Character Sketch
Nandini (You can give her any title you like right now because later she is definitely changing into a Malhotra.)-The most cutest and pretty 18 year old girl you could find around. She is an orphan and doesn't know anything about her parents and has no memories related to them too. Initially living in the orphanage opened by the Malhotras, Nandini has been waiting all her life to get out of there, and college was the only escape. As the story proceeds, you can understand her better. She is bold and fearless but at the same time, she is innocent and wants to be successful in life, make herself known to the world.
Manik Malhotra- A 24 year old business tycoon, looking after his father's legacy and trying everything in his power to make it successful.
A trustee in the orphanage where Nandini grew up, he was the one sending her to college and wanted letters from her to keep a check on her. He had seen her since she was a small kid and had seen her transformation from a bubbly cute kid into a beautiful and gorgeous woman.
Son of Raj and Nyonika Malhotra, Manik used to visit the orphanage a lot of times, trying his utmost to talk to her but his sweet mother, Nyonika had clearly told him that he couldn't meet or talk to anyone inside, this was the only time his mother had made him angry!
Nyonika Malhotra- Not vicious or evil here. (surprisingly! :P) She loves her two kids more than anything in the world! (the other kid will be revealed later, and yeah all are positive here so don't expect masala genre from me! :P) Takes care of the orphanage and loves the kids living in it, but her favourite is Nandu! She is clearly aware of her son's feelings and this was one of the reasons she didn't let Nandini be taken away from them, and she wanted Nandini as a part of her family. She couldn't risk this dream of hers by sending Nandu away.
The perfect mom and wife and also the head of the orphanage, she visited the orphanage regularly to take into account, what was to be done and on her absence this place was ruled by Rama, the manager of the orphanage, and the reason Nandu wanted freedom from this hell.
Alya- The rich, spoilt brat who is sweet and caring but never made any good friends as all found her very annoying! She kept on ranting and ranting! Nandini's self-proclaimed BFF here! :P
Mukti Vedant - Another part of the girls' gang consisting of Navya, Nandu, she herself and *sigh* Alya!
Very very short tempered. Makes great friends but only with a selected group of people, and so she loves Navya (Her BFF) and Nandu. Tries to tolerate Alya because Nandini being a sweetheart doesn't want her to be left alone. Mess with any of em and you are definitely gonna be dead! Dhruv's sissy!
Navya- Rich, just like Alya and Mukti (After all, all the kids in space are very f**king rich!) Down to earth and a simple gal. Mukti and Navya share a special bond and just like Mukti, Navya absolutely adores Nandu, even after knowing her truth. Both of these soul sisters can kill anyone for hurting Nandu.
Dhruv Vedant- A business tycoon as well! Initially loves Nandu, but later understands that she is already someone else's *blush*, and let's her go. Much to Mukti's dismay and Alya's happiness, Dhruv falls deeply for Alya and they have their happily ever after, but after alot of chappies people!
Cabir Dhawan- Guy needs no introduction. Basically he is Manik's BFF and also a student in SPACE (post-graduate). His main reason to join SPACE, much to his dismay is, being Nandini's body guard. After all Manik can't let Nandu be in trouble na! Hates Nandini at first, but slowly melts down under her love and warmth and proclaims her as his sister. He is also seen thanking Manik secretly, (under the wraps scene guys! Can't show an Emotional Cabir instead of a Cool Cabir na! :P) for making him join SPACE, giving him Nandu and being in love with her for almost all of his life *blushes even harder*

If you want other characters I will add them eventually, but these will be the main ones and the story will revolve around 'em. I have revealed a lot already in the character sketch and I hope because of this the built up suspense doesn't die off.
