Clearly shows that the guy was on the revenge mode much before the legal notice. May be Parth was forced to issue the notice because he was constantly blackmailed about Vickku's threat to expose him.

and about niti. people think that she is a sweet little girl. but we should remember that she has gone through too much bashing and stress due to parth's exit and entry drama. now it is slowly getting out that may be parth didn't want to exit in the first place. he was pressurized to do so. but niti had to suffer. may be she has a grudge against parth out of which she impulsively declared her thoughts on twitter! see she too is a normal human being not some devi. i was very hurt when i read her post on twitter. i mean, yes, anybody can get angry if they here something disgusting about themselves but, to believe an audio recording...she should have thought na that recording somebody's convo behind their back for future use is something disgusting in the first place.

once again! i just hope, the opposition's revenge stops at ruining his career and doesn't get to his personal life like distroying him more socially and financially! i love parth! he doesn't deserve this vengeance !

@Bold...I have no doubt that Parth's hand was forced cause if you see he sent the legal notice on 7th dec, which was the day that Vikas was planning a surprise, obviously a nasty one, for Parth on SNS. Parth must have really freaked out which led him to delete his accounts and send that hastily drafted legal notice to Vikas, so as to prevent him from exposing some secrets on SNS on 7th.

Exactly my thoughts. Parth freaked out after the countdown on twitter by his former mentor turned tormentor and former buddy turned betrayer for Dec 7th. He deleted his IF account and deactivated his twitter. The legal notice seems to be drafted by a novice, with so many holes and really poor English (I think he should get better advocates than the ones who drafted that notice). The complaint he filed latter may have dropped the references to the molestation charges as they are hard to prove, what with his open support of VG for several months after the purported incident.

He could have come clean with the blackmail issue rather than blame hacking for the account deletions.
