouts. Sumita smiles and speaks, "Chal chad teri nautanki, menu pata hai teri saari nautankiya, ab chal dekh idhar!"
Nandini still looking at other side nods in no. Sumitra sighs, "Nahi dekhegi?"
Nandini still nods in no, Dadi sighs and speaks, "Changa fir, main bhi inne saare gifts nu fir andar rakh deti hai!"
After hearing this Nandini immediately looks at her and smiles. Sumitra chuckles and speaks, "Aa gayi na line pe! Badmaash!"
Sumitra continues, "Acha ye le tere vaaste, Cabir aur Navya ne bheja hai Canada se khaas tere liye!"
Sumitra handovers her the packet which was beautifully draped in pink and white polka dots wrapping paper. She starts to unwrap the packet and after unwrapping it, she found a very beautiful orange color full length anarkali suit. It was very beautiful, she looked at Sumitra smilingly and then at anarkali. Sumitra speakes, "Tenu pata hai, Navya menu strict instruction diasee ki main ye tenu tere birthday ke din hi du aur yeh bhi kaha ki jab Nandu apna birthday cake cut kare to yahi dress pehne!"
Cavya's Gift:
Nandini smiles and keeps that dress aside. Sumitra then handovers her one box and asks her to open it. Nandini gets confused but opens it and finds a very beautiful idol of Ganpati Bappa. Nandini smiles looking at idol and looks at Sumitra and asks her through eyes that 'what this for?' Sumitra smiles and takes Nandini's other spare hand and speak, "Ye teri Amms ne mujhe dia tha, jab tu 19 saal ki thi!"
Nandini gets more confused, Sumitra continues, "Puttar, teen saal pehle jab uss blast ke baad tum sabko hospital mein admit karwaya tha, jab main Shakuntala aur tum sabse milne aayi thi tab Shakuntala ne mujhse kaha tha ki.. Sumitra, mere room mein dressing ke pass ek drawer hai usme do box hai, unme Ganpati Bappa ki murthy hai, wo main Abhi aur Nandu ke liye laayi thi..ab mera to bharosa nahi hai par tum usko wo dena jab uska 23rd birthday aayega tab, Bappa usko protect karega!!!"
Ganpati Bappa's Idol:
Nandini gets emotional after listening to this and she holds Bappa idol and touch it with forehead. Sumitra smiles and speaks, "Keep this with you always puttar. Teri Amms ka bohot vishwaas tha inpe, ye tujhe har problem se door rakhega! Theek hai?"
Nandini nods in yes and hugs Sumitra and speaks, "Thank you Dadi, for giving me this. My birthday can't be that better than this!!" Nandini brokes the hug and continues, "Thank you Dadi! Mere liye aaj lucky day hai, dekhiye na aaj hi ke din main Abhi se milli aur ab ye..dadi I can't tell you, how happy I am today..isse better aur kya ho sakta hai, apne birthday ke din apni family ki blessings ka hona aur ye ehsaas hona ki wo yahi hai..mere pass humeasha! Hai na dadi?"
Sumitra smiles and cups her face and speaks, "Ji beta ji, aapne bilkul sahi bola! Aur ye baat kabhi na bhoolna puttar, wo bhale hi tere saath na ho par unki blessings humesha tere saath hai..hmm!"
Nandini nods and again hugs her. Sumitra too hugs back. Nandini receives a call, she attends it.
Nandini after receieing call speaks, "Hello?"
From other side, "Madam ji, kaam ho gaya aapka! Aapne jaise bola tha humne waise kar dia!"
Nandini smirks listening to this and speaks, "Theek hai, tumhari payment tum tak pohoch jayegi. Par dhyaan rakhna kahi tum unn logo ki nazron mein naa aa jao. Samjhe?"
From other side, "Ji madam ji. Salam!"
Nandini disconnects the call and thinks, 'Now the real fun begins! Now where you will go TK?' She smiles evilly and make some other necessary calls.
Location : Manik's House!
Manik's house:
After doing shopping three of them came back. All the way Abhi kept asking to Mukti and Manik that What happened? Why are they behaving like this? What they heard? But both of them kept silent, both sat down on couch but didn't speak a word. Abhi after getting frustrated shouts on them and asks them angrily, "For God Sake! Speak up you both, What happened in market? What you both heard? Speak up dammit!"
Manik sighs and speaks in low voice, "Nandini, wo Cap-Captain Vishnu Murthy ki-ki daughter hai! TK-TK kill-killed her fam-mily three year-years ago. Now he-he is back, beca-because.."
Mukti looking at Abhi, "Because he got to knew that Nandini and his brother is alive and are in Manali. He is here to kill both of them!!!!" Mukti said all this looking at Abhi worriedly and angrily. Abhi was taken aback after hearing this and sits with a thud on couch and speaks, "What?"
Manik continues, "You got shocked? We too got shocked after hearing this? I mean no one can imagine that Nandini.. that Nandini humare senior ki beti hai..Vishnu Sir's daughter, who is my idol, because of whom I took this profession."
Manik stood up and continues, "I can't believe this that TK killed them and now he is behind her and her brother! Goshh!"
Abhi was still sitting in same position. He didn't knew what to do and what not to do. All flashbacks came in front of his eyes, that how TK killed his parents, how he shot Amms, how he made Nandini's parent suffer, everything. His head starts to pain and he gets unconscious due to high BP! Mukti shouts seeing Abhi faint, Manik runs up to him and carries him till his room and lays him down on bed and calls doctor.
Doctor does his check up and informs them why Abhi fainted and after giving them instructions and some medicines, he leaves. Manik gets confused that why Abhi got fainted all of a sudden, what can be the reason. Here Mukti got worried after hearing what those people was saying, Abhi getting faint and now Manik's suspicious stare.
Screen freezes on Manik & Mukti's tensed face.
