Yeah 100% agree, she needed that heartbreak to realise that plus the guy she was with was very committed to his friends and there would be countless times that he would prioritise them over her.

I actually liked how they maintained Manik's characterisation and also didn't make him the type of guy that becomes his girl's dhum. Yeah he wanted her near him but he wasn't stupidly dropping everything for her. He was still his own person. That's why their talk on NYE was so special and an example of brilliant writing. She expressed her fear of him choosing the other's over her but he put it so beautifully yes I will do everything for them but that's why I need you because you will protect me. Awww. Later on I liked how as their relationship evolved he realised that two separate entities can hold the same importance and at times one can be given more importance over the other. And how Nandini and him had something completely different to what was Fab5. The writing is what won the show, they showed the progression of their relationship slowly but beautifully and it was perfectly in line with them being teenagers.

Hahaha so true. Banda ki personal cupboard main ghus gaye us sai zaada kahan gussay gi lol. Bed ki neeche main bhi and his bathroom as well and his arms numerous times. Lips thak bhi poonch gaye.😆😆

She also knew about his 7th standard kands ahahah. When Mukti was in a tell-all mood in the shower episode. 😉😉

But yeh seriously she had started understanding the reasoning for his behaviours, she saw him fighting for his friends and protecting them, like the attack on Dhruv in the cafe, when he found out about Cabir. She became privy to his innermost thoughts. 😳👏

Edit: even she found out a little bit about Nyo.

Actually.. see it this way.. ManRuv had this deal that always Dhruv would be the one to save even in unexpected n uninstructed situations. Or Dhruv is expected to be the saviour even without the instructions. You remember that dirty drink that Manik prepared for Nandini? There too it was Dhruv to save her n Manik understood. I don't think Manik would've actually let Nandini have that disgusting thing coz it could have been toxic. If not Dhruv, Manik would've done something himself so that she doesn't have it, imo😳

Hahaha that is true, but do you remember when Nandu and Mukti exchanged places and Manik tripped Nandini. At first he laughed but after seeing her bleeding he got worried but looked towards Dhruv as he expected him to do something but Dhruv didn't.

And absolutely right about MaNan n their relationship progress.. That NYE scene.. their lines.. it was so unique n special❤️

I loved Nandini blasting Dhruv, this guy couldn't have been that nice. Seeing her blast like that and he still didn't try and do anything really.

I wish they used this audi/hall later on in the show, it's quite a big space. Wish KY2 had more interesting sets later on.

Full on horror show. that audi scene man was really scary,the way doors closed,nandu screaming and everything was real scary. gosh how much i hated this monster back then 😡😆

I wonder if there was even a little bit of sincerity in him finding out it was her dad's pen, but he had to keep up the monster manik appearance. i remember watching it for the first time i had actually fallen for his trick.Lol. i had thought maybe something dawned upon him but naah he be such an evil monster.😈

"Yeh reaction expect kar rahiya thi" - as mean as that was it gave me a good laugh, Parth is so good at switching between different emotions. 😆

"Jab zor khi paarti hain toh bohat dard karta hai" - I liked how they showed him actually verbalising that and not just going on and on about how could that girl do that to him. 👏 So different from other shows.
totally that's what made ky2 so realistic. 👏
also, i like when dhruv asks "ladki ka punch kaisa laga". 😆😆 and he goes "saale ab tu bhi mazak udaega". LOL.

special mention to Manik's champu hairstyle.😆 how much i hated it. It looked like he had put oil in his hair.😆😆 after that angry waala guitar playing scene his hair looks better, not so champu like in the the previous scenes. 😆😛 and the monster Manik BG tune. ☺️❤️

Hahaha same I really didn't like his champu hairstyle. Seriously thank goodness it changed and it looked great during his musicana performance time.

Koi shak😉😆. Yes I saw it, he really has improved and has gotten more fluid with his moves but because he is so tall his limbs look like they are too floppy haha. But so much improvement and he has in him to do well. Tall guys really struggle with dancing. 😆

Dhruv's chapter was officially closed today. Fireflies didn't light up. 😆

Manik enters with such style and attitude😳😆. I liked this jacket of his, wish he got to wear more jackets like this.

They had such nice sets in the beginning, why did they stop using this space? 😕

For a second I thought Manik had his hand up in the scene when Raghav says make new friends, but turns out it was just on the railing. 😆😆

Cabir and Madhubala 🤣 - that face that Cabir makes when he realises that this could be a lot of fun. 😆😆

Navya's face 🤣 when he chooses her.

LOL Manik is in such deep thoughts in this scene, he couldn't care less what was going around him until he stands up and decides to pick Nandini.

Yeah beta dhruv sit right back down. 😆

Gosh Navya is too gullible she allows Cabir to make another video of her. 😆

Didn't they all have to go to the same place so why did all of Fab 5 split up and make their own way there. 😆

How could a music student who is going to play the guitar not know how to tune a guitar lol.

LOL these guys never fail to amaze me with their musical bloopers. So when they finally try for the third time to sing Meethi Boliyan and they show close ups of Manik's guitar it's not the one he has, heck it's an electric guitar when Manik is holding a bass one.

Another laughable blooper is that despite them only having a guitar for example to accompany them they have every other instrument in the world playing in the back when they begin to sing. 😕😆 I never understood that about tv shows lol.

MEETHI BOLIYAAN😳😳 - the beginning of something special.

Waise this is probably the only time that they sing together with out any problems lol, even when they were bf/gf something had to happen and then they would sing lol.

Ahh that meethi boliyan bit is so cute, and seriously so perfectly shot and enacted but I wonder why they just did it like that and didn't give us any background to them working normally together. And not even once showing Nandini being afraid of him during the practice or actual performance because of the punch.
