"oh my god..!! u scared us.." Aliya replied as soon as the bro-sis came in front of them

"itni raat ko kahan jaa rahae ho,...ha ?" cabir asked looking at dhruv

"vo..vo.. we were just going out like that.. u no.. bas aaisae hi.."dhruv replied

"oh.. bas aaisae hi..tho humae bula latae hum bhi tum logon ko accompany kar datae na.." cabir said

"tum soo rahae thae na.iss liyae nahi jagaya" aliya replied

Dhruv's pov :

( aagayae dono bhai behen.. ek baar bhi mujhae meri biwi kae saath bahar chupkae janae nahi detae.. pata nahi kaisae pata lag jata hai ki hum dono bahar jaa rahae hai.. aagayae kabab mai haddi bannae..kya karu in dono kaa.. agar kuch bola tho blackmail karnae lagangae ki chachi ko batae dengae.. ya phir yae nandu shopping ka zid karaegi.. bhagawan koi tho mujhae bacha lo..plzz..sumbody save me frm these evil twins..aaiyappa mai kal zaroor mandir aakae nariyal chadavunga..in dono ko jaldi sae bhaga do...) end of pov

"arae dhruv beta idhar dekh na..upar kya dekh raha hai..?" cabir said trying maximum not to laugh seeing his and aliya's expression

"umm.. kuch nahi..bas yehi soch raha tha ki tum dono ka kaisae chutkara paun.."he murmered but nandu heard and spoke "dhruv bhaiya itni jaldi tho nahi chodnae valae hum tum dono ko... bolo bolo..kya kar rahae thae aliya bhabhi kae sath..itni raath ko garden mai..??"

"arae meri maa chod dae hum dono ko.. bahut kam baar aaisa time miltha hai isskae saath iss time mai bahar janae ka..plzz.. tujhae jo chaiyae tu maang lae.. mai dae dunga.. bas ab humae chod dae.." dhruv was almost pleading

Cabir and nandu giggled

"ok..phir ek kaam kartae hai..sab milkae bahar chaltae hai.. hum dono ice-cream khakae wapas aajayangae aur u ppl continue ur romantic late night date" nandu spoke.. she was again back on her ice-cream challenge

Listening this cabir frowned first but kept calm as he already shouted on her a while back and was guilty for that, so wanted to compensate it.

"chalo.. deal or no deal.. agar no deal hai tho bol do mai abhi chacha-chachi ko bulathi hun.. bolo shall I call" she said with a smirk

Knowing there was no other way other than to agree with her dhruv and aliya nodded and she started clapping her hands in exicitement and said "chalo bahi.. take ur bike.. iss time na car mai maza nahi aata.."

"as u say my princess.." cabir said and he and dhruv went to bring their bikes

They silently dragged their bikes not making any sound and started after going a bit far making sure he doesn't wake up anyone in the house.

"bhaiyya.. mujhae chocolate vanilla aur strawberry khani hai" nandu said as soon as they reached the vendor and further added " aur butterscotch bhi"

The vendor gave her a weird expression and the others shook their heads in disbelief

"nandu..thodi der pehlae I warned u not to eat soo much ice-cream..and u r back in ur own style" cabir came to her and gestured the vendor not to give any ice-cream

"lekin bhai..mainae zyada kaha bola hai.. bus char flavours hi tho hai.." she justified her craziness

"bhaiyya ek chocobar..aur vo bhi chota " cabir said to the vendor and nandini frowned and made a sad pout

Nandini's POV :

I know it is wasteof time in arguing with bhai .if I speak further speak something the only chocobar would also slip off my hand, soch lae nandu bahi khanae dae raha hae .. khalae...varna bina ice-cream khayae huae hi ghar wapas jana padaega..)

Her chain of thoughts were broken by cabir who took the chocobar and held it in front of her.. she quickly grabbed it and started eating it as if she was eating it after ages.. others smiled looking at her while she ignored and continued with it.

"so u guys carry on.. hum jaa rahae hain.."cabir said and nandu quickly sat behind cabir and they drove back home leaving dhruv aliya..

Next morning :

"bhai... I love u ...I love u...sooo much" navya spoke as soon as Manik accepted her call

"gift pasand aaya??" Manik asked her

"I just loved it..aapko kaisae pata that I liked this.." Navya asked

"hmm... bas pata hai.. chalo enjoy now..im leaving.." Manik replied

"bhai..aap kab vapas aao gae.." navya asked sadly..

"by tmro afternoon ill be back...ab khush ?" manik answered her and "han..bahut zyada.."she replied exicitedly

"tho chalo..ill wrap up my work...kal sham ko miltae hai.."

"ok.."and she was about to cut the call when manik suddenly spoke "oye..suno..dont drive the car in a high speed.. driver ko saath lakae jana.."

"ok..ill tak care..bas aap jaldi sae aajao.."she replied and immediately cut the call and ran towards her gift.. a brand new Audi A6...

Manik spoke to Aaryaman last night and booked this car for Navya as he found out that she liked it.. he wanted to personally gift it to her..but couldn't stop himself as she was mad at him last night...

Cabir as usually dropped nandini in her collage and moved on for his work

Nandu's first class was cancelled and she was sitting in canteen when someone came from behind and palmed her eyes.. an instant smile crept her face as she knew who it was.. her crazy friend

"soha..!!" she said and soha came and sat in front of her

"kya hua.. aaisae dull kyun bhaiti hai... ranbir kapoor bimar hai kya ?" she asked winking at her

The mention of the name ranbir drew her attention to her ranbir's memory whom she met yesterday and was supposed to meet today.. a small blush crept her cheeks remincing their yesterdays coffee sceen

"oh ..hello ..mai idhar baath kar rahi hun.. where are u lost ?" soha asked finding nandini day dreaming..

"Kuch nahi", she replied

"nai nai kuch tho hai.. wait will u tell ya phir mai cabir ko phn karu ?" she threaned and her plan worked

"nai..nai..bhai ko call mat karna..ill tell u everything"

"to bol..hua kyat ha..?" soha asked exicitedly and nandini narrated their meeting with ranbir yesterday.. she told everything skipping his cleaning session of her lips.. ;)

"oh my god..!! matlab tujhae tera ranbir mil gaya.." soha asked exicitedly totally happy for her friend

"hmm..mila hai..par yaar im confused.. actually im scared.."nandu said worriedly

"scared..for what ?" soha asked

"pata nai..vo he is good looking,smart,very handsome, a bit funny.. everything but phir bhi..u know..sab ek sapna jaisa lag raha hai..."nandu justified her fears

"arae yaar..jo bhi ho..enjoy it..just take a chance.. kya pata vo acha ladka ho..aur tera sapna pura ho jayae.."soha replied

Nandini just hmmed

"kya planning aur plotting chal rahi hai doston mai... marae barae mai tho nai na.."a voice came from behind both the girls without even turning back recognised him.. soha frowned while nandini just smiled and he came and sat beside soha

"so..mrs soon to be singhania..kya chal raha hai... mujh sae door bhagnae ka tho irada nai hai na.."he said

"just shut up maddy..!! subha subah mera dimag math khao.."soha almost yelled

"arae..mainae galat kya bola.."maddy replied

"kahan the tum kal rath..mera call bhi lift nahi kar rahae the..??" soha was fuming with anger

"vo..vo mai..han..yaad aaya..i was in a meeting.. shayad iss liyae tumhara call accept nahi kiya.."maddy said

"ohh..just shut up..mujhae pata hai where were u last night.. guptas ki parth mai thae na.. shez a frnd of mine.. call kiya tha usnae mujhae..bol rahi thi..yaar soha..ur fianc id dancing with some hot girl here.."soha spoke mimicking her frnds voices and was throwing glares at maddy

"no..babyy..i was not dancing with some hot girl..vo meri purani frnd thi."maddy blurt out the truth

"so u were not in meeting..dancing with girls and partying right..?" soha said stood up to leave.. "soha..yaar listen" maddy was calling her but she was in no mood to take his apologies..she stomp her foot in anger and left the canteen

Nandini was silently observing all this.. maddy finally looked at her and with pleading look asked her "nandu yaar help kar dae..ice-cream khila dunga.."

She chuckled and said.. " Mr.Singhania..apnae honae wali biwi ko khud mana lo..im not gonna help u this time." She winked at him and left leaving behind a fuming and helpless maddy behing

(so..Madhyam Singhania or in short Maddy.. one of nandu's childhood friend along with Soha khurana.. these two people were very close frnds to nandin.. who got engaged recently and were going to get married after sum days.. Soha Khurana is some where related to Aaryaman Khurana or not..yes or no..how and why ull know soon )

Nandini was back home in the afternoon. As soon as she entered she found her favourite people sitting in the hall and talking to her chacha-chachi.

"aap kab aayae..?"saying this she went and hugged them and sat between the couple. "bas abhi..tera hi wait kar rahae thae.."the man said caressing her hair... "I missed u sooo much"nandu said placing her head in the womans lap "hamnae bhi tujhae bahut miss kiya baccha.."she said running her fingers in her hair

"nai jhut...!! Agar aap miss karate tho jaldi aa jatae.." nandu retorted angrily

"accha tho tujhae hamara laya hua gift nahi lena hai thi bata dae..hum hi rakh langae.."the man said and nandu immediately got up from the lady's lap and said "kahan hai.. mujhae dekhna hai.."

"yae lo.."saying this the man gave her a box she within a second opened it and found a pair of beautiful diamond studded bangles.. nandu palmed her mouth which was opened in a perfect o' with her palm and tears of joy formed in her eyes

"aunty these.. these bangles..omg...I just cant believe it... aapko kaisae pata chala..thst I liked them.." nandu was completely in shock..

"I found out the moment I saw that spark in your eyes.. pata hai..yae hamarae khandani bangles hai.. specially terae liyae banvay hai mainae.. u liked them" the lady asked

"nyonika aunty..i love u ..i love u soo soo much.." saying this nandu hugged her tightly and kissed her cheeks

"accha..sarae pyaar sirf aunty kae liyae..aur hamarae liyae kuch nahi.."saying this Raj turned his face faking anger

"aww...Raj partner aap tho bura maan gayae.."saying this making him face her she kissed his cheeks and said "ab balance ho gaya.."they both shared a hi-fi and Raj side hugged her and she placed her head on his shoulder

chachi immediately to lighten up the atmosphere spoke "arae mai tho bhul hi gayi.. gulab jamun banayae thae abhi lakae aati hun..aaj bahut nayae tarikae sae banaya hai mainae.."and went into kitchen

"nandu bhag ja..pata nai terae chachi nai aaj kya sada diya kitchen mai..hum tho nai bach saktae..tu bhag ja.." chacha spoke and all laughed

Meanwhile seeing Raj and Nyonika, nandu totally forgot that she had to go out with Ranbir.. it was 3:45 by then..

Chachi walked in with bowls of gulab jamun and passed to everyone.."aaj mainae gulab jamun ko bina fry kiyae hi banaya hai.."she said taking a bowl for herself and sat beside chacha

"kya...!!!"all the others almost shouted

"arae..ghabaranae ki koi bath nahi hai..bake kiya hai.. kha kae batao na.."she was looking at everyone to respond

Chacha was the first one to taste it.. he took a bite of it and immediately his expressions changed.. he very difficulty gulped it down while the other three other than chachi were trying their best not to laugh

"kaisa hai..jaldi batao.."chachi was anxiously waiting for his reply..

"shanno ji..aaj pehali baar..aapka experiment success hua.. they are delicious.."saying this he finished the remaining within few minutes

Nyonika Raj and Nandu were totally shocked.. they also ate a bite and were surprised..they were actually good.. everyone was enjoying when nandu's phone rang.. she saw the caller id..it was an unknown number.. she hesitantly picked up the call

"hey princess..r u ready..ill reach ur home in 5 minutes" it was Ranbir

Nandu immediately looked at the clock..freak..!! it was 4.. she had to go out with him for a movie which she totally forgot..her chain of thoughts were broken by Ranbir's voice

"tum ready ho na..?im almost there" he asked again getting no reply from her

"umm..aaa...vo.. tum ek kam karo..u come inside.. ill get ready in 15 minutes.."she said nervously

"what..mai..ghar..no..i mean.. ill wait outside..its ok take your own time.."he said

"nai..nai..u come inside..ill be ready..ok im getting late.. ill be back byee.."she said and hung up the call

Ranbir was now in a fix..whether to go inside or not.. finally after struggling for a long 5 minutes he decided to go inside and got down his car..

"arae beta aao..nandu nae bola tha ki tum aao gae.." chacha welcomed him.. Ranbir was shocked.. along with her chacha chachi he found two other people sitting there "umm..hi..uncle ..hii aunty..im Ranbir..cabir's friend..aur.. aur,.. nandu's friend also.." he was nervous damn nervous he found chachi looking at him suspiciously and he tried his maximum to avoid her gaze and started looking here and there

"kab sae jantae ho tum cabir aur nandu ko..?" chachi asked him.."umm..vo.. vo..we..we met 10 days back.." he said "acha..where do u stay..?? NRI ho..??" chachi asked him.. he was praying god to save him and started cursing himself for coming inside instead of waiting outside.. finding him lost chachi again asked the same question

"jee..aunty..i...i stay I Delhi.."he replied still looking here and there

"koi aur bahi..behen hai tumharae..??" chachi again shooted a question... "umm..nai..mai akaela hun.." he replied

All the other three present there got the reason why she was asking a lot of details..chacha was continuously asking her to shut her mouth with his eyes while chachi completely ignored him and continued asking him question after question.. after what seemed like ages Ranbir heard nandu's voice

"Anjali aunty..kaha ho aap..marae ear-rings kahan hai ?" she was calling Anjali aunty from upstairs.. Anjali aunty was in kitchen and immediately rushed to help Nandu.. while chachi was looking at her seriously

"aur bigado usae tum aur cabir usae..huh.." chachi spoke loud enough for the rushing Anjali to listen.. she simply ignored her and rushed to help nandu..

"chalo santoshi..hum chaltae hai..phir kabhi milangae.." saying this Nyonika got up and gestured Raj to get up

"ok..Ram..kal office mai miltae hai"Raj got up shook hands with chacha and they both were about to leave when Ranbir saw that Nyonika forgot her purse and he immediately picked up her bag and " Aunty..aapka bag..aap bhul gayae.." "aww..thanks beta.."Nyonika ruffled his hair..and came near to him and whispered in his ear "meri beti ka khyal rakhna" saying this she moved back winked at him and left..Ranbir smiled to his fullest oh hearing her words. Nandu came down hurriedly and "sorry..sorry..im late..chalo.." she said and grabbed Ranbir's hand and almost dragged him to the main door when "oye..tu kuch bhul nai rahi..?" she heard chachi's voice from behind. She immediately ran back to her hugged her and said.."agar aanae mai der ho gayi to mera liyae wait math karna.. time sae khana kha laena dono.." sayng this she kissed her chacha-chachi and left.. "dhyan rakhna.." she heard her chachi.. she smiled and finally they left for their movie

At the mall :

"tho..princess kaun si movie dekhnai hai" Ranbir asked nandu as they were standing in front of cine-polis

"umm...Paronomal Activity 5"she said and the colour of Ranbir's face turned pale.. "r..r u sure nandu ?" he asked her

"yeah..!!"she said and clapped her hands exicitedly.. Ranbir went to the ticket counter and brought the couple seats for them..orderd the combo and walked towards their screen..

"wow..im so exicited..agar bhai kae saath aati tho..vo saaf saaf mana kar datae.."she said and unintentionally wrapped her hand around Ranbirs arm..he looked at her shockingly and realising what she did she immediately withdrew her hand.. they reached their seats and nandu was shocked that now they were going to sit in a couple seat..she started looking here and there.. Ranbir casually sat and pulled her and she landed directly in his lap.. he immediately wrapped his arm around her waist securely and tucked the strands of her hair behind her ear..and said.. "I wont mind watching the whole movie like this" she immediately got up and sat beside him and didn't even look at him for once and started looking at the screen and the movie started...

As soon as the ghost appeared nandu palmed here eyes and made a small gap between her fingers and was watching it.. Ranbir was not at all watching the movie and was constantly looking at nandini who was fully engrossed in the movie..she was closing her her eyes out of fear sometimes..but watched most of the movie through the gap in between her fingers..in between she screamed in fear.. and clutched Ranbirs hand tightly.. she almost dug her nails in his arm.. finally the movie ended.. nandu was sweating badly even in full ac.. Ranbir held her hand and "baby..movie is finished..lets go.." she was not replying anything and was looking at him blankly.. he shook her and "nandini...chalo..movie khatam ho gaya..lets go.." she didn't speak a word further held his hand tightly and walked out of the theatre.. she was walking silently totally lost.. Ranbir was getting worried looking at her..

"nanduu.."he called her lovingly and cupped her face.. her look was still blank.. she was looking into his eyes.. an was lost in his deep brown eyes... he started speaking "baby..it was just a movie..uskae barae mae itna mat socho.. just forget it.. u r getting what im saying na..?" his voice calmed her down and worked as a magic.. she cutely nodded her head.."chalo now give me ur beautiful smile.." he asked her and she smiled to her fullest... now Ranbir's heart was at peace.. he wrapped his hands around her shoulders and said..

"chalo lets eat something.."he said and they moved towards the food court..

He brought some snacks and some soft drink for them.. after finishing it they moved out to leave..

In the Car :

Nandini was silently watching the view outside when Ranbir spoke.. "nanduuu.."

She just hmm ed

"I wanted to tell u something.."he spoke in a serious tone and she looked at him "what happened ?" she asked worriedly

"vo..kal..i mean.. im going London tomorrow.."he spoke in one breath

"what...!!"

"umm..vo..my partner..hez going Delhi so I need to attend meetings in London.."he said

"ohh..its..its ok..kaam bhi important hota hai.." she spoke smilingly

"ill be back in 15 days.."he said

"ohh.."

And nothing was spoken after that..now they reached nandini's house..she was about to get down when Ranbir pulled her by holding her hand and without wasting a second kissed her cheek and said "gud night baby... tak care till im back.." she blushed and nodded her head cutely and got down the car..and again he called her "arae tumhara gud night tho tumhae mil gaya..what about mine..?" he asked making a fake angry pout she laughed and blowed a fliying kiss and said "abhi kae liyae itna hi.." she said ran away trying her maximum to hide her blush and directly ran to her room...and he drove away from there smiling fully like an idiot...

Late that night :

Nandu woke up feeling thirsty.. she was searching for the water bottle when she felt a shadow moving in her balcony.

"kaun hai vahan..?" she asked and on getting no reply took the vase on the side table in her hand and walked towards her balcony but didn't find anyone there.. she got scared a bit..she searched the whole balcony but no one was there.. suddenly the alarm clock of her bed side fell down because of wind..now nandu was hell scared..the whole movie she saw in the evening came in front of her eyes.. she started shivering..her voice choke due to fear..she didn't believe in ghosts and all other stuff but the after effects of the movie made her situation worse.. she slowly started moving towards her bed.. and due to heavy wind the window got closed with a THUD sound.. and that was it.. all her courage got vanished.. she started screaming..

"bhai...!!!!! chachi...!!! Chachu...!!!! Anjali aunty..!!! bachao...!!!"

Nandu was gone out of her senses..she csme out of her room and started running in the house like crazy.. first she banged the room door of cabir on getting no response she moved to her chacha-chachi's room.. hearing all these noises chachi woke up and opened the door.. as soon as she opened the door nandu hugged her tightly and "chachi..vo..vo marae room mai..marae room mai koi hai.." she started sweating badly.. her voice was choking.. her total forehead was covered with sweat.. even chachi got worried seeing all this as this was the first time nandini was behaving like this.. meanwhile chacha also woke up.. chachi brought her inside their room.. made her drink water and made her lie in her lap.. Anjali aunty and cabir reached the room.. chachi was running her fingures in nandu's hair when cabir spoke yarning "kya hua nandu..y were u shouting like that..?"

"isae laga ki isnae room mai kisi ko dekha..aur daar gayi meri bacchii.." saying this chachi kissed her forehead

"nai chachi..sach mai koi tha..mainae dekha.. when I asked ki kaun hai..the shadow vanished.. sach mai chachi.. room mai sach mai koi tha.." she was at the verge of crying cabir's sleep flew away hearing that she saw someone and the mere thought of someone trying to harm his dear sister made cabir fume in anger.. he immediately rushed to his study room and checked the cc tv footage of the balcony area of nandus room the garden and all the remaining possible places he thought anyone might may enter.. finding nothing he sighed in relief..but he had one doubt.. to clear off that he called Ranbir

"kahan hai tu.."cabir asked immediately as he picked up the call

"wht the hell ...!! Cabir r u gone mad..to ask this u called me at this hour.."Ranbir yelled in frustration

"just answer my simple question..where the bloody hell are you..??" this time cabir was more serious than the first time sensing this Ranbir replied "apnae farmhouse mai hi hun.. kyun any problem..?" "nai..kuch nai.."cabir let out a deep breath to calm down his nerves.."bro kya hua.. anything serious..?..wait a minute..nandini..is anything wrong with her..tu bol..ill be there in 15.."Ranbir spoke in a single stretch and got up taking his car keys.. "nai..nothing is serious..(and narrated the whole thing which just happened )"

"bola tha mainae usae ki..v will watch another movie.. but nai..meri baath kyun sunaegi vo..ziddi ladki..yae sab uss stupid movie ki vajah sae hi hai.." Ranbir let out his frustration.."kaun si movie..?" cabir asked.. "paronomial activity5 " ranbir replied.. "r u crazy.. why did u tak her to such movie..pata nai vo dar jayaegi.. ?" cabir was now angry again. "what..tu mujh pae kyun chilla raha hai.. ask u darling sister.. usi nai marae mana karnae par bhi zid ki..ki usae sirf vo hi movie dekhnae hi.. having no choice I agreed.." ranbir explained

"chal..theek hai..but don't repeat this.. u know..uskae parents kae death kae baad she has become very sensitive.. choti choti cheezen apnae dil pae lae laeti hai.. bahut delicate hai meri behen.. chota sa accident bhi dekh kai bhi dar jati hai.. so aayinda sae aaisa mistake repeat mat karna ..hope u understood the consequences.."cabir also explained his pov. Ranbir silently made a promise to himself to make sure he will help nandini to recover from all these traumas.. wishing good night to each other they hung up the call..by the time cabir reached the room nandu was fast asleep in chachi's lap and cahchi was slowly caressing her forehead.. "so gayi kya..?" cabir asked "haan..shayad kisi cheez ko lake bahut darr gayi.. varna meri bacchii bahut strong hai..aaisae choate choate cheezon pae nai darthi.. lagtha hai pandit ji sae baath kar kae nandu kae naam puja karwana chahiyae.." chachi spoke looking ath chacha and cabir..though cabir used'nt to believe such things he could never deny any such thing which was for the well-being of nandu.. he simply nodded and left the room...

I pinched myself twice to confirm that it was really me who wrote this lengthy chapter.. hmm..baath tho sach hai..literally its 20-21 pages on MS Word.. so I think I compensated for the delay..now its your turn..
