Fantastic superb emotional update

Manik is heartbroken after listening to doctors words and thinking how to save his Nandu life and telling her was the most difficult part which he is still trying to figure it out but Nandu propose to marry and he dint want to waste the chance as if she knows that she is sick then she won't marry him
