Disclaimer : in Parth V.s Vikas, am supporting Parth's side .. i believe it needs guts to go against a powerful person in the same industry that you are working ...

Parth's IF's article doesn't sound that confident, i.m.o
All this time, wen he was keeping quiet, and especially after that bungee-jumping video, i actually expected him to be relaxed and confident about his side's evidence ..
but doesn't seem so ; he hasn't been saying anything yet ... actually, he even mentioned in the IF article, that he dint' expect this much of backlash !!
did he mis-calculate the repercussions of his act ???
Vikas's gang has notified that , once he comes back from Macau, he will be holding a press conference with proofs.
i personally feel, right now, Vikas's side is strong ...
also, Parth NOT saying anything against Vikas even after all this public humiliation , looks as if he's trying for an out-of-court settlement and not to irritate Viku further...
And abt the orphanage visit .. parth shud hav played intelligently ... only the die-hard fans will hail him for that act -- and tht line ' i had tears in my ears' -- looked very much like a sympathy-gaining tactic ... he shud hav been smart abt it, and let one of his FC's circulate it ...
also, first thing that he needs to do is, call up Niti and Karan , clarify stuff with them, and get them to his side ... they r the only ones who are at the fence rite now .. apologize (which he shud actually do), go on his knees, beg ... do watever it takes !! ..
Niti is a sweet lil girl, and the minute she 4gives n posts sumthing +ve abt Parth --- his online image will definitely boost up...
PaNi shippers will get back into action to confirm his sexual orientation ... 'cause i dont think the other most important witness in this case , Disha , will come fwd to support him (she has a film releasing and a famous bf - y get into this unnecessary mess )
About the court case, if Parth's side is weaker, i think it's best for him to do an out of the court settlement at the earliest ... before Vikku & gang manages to make more mess out of things ...
and .. if he has solid proof with him ---- speak out , address all the floating rumors (the same way he did with his lengthy note in favor of LB and against vishal watwani, while in the hospital) and put an end to this crap - so that people and media stop jumping into their conclusions ...
regarding Charlie's IG comment - she din't mention tht thr's no recording, she said , she will take a stand once she hears it ...
at times am worried, Vikku's next plan of attack will be to remove Charlie's support by sending her some prooof ...
it's going to be a rough ride guys, be ready for more dirt n venom to be spilled ...
P.S : Ekta ma'am is trending on Twitter for her Kya Kool Hai Hum song lyrics ... add to that Sooraj Barjatya is planning to sue her, for mocking his name in the movie ... oh Lord, make the queen bee busy with her own set of troubles, so that she's too busy viewing other people's videos ...
