At nandini's house-
As abhi and alya reached... there... they saw all of them staring at the laptop screen... so they also moved forward to see what is so important in it...!! And what they saw... bought a shocking smile on their face...!!
It was the headlines showing...
'' Nyonika Malhotra goes bankrupt... and is behind the bars... for being involved in illegal activities...!!''
After coming out of their shocks they asked...
Abhi: how...?? Kaise...?? When... u said that it will still take time for this...??
Navya: pehle u say.. Doctor ne kya bola...??
Abhi told them everything... they were happy... atleast there is a chance.. for her to sing...!! Then abhi again asked about the news... so this time dhruv said...!!
Dhruv: baith... fir sab batata hu... in sab ko bhi kuch nai bataya.. socha... sab ko saath mai batau...!!
Alya and abji also settled down..!! Then dhruv started from the start...!!
Dhruv: last week when I told u all that uncle has some plan for destroying her... that time he didn't told me but yesterday... before he did all this he told me everything...!! And I didn't told u all yesterday as I wanted to surprise u all...!!
So...
FLASHBACK -
The day dhruv left for London... Mr. Singhania got back to his work with more determination...!! And was very determined to see her falling on her knees... to beg for her survival...!!
He had already done 7 projects with her... they were becoming a sort of best business companies in Mumbai...!! And Mr Singhania was waiting for this moment only...!!
When they got success... which was obviously planned by him... she kept falling deep in his trap of money...!! She trusted him fully... now... because he brought a lot of profit to her...!! Atleast that was what she thought...!! He till now did small projects with her...!
But then he came up with... a really big offer... like really big... which was also his trap... and Nyonika... being a greedy women.. just saw money and money... she didn't even read the papers carefully...!!
But then Mr. Singhania himself postponed the contract... because he got a really important information about her... when he was in her office... he saw a file.. which had all her records of black money... and some documents related to an illegal alcohol brand...!! Which was not supported in India... and she had been regularly in business with that brand... since years...as it was of great profit...!!
And this came as a new information to Mr. Singhania and he... got a copy of these documents... as a proof...!! So that he can use it in future...!!
Then he confirmed everything about these documents... it took him 2 days to do all this... !! And finally after analysing his plan carefully... so that there will be no loop hole... he moved further... and shook his hands with Nyonika... which she thought was for her growth... but in actual she was moving to her destruction...!!
And finally the day came... that was yesterday... she went bankrupt... as she didn't read the papers carefully...
''it was written that... if in any case she is found to be ditching Mr. Singhania in any manner... she will be bound to pay the amount Mr. Singhania... demands... and he being the smart one had already specified that she has to give her all the properties... and the office... in his name...!! As for this project... she has mortgaged all her properties...and offices... because this project was really big... as it required a lot of money... so she took this step thinking she will be getting double than this...''
And Mr Singhania used her illegal dealing with alcohol brand as an offense... and called off the deal... saying he doesn't deal with frauds...!! And at the same moment called up his lawyer and police...!!
Nyonika was arrested... and all her properties were transferred under Mr. Singhania's name...!!
Nyonika: why did u do this yashwardhan...??
Yash:(smirkingly) tumhare hi kuch purane karmo ka phal hai...Nyonika... rakh lo...!! Rakh lo... kam se kam isse tumhe yeh toh yaad rahega... ki gunha kitna hi chota ya bada kyu naa ho... uski sazaa zaroor milti hai...!! Ab chahe vo... iss... choti moti... business fraud ki ho yaa... apne hi bete ko blackmail karke use uske pyar se dur rakhne ka...!!
(Nyonika was shocked... to listen about manik... from him... and he also knew everything about her so she just asked one thing..)
Nyonika: who are u...??
Yash: ah.. ah.. ab kuch sahi question kiya tumne...!! Kyuki agar tumhe pata hoga ki mai kon hu... toh tumhe yeh bhi pata chal jayega ki maine yeh sab kyu kiya...?? So ... I AM YASHWARDHAN SINGHANIA... !! LONDON'S TOP BUSINESS MAN... AND FATHER OF NANDINI...!! REMEMBER HER...!! AND GUARDIAN OF ALL UR SON'S FRIENDS... DHRUV.. ALIYA... MUKTI... KABIR... NAVYA...!! YAAD AAYA...!!
Nyonika: how can u be nandini's father... she was an orphan...!!
Yash: Are.. sab kuch abhi pata kar logi.. toh jail mai time pass kaise hoga...!! Aaraam se waha Beth ke sochna...!! Bohot time hoga tumhare pass ... u see itni jaldi waha se tumhe nikal ne nai dunga mai...!! (And giving her an evil smirk he signalled the officers to take her away...!!)
Nyonika's eyes were spitting fire...!!
Nyonika: u will pay for this... yash...!! I will be back... and u will have to pay for this ...!!
Yash didn't give any heed to her... and just left inside the cabin...!! Which now belonged to him... but soon will be transferred to manik's name...!!
FLASHBACK OVER...
As dhruv finished telling them the story...!! All were shocked... that he did so much... and how easily he... finished the biggest problem of their lives...!!
Abhi: Hamare raaste ka sabse bada hurdle toh cross ho gaya...!! So the first part of the plan is complete... now the second part guys...!!
Mukti: ek phase pass kar liya hai toh dusra bhi jaldi hi kar lenge...!! Don't worry... it's time to celebrate...!!
Navya got up happily...
Navya: iss baat pe kuch bohot meetha toh banta hai...!!
Cabir: haah... tumne toh mere mooh ki baat bol di... jaldi jaldi kuch achha sa bana do...!!
She started moving... and asked...
Navya: haan toh bolo hum abhi bana dete hai... kya khaoge... kheer... jalebi... MANIK...!! (she had a shocked face...)
Cabir: Navya kuch meetha bola hai kadwa nai...!! Aur manik ko kaise khayenge...!!
Navya was still shocked... because manik was standing there... and others couldn't see because... they all were sitting facing their back..!!
Manik: Yeh sab kya hai...??
And that was it as all of them heard his voice understood her shocked face... and they stood up and turned...!! Only to find a shocked.. manik... on the gate... and looking at his expressions... they got to know that he had heard... everything...!!

Manik and nandini left the hospital... after 15 mins. And then reached... back home... nandini told him that wants to stay outside... so he may go in... And then he was coming inside... he heard... not everything... but still heard that much... which was enough... for him to get an idea about their plan...!!

Cabir: Aa.. ab.. V... vo... haan... abhi told us what doctor said... so... bas navya was asking ki meethe mai kya banana hai ...!!
Manik gave him a disgusted look for telling such a pathetic lie...!! He openned his mouth to say something.. but just then nandini came... !!
Nandini looked at all of them... confused... as why was manik still standing at the door... and why were they looking at each other like this ...!! So she looked at navya... who was still under shock... and had her eyes big...
Nandini looked at her and asked with her eyes... what happened... to which she nodded her head... in no... and hurriedly left for kitchen...!! To avoid any further discussion...!! Nandini got more confused ... and then looked at alya and Mukti...
All of them started dispersing...!! Alya and Mukti took nandini with them to her room... saying she needs rest...!! And she gave them... What-is-happening-look...!! But they dragged her... to her room... to be saved from manik...!!
Cabir faked a call...!!
Cabir: Achha abhi... yaa... yaa... mai bas abhi aaya...!!
He started moving out...But then his phone rang... and it was alarm...!! And manik could him by his sweat shirt's hood... and abhi by his colar... who was also trying to escape...!! And for dhruv... his one look was enough to root him to his place...!!
Manik signalled them to move to the backyard... and they having no other choice moved to the backyard... followed by manik...!! All four moved to the backyard... and sat on the chairs there... as inside... nandini can come out any time...!!
BACKYARD..
Manik: now... mind to explain...??
All of them were silent...!!
Manik: fine... don't say... I have my own ways... (with this he took out his phone... and surfed... through Internet ... to know more about this Nyonika thing...!!)
Finally after ten mins. He got all the necessary information... in what all cases she was arrested... but still the question was how...??
Manik: yeh sab... kaise hua... aur... tum sab ka isse kya lena hai...
Cabir: vo manik... jo... jo... matlb jisne... Yeh sab... kiya... naa... vo... vo. ... yash uncle hai... jo nandini ko... yaha laye the... naa...!!
Manik: what do u mean.. vo esa kyu karenge... ( then he went in his thoughts... and then suddenly said...) isilye buddy India gaya tha...!! Now I get to know everything... all of a sudden India...!! Then this...?? Tell me from the start...!!
Dhruv: dekh buddy...!! Just calmly listen to us...!! OK... do not panic.. and shout... hum sab batate hai...
With this they told him... everything... from the time they started planning... and how he went to India to get information about Mr. Singhania and how he got to the love of Mr. Singhania for nandini... for all of them.. how everything happened...!!
Manik went blank for a moment thinking... such a dangerous step they took for him... because dealing with Nyonika was not easy... though they didn't had to deal ... at the end... but they thought of taking this step... and this made him furious..
Manik: dimag kharab hai kya tum sab ka... ?? Agar kuch ho jaata... Nyonika ko thoda bhi doubt ho jata toh...?? Pata hai naa she could have done anything...!! But nai... u people don't think before you all act... kya soch ke kiya... haan... ki manik ne bohot bada ehsaan kiya hai hum pe... apna love sacrifice kara hai... toh ehsaan chuka dete hai uska... uski so called maa se pechha chhuda ke...!!!
(He said it all loudly... scaring the shit out of them...!! But then a voice came from behind..!!)
NAI MANIK... KOI EHSAAN NAI CHUKAYA HAI IN SAB NE... BAS APNI DOSTI NIBHAYI... HAI JAISE... TUM NIBHATE AA RAE HO... ITNE SAAL SE...!! TUMHARE LIYE KIYA YEH SAB IN HONE...!! PAR ISILYE NAI KI TUMHARA EHSAAN CHUKANA THA... BALKI ISILYE KIYA... KYUKI INHE VO PEHLE WALA MANIK WAPAS LAANA THA...!! KYUKI INHE TUMHARI VO HASI WAPAS LAANI THI...!! JO NYONIKA KE HOTE HUE KABHI WAPAS NAI AA SAKTI THI...!! TUMHARE CHAHRE KI USS SMILE KE LIYE KIYA... JO UNHE DEKHE HUE SHAYAD... BOHOT WAQT BEET GAYA...!!
The one who spoke was none other than navya...!!
Navya: JAB SE TUM WAPAS AAYE HO NAA... IN SAB NE KAHI NA KAHI VO SADNESS DEKH HAI TUM ME...!! AKELEY REH JAANE KA DUKH... BAS USE YEH SAB KAM KARNA CHAHTE THE...!! TUM NANDINI KE DUKH MAI ITNA KHO GAYE KI TUMHARE APNE DUKH HI NAZARANDAAZ KAR BETHE...!! PAR JAB TUM IN SAB KE DUKH NAI DEKH SAKTE... TOH FIR YEH KAISE DEKH SAKTE HAI...??
Dhruv: BUDDY TUJHE KYA LAGA... HUME SAMJH NAI AATA... JAB TU INTENTIONALLY MUJHE AUR ALIYA KO SAATH BHEJTA HAI...!! YAA FIR APNE GHAM CHUPATA HAI...!! U SHOW URSELF VERY STRONG... PAR NANDINI KE ESE BEHAVIOUR SE TUJHE HURT TOH HOTA HAI NAA...!!
Manik got tears thinking his friends were doing all this for his happiness...!! He was scolding them for doing all this but they actually did thus for him.. their friendship...!!
Cabir: Manik dekh... ab toh sab theek hai naa... so chill... see we all are fine... all good... nothing happened to anyone...!! So just forget everything now... because... ur biggest problem is now out of ur way...!!
(Mukti and aliya had already came there after making nandini sleep... and heard everything...)
Mukti: And don't u remember...!! How we always stood for each other..!! Because we are not just friends... WE ARE FAMILY...!!
Manik just smiled whole heartedly all of them as he fell short of words... to express his happiness... and the way he felt... seeing them doing so much for him...!!
Then manik just cabir dhruv and abhimanyu together... and gestured them to come along... so even aliya and Mukti ran and hugged them...!! And navya just took out her phone... and captured this moment...!!
After good...5 mins... while still in the group hug... manik asked...
Manik: vese... what's the second part of your plan haan...??
With this all of them broke the hug all of sudden... and looked here and there...!!
Manik: I am waiting...!!
