Cabir stole the Thursday almost effortlessly IMO...with his constant food rants, his hiding his pain behind a smile...the meeting with Raghav...great job from Ayaz in this epi.


And it really touched my heart that Manik was perceptive about Cabir in multiple scenes...these days it's nicer to see Manik talking about something other than his frustration with Nandu cuz that has become overkill now.


These are the only bits that stayed with me from this epi...wish I could have said the same for MaNan.

I think harshad will be responsible for pandit coming back...i donno y..but i have a strong feeling..

Lol!! That's what I wrote few pages back. I could empathize with him when he said tum logon ka tho aise chalta rehata hai.. Agar mein na khaon tho mar jaoonga. 😆

They spend almost 15-18 hours together on the sets of the MTV show and hence we are sure they know each other inside out

We caught up with Cabir aka Ayaz Ahmed, who plays the cool gay dude on the most popular MTV show Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan to find out about what he really thinks of his friends on the show. So we asked him to tell us one good and one bad thing about his co-stars Parth Samthaan, Niti Taylor, Utkarsh Gupta, Charlie Chauhan, Krissann Barretto and Veebha Anand. Here's a lowdown on what he said...

Parth Samthaan: I met Parth before Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan for an episodic show of Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya season one, episode 1. From the time I met him first to what I have seen him on KY2 he has become an exceptional actor. The growth in him as an actor is commendable and I give him full respect for that. As for the negative, I think he eats a lot and should not eat so much; he's gaining a lot of weight. Being his friend I'd tell him to control a little.

Utkarsh Gupta: He's an amazing dancer, which unfortunately you cannot see his character doing onscreen. He does some amazing back flips and wall flips. He does a lot of things that he's not too comfortable with. I believe he should perfect things he is comfortable with and not push so hard.

Charlie Chauhan: One good thing about Charlie is that she takes care of everyone on the sets. She's like the mother India or Mother Teresa; she keeps a track of who is sick, moody, who has to have medicine or who hasn't eaten anything. Sometime she goes overboard. She needs to give people some space and doesn't have to think about everyone all the time. She should take care of herself too and give herself some importance.

Krissann Barretto: (After thinking a lot) There's this one thing - she can't speak Hindi too well, but it's extremely cute to see her try. You just can't not like that. I can't think of anything I don't like in her

Veebha Anand: She is someone who has done a lot of work before and has a lot of experience. Yet she is hesitant to try something new. With that kind of experience and calibre she should do more and try new things and experiment more with her character.

Niti Taylor: Lastly, Niti has a very cute and bubbly looking face which works for Nandini's character. The way she acts is very cute that's something even I like. Again, this is my own perception that she has become very stagnant as Nandini. I would like to see Nandini in a little bit more evolved manner. She needs to grow as a character.

@Niti shud really try talking to the Cvs abt her character growth its high time. And charlie datz really so sweet of her. Krissan really luks cute wen she speaks hindi off screen

High time we get on with our things as well. When they can give importance to random harshadb stuff over supposed 3 min scene of Nandini's that was edited. Why bother.

Yes!! Manik noticing cabir's change in mood touched my heart too. More to those scenes. They'll surely not make cabir scenes funny just for the sake of being funny like manan. So looking forward to that.!!

Well in a sense Ayaz has much more leeway...he plays Cabir with a casual ease ad-libbing many times cuz Cabir doesn't usually have to get bogged down by melodrama...his one-liners are his escape...unlike MaNan who are butchered for time to time for drama's sake.

This is kind of a random list...lol...granted we all joke about Parth's obsession for food but Ayaz beta, kabhi khud pe bhi nazar daal lo HOW bloated you look😆...it's like pot calling the kettle black...ya toh ho ki some actually fit member of the cast would be pinpointing Parth's weight gain/loss...Ayaz tu toh rehen de😆


Re: Niti...I think he jumbled up his answer b/w character and actor...Nandini's growth is not solely in Niti's hands...it starts with the writing...yes he does have a point otherwise in terms of how Niti can bring variation to Nandini through her acting...in general she lets her natural bubbliness carry things through...but then I quite like the natural earnestness in her cuz it's not fake or put on like most "bubbly" actresses become...she deffo has scope for improvement though, no doubt.

Didn't get what he's trying to say about Uttu😕...and Vibha...yeah for the amount of experience she has compared to the other cast, she should be a better actress.
