Manik stood all shocked as Abhi held Nandini's hand and dragged her out of Malhotra Mansion... "Manik..Manik.." Alya shaked him to wake him up from his shaken senses... "Haan.. What?" Manik said in a shocked state.. "Manik...beta she's saying that we have to leave for college.." DJ said... She was enjoying Manik's plight to the T... A part of her pained for seeing Manik and Nandini's pain... "Love is supposed to bring happiness and make lives complete but what did you do Manik?" She sighed...

Nandini and Abhi were standing on the road waiting for the auto and suddenly Abhi started laughing.. "What happened?" Nandini asked.. "Nandu did you see Manik's face?" Abhi was laughing crazily and imagining Manik's face even Nandini couldn't stop herself from breaking into a laugh.. Just as Abhi and Nandini were sharing the hysterical laugh right in the middle of the road Manik passed them by in his car and saw them laughing... As soon as he saw them the green monster in him awakened.. He stooped the car and DJ asked him "Kya hua ladoo..why did you stopped the car ?" "look at you ladla.." Manik said in a irritating tone..

"Ladla? Who ladla? What ladla?" DJ asked all confused.. "Look what's he doing.." It was getting difficult for Manik to control the urge to punch Abhi and lock Nandini in the car and drive off.. "haan dekh rahi hoon.." DJ said looking at Manik.. Manik looked at her in disbelief and said "for once stop taking shots at him and look at your London returned grandson..How? I mean how can he laugh on the street like that and that too with Nandini.." Dj asked "Why Manik what's wrong with that?" "What's wrong?" Manik started thinking of a valid reason to give to DJ.. "She is after all our employee and we don't joke with them.." Manik's ego spoke up again...

DJ thought "You still have a long way to go Manik Malhotra with that ego of yours.." She sighed and said "Manik she is mine and your employee not Abhi's.. She is Abhi's friend and he is laughing with his friend and to be honest after days I've seen that girl laugh again after someone left no opportunity to break her.." Manik looked at Nandini and realized how much he missed this laugh in his life.. Her laughter was the music his ears craved to listen to.. He was lost in her smile, those lips, those pink lips.. He wanted to touch them..kiss them... A strange urge to get Nandini in his arms took over Manik and just as his thoughts were running wild DJ brought him back to reality..."manik lets go you are blocking the traffic..." Manik was baffled as he came back to reality and noticed the chaos around him...

"Where are they?" Manik pointing towards the place where Abhi and Nandini were standing.. "Oh them.. They are gone.." DJ said.. "What?" Manik shouted and started off his car and drove off... All through the way he was peeping into every autorickshaw... looking for Abhi and Nandini.. He was getting restless with every passing moment.. And finally after many restless peek a boos Manik finally reached college and found Nandini waiting for them..

He heaved a sigh of relief on seeing her alone but looked all around to make sure that Abhi is not around her.. His smile returned on not finding Abhi around.. Manik put on his usual smirk and swag and got down of the car and walked towards Nandini.. "So miss Manager ready for your day in hell?" Manik said as he bent down a little and looked into Nandini's eyes with a smirk.. "Huh.." Nandini reacted and Manik walked off.. After walking a liitle distance Manik stopped and turned back.. He found Nandini looking at him; Manik smirked, winked and blew a kiss to her and Nandini just couldn't believe him...

The day started pretty usually for everyone.. After the aarti DJ asked Nandini and Navya to work on props and sent them to drama room as she had to discuss the plan with her team.. As soon as the girls went off the guys came in and locked the audi they saw a gloomy DJ and door.. Soon they all started deliberating on something.. After much discussion they all agreed and dispersed praying their plan to work off...

Meanwhile Manik and Alya walked into the cafeteria and Manik expected Nandini to follow him as sh was his manager... He started looking all around and got restless when he did not find her.. Soon his mind started working overtime as "what if she is with Abhi? What if they are again laughing and having fun?" Manik could bear the thought of them together so he excused himself from cafeteria and started looking for Nandini... As he passed by the drama room he heard Nandini's voice, he looked inside and found Nandini standing on a shaky ladder and taking down something...

As fate would have it her feet slipped from the ladder and Manik caught her in total filmi style... Nandini's eye were closed as she was scared.. Seeing her all petrified Manik smiled and said "Chill you are safe in my arms.." hearing his voice Nandini opened her eyes and looked into his eyes which had love for her, care and concern for her.. Manik put her down carefully and said "I won't let you fall.." "Hmm.. You can't Manik even if you want.. cause I am at my lowest.." Nandini said and tried Maling off.. AMnik got angry and pulled her back and Nandini it his chest... "Manik lemme go.." She said as Manik tightened his grip on her waist.. He kept tightening his grip around her as he nuzzled his head in her long black hair.. "Why do you ignore me Nandini?" he said with his eyes closed and his grip weaking as he explored the depth of her hair.. Nandini who was by now under the trance of Manik's touch came back to reality.. She pushed Manik away and said "Because you broke my heart.." and ran away...

Soon there was an announcement for all participants to assemble in the audi.. As soon as they reached audi they saw a gloomy DJ and a bandaged Dhruv.. Everyone was shocked to see Dhruv in a cast.. "Buddy what happened? You were fine in the morning.." a concerned Manik asked... "buddy don't ask i can't tell..Ouchh" Dhruv said.. "Drama company its getting overboard" Cabir said.. DJ started the announcement "So people we see the male lead of Love Story is hurt and unable to continue..so we.." and before DJ could complete Manik chipped in "Cancel the play.." DJ looked at him and said "No Manik we change the lead.." Manik gave her a puzzled look and said "Ok so its Cabir.." "No its Abhi, the new lead opposite Nandini in Love Story.."
