CHAP 3:

Nandini was sleeping on bed and thinking about manik. She was hugging her teddy. She was continuously smiling and memory of their ride was flashing in front of her eyes.

Mr.murthy was working in his study he calls someone and after some talk he cut his call. Manik parked his bike in front of murthy mansion and rang the bell. Servant opened the door and manik told him that mr.murthy called him here.

Servant went to mr.murthy's study room and informed about manik's arrival. Mr.murthy told him to send him up. Manik knocked at his study room and mr.murthy allowed him. mr.murthy get up from his chair and smiled to manik and manik also smiled to him and mr.murthy hugged him gently and said "WELCOME TO MURTHY MANSION IPS OFFICER MANIK MALHOTRA" and he patted manik's shoulder proudly and gesture him to sit.

"uncle please now you are embarrassing me aapke liye sirf manik" manik said smilingly. (((Yes manik Malhotra is none other than an reputed ips officer. You all thought that than why nobody knows him here? Because manik was left Mumbai in very small age, he was in delhi and he got transfer in different cities so nobody knows him here. Nandini knew about malhotra family but not in details and about Malhotra family they all are craziest trust me you will love it...and why manik is in college I will reveal it later...)))

"Thank you manik jo tumne sirf mere liye apne busy schedule mein se mere liye time nikala thank you so much" mr.murthy said him in very loving tone.

"uncle pls its my duty..aap mere papa ke sab se a6e dost hai uncle aapko meri help ki zaroorat thi aur maine aapki madad ki that's it..uncle pls ab aise thank you keh ke muje sharminda na kre pls" manik said lovingly. They were talked for sometime..and after that manik left from there.

Nandini came out from her room when she heard some voice from her father's room. She went down and she bumped into someone and she was about to fall but he held her from her waist. Nandini closed her eyes in fear but when she opened her eyes and saw a handsome face it was none other than manik. he made her stand properly and looked here and there.

"tum yahan kya kr rhe ho manik wo bhi is waqt raat ke 10 baje" nandini asked him with her cute doe eyes. Manik looked at her and she pout her lips cutely.

"wo..wo actually I came here for notes..wo maine ku6 classes miss kiye the to maine socha tumse notes leloon phir morning main tumhe main return kr dunga" he said in nervous tone because he hates lie. But mr.murthy requested him not to tell nandini about anything. Nandini start laughing loudly. Manik looked at her shockingly.

"what's the matter? Aise kyun has rhi ho?" manik said in his stern voice.

"wo actually for the first time in my life kisi ne mujse notes mange hain is liye hasna aa gya muje...sorry...sorry wo main koi notes nhi manik tum to itna jante ho muje" nandini said holding her stomach to stop her laugh. Manik nodded his head in disbelief and left from there. nandini ran after him and shout "arre..arre ruko to shi baat to suno" but manik left from on his bike.

"nandu wo janta hain k tuje study mein bilkul bhi interest nhi hain phir bhi wo tere notes lene aaya just imagine...wo koi tere notes votes lene nhi aaya thaw o tuje yahan dekhne aaya tha..nandu you are so smart matlab seriously..he came here to see you only wowiee..lagta hain tere pyar mein pad gya hain wo..not bad..." nandini talked to herself and smiled like crazy person and went inside her mansion.

Next morning in college manik was sitting in canteen and at the same time soha entered in canteen and saw him alone. She went to him and tapped on his shoulder and manik turned and smiled to her.

"can I join you? Matlab aise akele baithe hi to I thought k I should give company to you" soha said in casual tone.

"haan..haan..for sure betho" manik also said in casual tone and they start talking on normal topic.

At the same time manik saw nandini is coming to canteen. She was wearing cute dangree and bow hair band. Manik saw her and murmured to himself "what the..? aa gyi musibat bhagwan kya subah subah muje chain ke do pal bhi nhi mil skte" and nandini looked here and there and saw soha and manik together. She fumed in anger but she controlled herself and navya said "nandu tu jaa main sandwich lekar aati hoon" nandini nodded her head in yes and went to them.

"hi soha..hi manik good morning" nandini said in anger tone but with a smile. She was looking damn cute in jealously mode. Manik sipped his orange juice and offered her to join them. nandini take seat near manik.

"don't you think soha k aaj kal tum manik se kafi closeness badha rhi ho?" nandini asked her directly. Yes she was like this only so childish..so immature.. she never thought twice but she was pure golden heart.

"haan wo manik new here na so that's why? Usse loneliness feel na ho that's why" soha said normally because she didn't know that in which manner nandini was talking.

"but tum akeli to nhi ho naa yahan pr uski "loneliness" door krne ke liye" nandini said in high tone and anger filled voice now soha and manik both understood that something was wrong.

"nandini liste.." manik was about to say something and get up from chair but nandini grabbed his hand and again made him seat and said "main baat kr rhi hoon na tum chup rho" manik held his head with his palm.

"nandini what sre you talking about? And what's the tone?" soha said in serious tone.

"soha jab dekho tum manik..manik..manik...kal bhi usse lift dene ki koshish kr rhi thi tum agar tumhe ye lagta k aise krne se manik tumse pyar krne lagaga then you are wrong." Soha get up from chair and manik looked at nandini very shockingly. Navya came back her sandwich and saw that something was wrong.

"nandini tum kya baat kr rhi ho?" soha said shockingly.

"hum bas tumhari galatfehmi door kr rhe the soha kyun ki manik tumse nhi mujse pyar krta hain" nandini said and sandwich fell from navya's hand and manik was sipping juice and after listing her statement he spit out his juice and coughed very badly.

"nandini...wwhat are you saying?" navya asked in shocking tone.

"haan navya manik muje pasand krta hain aur main nhi chahti k soha aage jake hurt ho" nandini make her understand very cutely.

Manik pushed his chair in anger and left form there. soha also left from there.

"ab inhe kya hua? Maine to sach bola na navya phir??" nandini asked her and navya sat beside her and held her hand.

"aise nhi hota nandu agar manik ko tujme interest hain tere liye feelings hain bhi to pehle tum dono ko baat krni chahiye na ki aise bacho ki tarah tum aise aake soha pr baras padi bina kisi wajah ke" navya said lovingly and nandini pout her lips.

"she is your friend na socho wo kitni hurt hui hogi tumhare aise behavior se" navya said and nandini raised her eyebrow in gesture to ask her now what to do?

"go and say sorry wo tumhe jat se maaf kr degi" navya said smilingly and nandini's eyes twinkled like stars and she hugged her tightly and thanked her and left from there.

Soha was sitting in classroom and reading a book. When she heard some voice and she looked at door and nandini was standing there with rose.

"phoolon ka taro ka sabka kehna hain

Ek hazaroon mein hamari soha hain

Sari umar hume sang rehna hain..."

Nandini sang cutely and held her ears and said sorry and soha instantly smiled and hugged her.

"I am sorry pls muje maaf kr do" nandini ssaid cutely and soha removed her hand from her ears because she knew nandini from childhood how innocent she is..

"maaf kiye maine pagal tumhe" soha also said lovingly.

"ab jake manik se maafi magani hain uff...kitna kaam hain muje" nandini said in her dramatic tone and soha slapped her forehead. Nandini was asking some students about manik's whereabouts someone informed her that he was on terrace.

Nandini was about to go on terrace but she bumped into navya. Nandini held her hand and said "thank god tum yahin muje mil gyi ab chalo mere sath manik ko sorry bolne"

"wait...wait..main kyun aau? Tumne usse bola jo bolna tha to uss monster ko sorry bhi tum hi bolo wo bhi akele" navya said and nandini showed her eyes.

"lecture dene time to sab se pehle hoti ho, nandini don't do this, nandini do this, blah...blah...blah...aur jab waqt aya to khud piche chali gyi" nandini said angrily.

"o really maine bola tha tuje jaa bol de manik aur soha ko jo bolna hai wo haan?" navya asked her and nandini nodded her head in disbelief.

" mere to friends hi kisi kaam ken hi hain" nandini murmured to herself and navya was blabbering something but nandini left from there.

When navya looked up nandini was not there. She stomp her foot angrily and left from there.

Manik was standing near railing and nandini saw him, she went near him and said "sorry" before she could say anything manik turned and pinned her to near wall and held her arms tightly.

"you stupid girl tumhe pata bhi hain niche tumne kya kiya? Ku6 to socha kro bolne se pehle at least...you dumb girl..." manik shouted on her and she closed her eyes in fear.

"wo...wo..i thought k..k you came last...last night to meet me..." nandini was fumbling.

"o really..you assumed that stupid thing I have no time for that stupid feelings aur pata hai tumhe muje lagta hain you are the dumbest girl I have ever seen" manik said angrily and nandini looked at him with teary eyes because in her life no one ever talked to her like that plus everyone always called her innocent girl but manik call her dumb.

"I am sorry" nandini said lowering her head and pushed him aside and ran from there. after that she directly went to her house. Navya and soha call her so many times but she switched off her phone.

Next morning manik was sittig on his bench; he left one place for nandini. nandini came with her papa and she was looking so cute in pink frock. She looked at manik but turned her gaze she went to navya and request soha to sit with manik and she sat with navya. In whole lecture nandini was not talking to navya, she was just sketching something on her book. Navya understood that something happened with nandini.

Manik looked at her but she was looking in her book only. Manik thought that he was very rude yesterday. Navya thought to talk to manik about nandini.

So kaisa laga???
